This hotel is ideally situated for all the main central sites with Krakow. Only 10-15 minutes walk to the main square and 5 minutes walk to the the tram stops that will take you around the city. The Hotel doesn't look much from the outside but the rooms were clean and spacious. Rooms are equipped with tea and coffee making facilities, a fridge and a free safe. Our Bathroom contained a shower. Due to Covid-19 restrictions when we were there breakfast was not served in the Breakfast room but brought to your room. The bag contained water, juice, two bread rolls, jam, tea bags, coffee pods, butter, cheese spread, yoghurt, doughnut or biscuits. There was also a plate that contained ham, cheese, tomato, cucumber, lettuce and peppers. On the Saturday we visited Auschwitz so we had an early start and they kindly made up a breakfast bag with sandwiches and all the rest to take with us. They have a left luggage place to use on your last day if you have a late pickup. Next door to the hotel is a small shop where you can get coffees, toasties, hot dogs or drinks. Would recommend for a short stay. One downside was there were only three coat hangers and our show took ages to drain. Our friends rooms showers wre OK.…

We stayed for 3 nights in March and they could not be more accommodating. They arranged Auschwitz tour and someone waiting to pick us up when we landed. The room was a double. It had air con and a reasonably priced mini bar but only contained soft drinks. Everything was clean and bright and breakfast can be arranged if possible. The only criticism we had was the walls are paper thin so on the first night we could hear someone talking until all hours. Still worth £53 for three nights

Massive positive is it’s literally 1 minute walk to the square. Room was clean and warm but basic. Nothing at all like the photos. Clean towels each day. Felt safe. Downsides was the noise every night until about 4am despite warnings that there would be penalties for guests who make so much noise did not seem a deterrent.

Wouldn't stay here again. Service was perfectly fine but being kept awake by the people over the courtyard until 4 in the morning just isnt acceptable. I dont normally mind, but 2 or 3 days in a row, even on a Sunday is too much. Good luck!!

Had one of the rear rooms which whilst relatively small was adequate for what we needed for a four night break. Minor issues were sorted by the friendly staff. Within walking distance of the Old Town / Jewish Quarter. Situated on one of the main streets that feed into the old town. Well stocked shop next door. Buffet breakfast @ £6 per person but we found better elsewhere.

Stayed with friends Wednesday to Friday. Very close to the main square in Krakow. Apartments very reasonably priced as well as clean and warm. Some disturbance overnight, however this was outside of the apartments control. Will be using these again on future visits.

Stayed here for a few days with friends. Our apartment was modern and very clean. The came with a mini fridge and prices for the items, all very cheap to buy. There is a TV and dvd but didn't really use it, couldn't find and channels in English, not really an issue. There's no restaurant in the actually hotel, there's bars that sale food directly across from the entrance. There's also no lifts, again wasn't an issue for us, but wouldn't be suited for anyone who can't use stairs. The staff were friendly. Will definitely go back.

Nice little apartments literally 30 seconds from the main square. We had room 8, a huge room with a double and 2 twin beds. Clean, mini bar, nice bathroom, nothing was too much for the people who worked on reception. Yes it’s noisy as it’s right near bars, but to be honest I slept through 2 of the 3 nights there. There is noise from the bin lorries in the morning, but again you get used to it. Reasonable price and would use them again.

Our recent stay at Pergamin was really disappointing and was definitely not like the pictures shown on the website. The only redeeming feature was the fantastically central location. We had a twin room which was much smaller and nothing like the the pictures shown. One of the plug sockets was hanging off the wall, the room was very dark and the light in the bathroom was so weak and barely over the shower so you virtually had to shower in the dark. The air conditioning unit didn't work for our entire stay meaning the room was stiflingly hot, our TV didn't work and the safe was broken (which the staff only admitted once we insisted they check it themselves because the first two times we tried to tell them, they said we weren't following the instructions/key use properly). The showerhead was big but only a dribble of water came out at full power. But the worst part wasn't anything in the room itself, it was that the street glass and bin collection happened outside our window every single morning between 6am and 7am. The property is in a central location so you expect to have loud bars emptying at 1am, which was the case, but we did not expect to be woken up so early by a lorry crushing glass so early every day. We didn't sleep properly because of this for our entire stay - would definitely not recommend and would never stay again.…
