These are superb apartments in the Jewish area. They are modern, clean and spacious with all of the amenities you need. There is a great vibe in the immediate area and the more touristy Old Town area is 15 minutes march away. However there is a taxi rank nearby. If I returned to this great city, I would stay here again without hesitation.
We stayed here for 2 nights last weekend, what a beautiful apartment, so modern, clean, spacious and the staff fantastic. From checking in so friendly and informative, they organised to decorate the room for my partners birthday with balloons, banners, cake and champagne! He loved it. The location is great right near bars and restaurants, very cheap but amazing food! One place we went just down the road called Wrega Dziekujemy were amazing! There is also a bar next door which opens at 3pm- very nice cocktails. This apartment is in the Jewish part and near the old town so you can walk or scoot around here. 15-20mins to the main square. I’d also recommend getting a scooter they are so much fun and you get to see the city if your on limited time. I’d deffo book here again. Thank you for a beautiful stay.…
First time in Krakow (family of three), and could not have been better. Accommodation is clean, modern, well maintained and perfectly positioned - great location in the Jewish Quarter and much of Krakow easily accessible on foot. However, the selling point for this property is it's staff team - faultless 5* attention and personalised service. We all decided Privilege Suites was as good - if not better - than anywhere we have stayed previously, and will always look to stay here when we return. If you are comparing accommodation for a stay in Krakow, no need to look any further.
This hotel was amazing. Huge wow factor for inexpensive cost. If you're debating which hotel to choose, stop. Just book this one already. We were greeted very pleasantly with a quick and easy check-in, then escorted to our room to show us its features. In our huge and beautifully decorated room, was a bottle of chilled wine, two glass bottles of water, and a Krakow magnet to enjoy - complimentary. In the kitchen were: Nescafe coffee maker, electric kettle, two burners, small oven, dishwasher, large sink with liquid hand soap dispenser, small fridge, pots and pans, glasses, plates, bowls, silverware, corkscrew, glassware (including wine and shot glasses), dishwasher soap, and two large trash cans. There was a table for four under a really neat chandelier (the lighting throughout the whole apartment was really neat and bright). In the living room was a soft and comfortable l-shaped couch with lots of colorful pillows and soft blanket. Bright windows that can easily be covered and closed lined the wall. There was a coffee table (topped with local books and sweet local milk candy) and a nice sized TV with free English Netflix. In the corner was a vibrant plant, local books, and local magazines. And most importantly, great air conditioning! The bedroom had lots of in-wall closet space, different lamps with different brightness levels, one night stand, a full size bed with two individual comforters (no flat sheet), four pillows, and a soft blanket. Additional bedding was in the cupboards. The bathroom was nice with the HUGE glass shower (you could fit five people in it!) was bright and modern. Toiletries included bar soap, lotion, shampoo, and body wash (no conditioner). There was a hair dryer, hand sanitizer, one extra roll of toilet paper, and a first aid kit. One sink with storage drawers, a towel warmer, and two towels per person. The shower had amazing water pressure with a rain shower head and wand. There were two large storage shelves inside the shower to store your toiletries. This hotel is in a great location. Walking distance within tons of restaurants and little stores. There was a 24-hour Carrefour Express (small grocery store) where we stalked up on snacks, water, and breakfast foods since our tours started before breakfast cafes opened. Great communication from the staff. Would highly recommend. Note: Parking is not included. There was a 24-hour guarded parking lot down the street that cost about 30 bucks for two days.…
Just returned home from an amazing stay here for 3 nights with friends. Apartments are in an amazing location and perfect for getting to anywhere in the city. Spotlessly clean, modern and looks exactly like the pictures. Provided with everything you need and staff are super helpful. Would 100% stay here again! Wasn’t expecting as much for the price but was genuinely blown away. Also amazing service organised by the staff - for 100 sloty (20 pounds) - stress free transfer to the airport which was both punctual each time and so easy. Can’t recommend this enough and was amazing to get away post lockdown!
Lovely apartments located in the centre of the Jewish quarter. Spotlessly clean and the staff are extremely helpful. Perfect location for exploring all that Krakow has to offer. About a 15 walk to the main square.
Fabulous accommodation, stunning apartments within walking distance to square/pubs/restaurants. Immaculate and with everything you could possibly need.Free wifi,Netflix hairdryer washing machine, dishwasher. Stayed in the penthouse which was fabulous and very spacious. Staff were lovely and Gregory was more than helpful, lovely man. Will be returning.
This was our second stay at Privilege Suites. On our first visit, we were impressed, our second visit surpassed the first. As a party of three couples, we chose the penthouse apartment, all three bedrooms. The facilities and decor shown in the publicity are better in reality. Privilege Suites are perfectly located for the cafes, bars and restaurants of the Kazmiercz (Old Jewish Quarter) district, and are within easy walking distance of the Market Square and Wawel Castle,as well as the shopping mall alongside the Glowny railway station. Our visit coincided with the Polish government 'lockdown' during the Covid-19 outbreak. The 'lockdown' was brought to our attention by owner Gregory who phoned whilst we were out and about in Krakow. Gregory offered any assistance we may need in those unprecedented times, including allowing us to extend our stay at Privilege Suites for as long as necessary. Luckily, we able to return to the UK on our booked flight, two days into the 'lockdown'. Having arrived home in the UK, Gregory again made contact to enquire as to our safe arrival. I and our party, would like to express our thanks here to Gregory and his staff, and thoroughly recommend Privilege Suites. We will definitely return, once normality returns…
We arrived at the hotel where we were greeted with a smile. We got into the room which was spacious and clean, all the mod cons and everything you could need, hairdryer, coffee machine, iron etc. Unfortunately when we were here the Polish government decided to close all their boarders due to the coronovirus, and the country was on lock down, the owner of the building contacted us, asked if we were OK, did we need anything, food, transportation etc. As we wer unsure of the situation at the time he said we were welcome to stay as long as we needed. He contacted us daily on our stay to make sure we were OK. Even though I would have rated this hotel 5 stars regardless of the situation but the staff excelled themselves with their caring nature and we are truely grateful for everything they did for us. We will definitely be returning to these apartments again ❤️ Thank you privilege suites.…
What can I say, other than wow. Absolutely no complaints about this establishment! Our 1 bed, 2 bathroom apartment was spacious, spotlessly clean, and luxurious. It contained everything we needed for our 4 day stay. Staff were friendly and helpful and the location was great for exploring krakow. Do not hesitate to book one of these gorgeous apartments! Ps We recommend the nearby alchemia for breakfast and hummus and happiness for a tasty evening meal!
