This hotel is ideally situated for all the main central sites with Krakow. Only 10-15 minutes walk to the main square and 5 minutes walk to the the tram stops that will take you around the city. The Hotel doesn't look much from the outside but the rooms were clean and spacious. Rooms are equipped with tea and coffee making facilities, a fridge and a free safe. Our Bathroom contained a shower. Due to Covid-19 restrictions when we were there breakfast was not served in the Breakfast room but brought to your room. The bag contained water, juice, two bread rolls, jam, tea bags, coffee pods, butter, cheese spread, yoghurt, doughnut or biscuits. There was also a plate that contained ham, cheese, tomato, cucumber, lettuce and peppers. On the Saturday we visited Auschwitz so we had an early start and they kindly made up a breakfast bag with sandwiches and all the rest to take with us. They have a left luggage place to use on your last day if you have a late pickup. Next door to the hotel is a small shop where you can get coffees, toasties, hot dogs or drinks. Would recommend for a short stay. One downside was there were only three coat hangers and our show took ages to drain. Our friends rooms showers wre OK.

We stayed for 3 nights in March and they could not be more accommodating. They arranged Auschwitz tour and someone waiting to pick us up when we landed. The room was a double. It had air con and a reasonably priced mini bar but only contained soft drinks. Everything was clean and bright and breakfast can be arranged if possible. The only criticism we had was the walls are paper thin so on the first night we could hear someone talking until all hours. Still worth £53 for three nights

Massive positive is it’s literally 1 minute walk to the square. Room was clean and warm but basic. Nothing at all like the photos. Clean towels each day. Felt safe. Downsides was the noise every night until about 4am despite warnings that there would be penalties for guests who make so much noise did not seem a deterrent.

Great location clean room serviced each day but unsure if the bed linen was changed in the 5 days but the towels defiantly where hairdryer in room shower was fabulous mini bar in room but didn’t use so unsure if the prices the floor boards are very creaky could hear people walking around next door but that was the only thing 10 minute walk if that from the square and the Jewish quarter staff friendly and helpful didn’t have breakfast but people said it was good would stay here again

our trips (Full-Day Tour of Auschwitz and Wieliczka Salt Mine from Krakow) before we arrived. I would highly recommend doing this as some of the English speaking tours had sold out due to the busy weekend. We paid 640PLZ for two people. Transfers: We booked shuttledirect.com ourselves before our travel. £30 for two people return private transfers. Flawless door-to-door service. Hotel: IMMACULATE. We were in room 17, top floor, no noise - nothing. We had already requested a quiet room prior to arrival so I would suggest requesting room 17 if you would like a large quiet room (see my pics). Small shampoo and shower gels were provided, tea making facilities, towels & a hairdryer. Rooms were cleaned daily. Location: Literally a stone-throw from the Main Square (I counted a 70 footstep walk). There is no lift in the hotel so lots of steps but this wasn’t problematic in any way. Off the Main Street (Bracka) you need to turn down an alleyway for ‘The Space Bar’. The hotel isn’t signposted from the street itself. (Please see my photos to fully understand this.) Again not problematic but it’s nice to know where you’re going. I would strongly recommend this hotel to anyone who’s visiting Kraków, we couldn’t fault it if we tried. We only paid £90 for 3 nights!!
