The hotel is located around 10 min away by feet from the city center in a quiet area. The building it’s a little bit old but the rooms are renovated, confortable and perfectly equipped. The breakfast it’s very complete. The mind of a traveler.
We arrived at the hotel late in the evening, were quickly booked in and shown our room. Comfortable single beds, TV (no programs in english), bathroom with shower cubicle. Basic but clean. Breakfast served 7 - 10.30am was continental, very nice, cheesecake was really light. A short distance, 10 minutes walk, to Old Town, perfect location. Reception staff, always polite and extremely helpful, excellent English. Perfect location for a short stay
Great location; with easy access to the main square but still quiet and peaceful. The room whilst not huge was clean and comfortable. The reception staff were friendly and could not have been more helpful, recommending places and printing maps! Really good value for money and would heartedly recommend.
The hotel is in a great position , about 8 min walk to the main square & very close to the main Krakow Museum. So from a location perspective it’s ideal. Also at this point I’ve got to say the continental breakfast is plentiful & tasty . And sadly that’s where the positives end . We had an issue with a twin room ( should have been a double ) , that was accidentally booked on booking.com,and we requested a room change. We were assured we would be accommodated the following day( bearing in mind it was a Tuesday and the hotel was not full ) .The following morning we were directed to what should have been a double room .. which was instead a twin room in an annex . When we went to reception to express our dissatisfaction, the receptionist unfortunately had little English as indeed we had no polish , so nothing was resolved . The plug in the sink didn’t work , there was no hairdryer in the room, and at 7am one morning a member of staff simply unlocked the door and walked into our room , before she realized her error. I would use the term deluxe very lightly when dealing with the Nobilton . In a nutshell , location is great , for a one or two night stay it’s adequate , but in my opinion , three stars is really pushing it . …
We used the hotel for a last-minute weekend in KRK. The place is in walking-distance to the historical city center, calculate ca. 15 minutes. The rooms are elder, probably dating back to the 70ies, though the bathrooms are surprisingly large and clean. Since the rooms are oriented to the inner courtyard, you are not disturbed by the traffic from the street in front of the building. Nobilton has a really great breakfast, which positively surprised us. There is a parkinlot in the inner courtyard.
