I stayed here with my daughter in June for our weeks holiday to Krakow. We had a standard room at the rear on the first floor which was very quiet. The staff were all very friendly and nothing was too much trouble. Apart from the first night we ate in the restaurant every night. My daughter is extremely fussy about food and there were several dishes available she would eat and she enjoyed them all. It is approximately 30 minutes walk into the main square but at no time did we feel unsafe walking through the city. We did not take the tram but the hotel is just a few yards away from a tram stop. We had an early morning flight home and had to checkout before breakfast. Despite forgetting to order our breakfast boxes the day before, as recommended when we checked in, the staff had remembered and our boxes were waiting for us. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would happily stay here again.…
Staff were very friendly and spoke fluently in English, and very attentive. The hotel was clean, and the rooms were large with modern fittings, very good shower, mini bar, and safe. With tea and coffee making facilities in the room. Good choice at breakfast, we didn’t have an evening meal there though as there were so many restaurants to choose from in the old town, which was only a short tram ride away. Would definitely recommend this hotel, and will be returning to the very interesting city that is KRAKOW.
Arrived at this hotel to find a lovely birthday msg from staff for my friends 60th and decorated with baloons . . rooms are big and really clean . . staff can't do enough to help us . . food excellent 😁
This hotel is lovely and excellent value for money. We had a lovely room overlooking a little square with a balcony. The room was spotlessly clean with one of the best showers i’ve had in a hotel! Ate in the restaurant on the first night, for convenience, and it was good value and tasty, which is often not the case with hotel restaurants. It’s about a 25 min walk from the Old Town and main square, but the walk is interesting and feels safe throughout. We would stay here again without hesitation.
The hotel was in a good location, quiet but easy walk into main square and places of interest and some good restaurants. Lovely helpful staff. Room was large, and well laid out and very clean. Bed very comfortable. Buffet Breakfast was included. Would definitely stay again.
As many have said, a hidden gem with helpful and pleasant staff. We had a 4 night stay rooms was spacious and clean and importantly quiet. We had a good nights sleep every night. I thought the breakfast was good with plenty of choice including cereals for the more traditional Brit! A couple of suggestions, Put the milk and yogurts on a cold tray, They are out for a long time for us late risers and were not cold. Also the big pillows in the room were a little awkward to get comfortable. some varied hardness traditional size ones would be better for guests. That said, I would thoroughly recommend this hotel. A great place to stay. this should not
We stayed here in Feb 2022 and definitely recommend. It's close enough to the main square without being too busy outside the hotel. 10 mins walk into the Square or it's only £2 in a Uber. The hotel is close to a local supermarket, restaurants and bars. Staff were very friendly and helpful. We had late flights on the way home but the hotel allowed us to leave our cases in the luggage room, free of charge. They also let us sit in the restaurant until our taxi arrived even though the restaurant was closed. The rooms were clean and well maintained. We will definitely be returning.
I had booked and paid this hotel for Ukrainian friends. The hotel went out they way to ensure not only the check-in was seamless but they had any need met, they were given advice and assistance from the reception, but more importantly this hotel were kind and did everything possible to make their stay flawless. A lot of hotels put their business before customers however this hotel is unique, it is truly is a hotel that cares about the individual needs of customers and I would not hesitate to recommend above any hotel in Krakow - thank you especially to Julia on reception
The Plaza Boutique Hotel was one of the best choices I made. I booked in on the 28 February 2022. The staff was friendly and helpful. There are 2 ladies ( forgot to ask for their names, the one was blonde and the other one Long dark hair. I did not meet them with my arrival but the next day. She helped me with information and wrote it down for me. She even try to help me get a train to Zakopane. She is a Star and good in her job. The hotel was in a good area and next to the Tram rail where u can get several trams into town that can take u around. Even for disable the transport is there to use. the only problem will be for a WHEELCHAIR, no up or down ramps at the stops from this hotel. My room was comfortable and cosie. I enjoyed my stay and will go back again.
