We booked through booking.com and Check in was super easy, we stayed for two nights. Location is great and the hotel was clean and had great facilities. Spa and gym on the basement floor, both very nice just be aware people dont wear clothes in the sauna steam room area. If you are arriving after 9pm and leaving for tours early in the morning, make sure to phone ahead and book a breakfast box. This is something the hotel offer. We were unaware of this and were met with a no for the breakfast box as we checked in after 9pm and were leaving for a tour at 5:30am (before breakfast). We walked to a local spar supermarket to get some snacks for our breakfast. Having the coffee machine in the reception was a life saver and it’s open 24 hours. It has a selection of herbal teas and speciality coffee. We had paid for two nights with breakfast so we’re a little disappointed at not being given anything for breakfast. We spoke to a different member of staff who was super helpful and provided us with a lunch voucher each to use in the restaurant for their lunch time service. And wow this did not disappoint. The lunch was delicious!! 2 courses for 55pzn per person. The buffet style breakfast was also delicious and had a great variety of food. You could also order food such as avocado on toast with egg which looked great. The rooms were clean and again had good facilities, the only thing would be it did get quite hot and the tablet screen was very bright when we wanted to go to sleep but we just put a jumper over the top of it. Would definitely recommend staying here and please stay and try their food its amazing value for money.

The hotel is lovely, modern and very clean. The rooms are spotless and the bed is very comfortable. In the room there was bottled water provided, a safe, an essentials box with a small vanity kit and wipes etc as well as a notepad and pen. The tablet to control the room is very easy to use and navigate.
The location of the hotel for us was perfect. Once you gained your bearings it was only a 20-25 minute walk into the Old Town. You could also get the tram but we walked it. The hotel is also right by the New and Old Jewish cemetery which was interesting to go and see. By the hotel there are a few Zabka’s (local convenience shop) nearby meaning you were never far from a snack or drink.
Despite being by the railway lines you couldn’t hear the trains and they were very few and far between.
There is also a spa and gym within the hotel. We didn’t have time to try either but we had heard from other guests in the bar that they were good.
The staff in the hotel and restaurant were all brilliant, especially housekeeping who came in and remade the room whilst we were out, they even provided us with water bottle refills.
The restaurant and bar Halicka within the hotel is lovely. Their drinks are well priced and their bar snacks are lovely. One evening we ate within the restaurant and it was the best meal in Krakow we had. The concept is small bites (so you need about 2/3 per person) but they are all delicious and well priced. There are also many vegetarian options and we found it to be one of the best restaurants for myself as many didn’t specify on their menus in the Old Town if they were vegetarian options. The atmosphere was lovely and romantic.
Overall, one of the best hotels we have stayed in.

Beautiful hotel, helpful and friendly staff, great amenities. Would definitely recommend. This hotel is a short ride from the airport, about 20 US dollars via rideshare app. when we checked in it was quick and easy and the person at the desk was able to give us plenty of information about the amenities and the hours things were open. our room was beautiful, very clean, and had a lot of modern technologies like a tablet that controlled everything, heated floors, and a nice shower with two different shower heads. The beds were pretty comfortable, and you can request firmer pillows if the provided softer pillows are too soft (as an American, this was very much appreciated!). The room was a bit warm for us and changing the thermostat didn't do much, but we left the window open all day which helped. Our room was pretty quiet (above the train route), but my sister's room was louder, from the street noise. There is a small gym downstairs which has a few cardio machines, a rack of weights that goes up to 14kg, and a technogym cable machine but unfortunately it was not working. For such a nice hotel I was expecting a slightly better gym but it still did the job. There is also a spa downstairs that has a dry sauna and steam room that you can use for free, as well as some services like massages and facials. My husband and I both had a glow massage but our experience was not great. We both requested strong pressure (they ask you this at the start: light, medium, or strong), and we both received light pressure at best. it was a very underwhelming experience, even though it was relaxing. The food from the restaurant is very tasty (though a bit salty for our taste), in the breakfast buffet is one of the best I've ever seen. Yogurt bar, eggs, pancakes, breads, meats, fruit salad, juices, hot foods, coffee bar, fruits, muffins, and more. Would absolutely stay again, and highly recommend.

