Great location ! Heart of krakow main market square , couple minutes to WAWEL castle . I am really love design of hotel , modern and cozy , Great service , value Money ! Sit on the window for cool breath and lovely side . Will back soon. I am really love krakow . And really love this hotel .
Very clean good hotel, nice location. Only thing I would say is on a Saturday night the noise from outside and the club over the road is ridiculous !! If you can sleep through that you will be fine! Again asked for a double bed and was given a single. No other complaints !
Stayed here 3 nights and very glad we chose this hotel. We were upgraded to a deluxe room which I highly recommend if you can. Clean spacious room and bathroom. Location is a 10/10. Would stay here again. Reception is 24 hrs and they do hold your bag once you check out.
The hotel is excellent. The location is wonderful. Beautiful and renovated building. In the center of the beautiful old town, within walking distance to all the famous places. Surrounded by restaurants, shops, pubs and clubs. 5 minutes walk to the Grand Mall and the main train station. The hotel is beautiful, the lobby is tiny and minimalist. The room (premium corner) is very large and beautiful, clean, spacious, huge windows and a view of the main pedestrian street, the cathedral and the big square. The staff is very nice and kind. The hotel has additional services, some at a nearby hotel probably, we did not need or use. There is public parking nearby. A week's stay at the hotel was pleasant and very comfortable. The bathroom is beautiful, comfortable, clean and with underfloor heating. Mineral and carbonated water bottles are available in the guest room. The minibar is empty, which is very convenient for personal use. There is a tea kettle and coffee without milk .. (except with milk powder). At the same time - there are small and important things that you should pay attention to. The TV is tiny, outdated, with 25 channels, most of them in Polish except for the BBC and Euro New. No cnn and sports channels. And even so, the transmission quality is poor ... The WiFi network is poor and limited, and with poor quality and many disconnections in the room. The wired connection is correct. No clock, named place. The bathroom has no cosmetics like conditioner, moisturizer or magnifying mirror. There is a multi-purpose soap bottle. In the room there is no brochure explaining the hotel services, or regarding the operation of the TV, etc., no tourist information, no writing tools - nothing. At the same time, and despite this - the hotel is great, in a great location and highly recommended.…
We stayed at Hotel Unicus for 4 nights and had a great stay. Our room was lovely and big and we had a nice view of the streets below. Only a 2 min walk to the square and a great range of shops/bars/restaurants super close. The only negative was that it was quite noisy at night with drunk people! Would recommend maybe asking for a room that isn’t directly on the street. Overall we had a great stay and would 100% recommend!
Solo trip stayed here for 4 nights. Could not fault the staff made me stay very easy. The hotel itself short walk from the train station approximately 10 minutes or so. Situated close by to the main square and to a number of bars and restaurants. Breakfast buffet style plenty of choice, plus you could have option of omelette, eggs Benedict, scrambled or fried egg.
Located just down the road from the main square. 20 minutes walk from the train station. The train from the airport was easy to sort using the machines on the platform. The choice at breakfast was fantastic. We were in a room on the 2nd floor overlooking the road. There was no noise at night. Plenty of restaurants and bars nearby.
Sadly didn't get the chance to visit, but the staff accommodated me with an extension on my dates and were in constant contact via email with updates, customer service is AMAZING and I look forward to my staff when things return to normal. 5*
This hotel could be called basic, but it has everything you need for a city-break in Krakow - when you will be hardly in the hotel anyway. It's clean, the staff are friendly and efficient, and the location is ideal for the old town. It managed the Covid restrictions very well.
We stayed here for two nights and had a great stay. The reception staff are a credit to the company, very friendly and extremely helpful. The hotel is on a great location, very close to the main square but also quiet. Highly recommended.
