We had a great stay at this hotel. The room was clean, the bedding was clean and also comfortable pillows! Our room (302) had two sofabeds and a double bed, which suited us as two adults and two children. The room was opposite a church and loved hearing the bells ring in the morning! The road outside in the evening was quite noisy until late, it didn't bother us but a light sleeper may be disturbed! The bathroom was great with a lovely shower and plenty of toiletries. There was also a small kitchenette with a fridge, coffee machine and some basic utensils. There was also water and coffee pods available. We had the breakfast and the Granola and yoghurt with fruit was lovely! Lovely location, lots of places to eat and drink locally and a 20min walk to Old Town

A fab location right in the heart of Kazimierz facing the big church. Our room was spacious and clean with a small kitchenette thrown in (although we never used it, as it was so cheap to eat out all the time). The receptionist (Igor) was so helpful when checking in, and when we discovered we had the wrong travel adaptor, He found us 2 to use during our stay. The maid gave us extra towels when we asked too.Late Acess was by keypad on the front door. Giving us total freedom. We loved staying here and will definitely try to book here next time.

It was our second time in this aparthotel. We stayed eight nights there, and we were more than satisfied. Homey place, very clean and calm, ideally located in the heart of Kazimierz. The receptionist, Igor, is a great professional, always cheerful and eager to help. I recommend this place to everyone seeking comfortable accommodation in Krakow.

We have just returned home after 4 nights staying in one of the superior apartments. It was brilliant, we loved the layout and it was so clean and had everything we needed. We would definitely stay here again and recommend to anyone.

Slightly underwhelmed with the stay at bc residence apart hotel 29, the room itself looked ok despite it not being the one I hoped for or thought I was getting after booking on booking.com. The little details were missing, for example it is a self catering apartment with a small kitchen but missing essentials such as a toaster and frying pan, so we bought breakfast then found we could not cook it the way we wanted it, the issue was resolved but a day later than what we wanted, there was also no tea towel to dry pots. Tea bags were provided but no milk? There was only one towel for each of us for a three night stay and the double bed which I will admit was very comfy to two separate single duvets which was odd. All these issues couldnt be resolved as there was no one on reception for the first day and a half, then eventually they were. The place itself was approx 20 mins away from the main square and I would not stay here again if I was to visit krakow due the small details and the location as we would like to be closer.

We have just returned from a fantastic 2 night stay here and would 100% recommend these apartments for anyone looking to go to Kraków. The staff were always so friendly and helpful, from telling us the best places to eat, visit or do, to providing us with UK plug adapters as we forgot ours 🙈 the room was very presentable and tidy, and the bed was one of the comfiest I have ever slept on! It is in a great location, only minutes away from local restaurants and bars, and only a 10/15 minute walk to the main square. Would definitely return, brilliant stay.

Used the appartments for a recent stay from Saturday to Tuesday we were very happy with the accommodation and would recommend 100%. The staff are very friendly and on our arrival full of advice with tips about our stay. They were also helpful with printing our boarding cards and always friendly and polite. Our apartment was on the front of the building and I had read that this was noisy but for us it was fine. I would definitely recommend the location as there are lots of bars and restaurants within easy walking distance (too many to mention) . We were impressed with the standard of food which for our stay varied from traditional Polish, Italian and Argentinian all of a high standard. The bars we used were exceptionally cheap £2 for large beer and £2.40 for Prossecco. They offered the known Polish beers but there were lots of craft beer bars which were exceptional. The street food market was out of the hotel and left then second right and worth a visit for the Zapiekanka. They are huge and cost around £3 but a slight anti climax for me. The castle was perhaps 10-15 mins walk and main square 20. All at a steady pace and taking in the sites. We did a full day visiting Auschwitz/Birkenau + Salt Mines. The first speaks for itself and the Salt Mines were OK and impressive but not our bag. We booked our transport from the UK which was for airport transfers and the 2 trips with a stop to a traditional Polish restaurant near to the salt mines. Auschwitz/Birkenau was a personal tour which allowed us to divert from the larger crowds the salt mines were organised. My advice:- Go with the flow and choose your restaurants by what you fancy not by the reviews. We found everywhere to be at the very least 'good'. If you are visiting Auschwitz do some research and watch some documenties. This prepared me for the experience. I hope this helps 👍🏻

Fabulous apartments set in the old Jewish quarter, very modern and recently refurbished to a very high standard......takes about 20 mins ish to walk to the main square where the Christmas markets were held (we found short cuts once we found our bearings) Would highly recommend these apartments. A 5 minute walk in the opposite direction to the main square/ Christmas markets finds you at a river and the bridge where lots of people have hung their padlocks. I think staying here we got the best of both worlds....the Jewish quarter has a tiny market square surrounded by lots of quirky bars and fab restaurants (very cheap!) with some amazing street art.......I am so glad we chose to stay here, as we would've missed an amazing part of Krakow if we stayed near the main square The staff were very helpful and polite and always prompt in replying to emails. They arranged our transport to and from the airport in a fabulous vehicle for about £18.....cannot wait to return.