I highly recommend this hotel. I went with my husband for a weekend without children. What I am most satisfied with is the hotel service - both at the reception, restaurant and spa area. Incredibly friendly, helpful people. Everywhere is clean, and the decor is what I like, i.e. loft style. We were alone in the sauna area most of the time - it was very intimate and we could relax. On the weekend you can use the sauna from 7:00 until 10 p.m. When we arrived early on Sunday, the saunas were heated and ready. The changing room is equipped with towels, flip-flops, additional hygiene accessories and water. The restaurant has delicious food and delicious breakfasts. I especially recommend the avocado toast. I think that a big advantage is also the coffee and tea available 24 hours a day. We will definitely come back. Thank you❤️

Went on a solo trip to Krakow and the hotel far exceeded my expectations. It’s absolutely beautiful, the room was a good size, bed was super comfy and the shower was define. The room has its own WiFi and the TV allows you share your phone screen so I could watch Netflix/prime etc. free coffee/tea station downstairs and the gym and sauna were great. It was about 25 minute walk to the main old town square and 10 minute walk to the train station which you can catch to the airport for around £3! As a solo woman traveller I can’t recommend it enough, I felt safer in Krakow than any place including England, even after dark I never once felt unsafe walking around. The hotel is surrounded by tons on amazing restaurants and the hotel restaurant is great, the vegan dumplings were the best I have ever had! Thanks so much!!!

The PURO is really very conveniently located in the lively Kazimierz district. There are many students, pubs and restaurants and boutiques. The area is not (yet) totally touristy. From the hotel you can reach the market square on foot in a quarter of an hour. The interior is stylish, the rooms sufficiently large. We had a deluxe room facing one of the courtyards. This made it very quiet, only when people were in the courtyard, correspondingly loud. However, the windows close so well that nothing was heard when the windows were closed. The air conditioning system then operates quietly and reliably. The bathroom was good but not overly spacious. Here I would have expected more for a “deluxe” room. The beds are very soft. Since the edges of the mattresses were harder than the middle areas, I suspect that the mattresses have sagged. Anyway, I regularly rolled to the middle and had back pain in the morning. The friendly front office staff then kindly offered us to get another topper on the mattress. It got better with that. Breakfast offers a wide range of goods and cold food, including salad. We really liked it and we would love to come back.

The whole experience was generally OK, but considering it's PURO, I know it could be done better. I got a comfort room + a couple massage at the Prisma SPA which I also get previously in Warsaw and Lodz. In those places I gave it like 10/10, here a bit less unfortunately, because it turned out that I paid a bit more for the room just to get bathrobes and coffee machine in there, which was not worth it as a good coffee machine is available 24/7 in the very nicely designed hall and the robes are also easy to get at the SPA site which if free of charge for every guest. In Lodz, just a month earlier, we also got some sweets and fresh juice waiting for us in the room and a late check-out. Not only was the Lodz hotel cheaper (which comes as no surprise of course), it's just that I thought that if it's a hotel chain, the service would be more standardized and we can expect the same worth of it, let's say. In Warsaw last year we also got some extras, welcome drink etc, not just the things that were in the hotel anyways. So this was a bit disappointing and completely not worth the cost. What's more, we also got a room which was nothing like Puro - there was no desk (luckily none of us were supposed to get the work done there), the bathroom was right in front of the bed which made the shelves and storage part divided into two parts and this setup was not comfortable to use as there was lack of place in the shelves (mostly taken of the fridge and safestorage and the bathroom door + the comfort room coffee machine). The tv was not in front of the bed but this wasn't like big of a problem because it was easy to turn around. There was also a quite big table instead of the desk in the room which also took much place and was not comfortable to use, maybe just to drink some coffee or something, but not to work. To be honest, I was disappointed with the room as well but the service was very nice and kind, they checked if they have any other rooms available but they haven't any at the moment. Not only was it not worth to pay more for "comfort", but the whole comfort room was not comfortable at all. So as I mentioned before, in general - yes, that was a good stay, but to consider it's Puro - could be better. Also the SPA site is a bit different than we had before in other hotels, as here the service is asking what kind of massage you want (with oil or wax) so it felt great that we could choose ourselves. But on the other hand, the drinks were of no choice, while in other PUROs the service asked about preferences. Nevertheless, they made a pretty good cocktail so I was very glad. I just write about it to point out that the standard between same services can be different depending on the hotel.

The Puro Hotel in Krakow Kazimierz district was a great location and fantastic hotel. It is a block to the tram and just a few blocks from the Kazimierz district. We loved that there were bikes to use and when it rained they had us covered with umbrellas. The room was perfect for our needs. Everyone was very friendly and the breakfast is top notch. It was also very clean.
Just a few things that we personally didn't like: they need to rethink the pillows as they were very flat and downy. I wish they had a bit more filling to them to make them firmer. Also, the tablet that is used to control the room plugs in near the bed and the camera is facing the bed and cannot be moved. This should have already have some sort of cover on it.
