Sadly didn't get the chance to visit, but the staff accommodated me with an extension on my dates and were in constant contact via email with updates, customer service is AMAZING and I look forward to my staff when things return to normal. 5*
This hotel could be called basic, but it has everything you need for a city-break in Krakow - when you will be hardly in the hotel anyway. It's clean, the staff are friendly and efficient, and the location is ideal for the old town. It managed the Covid restrictions very well.
We stayed here for two nights and had a great stay. The reception staff are a credit to the company, very friendly and extremely helpful. The hotel is on a great location, very close to the main square but also quiet. Highly recommended.
This is a very welcoming hotel whose friendly, attentive staff speak excellent English and are only too willing to help guests enjoy their stay. We originally booked accommodation for five nights on a non-refundable basis. However, BA cancelled and rebooked our flights to such an extent that we had to add two nights at the start and one at the end of our trip. The hotel took all of this in its stride, allowing us to have use of the same room for our entire trip - in fact, they gave us an upgrade! The extra nights were charged at very favourable rates and it was explained to us that, in the event of cancellation, these extra nights would be refunded - first class service! Our room was spacious and spotlessly clean. The hotel explained that the room would not be serviced on a daily basis but that we should ask at reception if we needed anything done. Every couple of days, we would ask for fresh towels and invariably return later to find the entire room made up. They offered a very substantial buffet breakfast which was convenient if you had an early morning tour departure although there was a wide choice of bars and restaurants within easy walking distance. With Market Square only two blocks away, all Krakow's main attractions are virtually on your doorstep. We had a wonderful stay and would not hesitate to book at Hotel Unicus on our next Krakow visit.…
My friend and I had rebooked our trip, which was supposed to be in May. The hotel contacted us to offer safe collection from the airport, which we accepted. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful, we felt very safe. The hotel is situated in the old town, a few minutes walk from the main square and within walking distance of many sites, bars, restaurants and the river. Really enjoyed our stay in Kraków.
