Beautiful hotel, everything modern. We got a better room than we ordered, thank you. The advantage is the hotel spa. The breakfasts were good, sometimes they seemed like they were from the previous day. We were most excited by the location, it was possible to walk everywhere.

Great hotel near main square only 5 min ride on tram which is right outside hotel (very cheap 38p Pp) hotel is lovley very clean and rooms great we had a superior room with huge bed and lounge area with comfy sofa - tea and coffee facilities and also ironing board and iron in cupboard. Bed comfy slept well no noise at all. Towels changed every day and Always came home to tidy room Reception were helpful We had breakfast included in our stay lots to choose from the only thing lacking was a toaster which would have been ideal We ate at the restaurant the first night - that was the only downfall was hit great at all food very disappointing Apart from that we had a great stay - booked excursions through Viator very easy Visit the main square loads of food and bars to choose from

Last minute city break, main visit for WW2 history. Hotel ideal spot with tram stop very close. Room spotless and spacious deluxe. Breakfast provided good choices. Agree with other reviewer, a toaster would be a plus. Restaurant menu and cocktails good, enjoyed a couple of tasty meals. Local sites- Auschwitz is a must. Other interesting and humbling museums and memorials to visit, including site of Plaszow concentration camp which is now parkland with information boards a few stops south on the tram.

Firstly the hotel is in a good location. Just outside the centre but only a 5 minute walk. The hotel itself is clean as are the the rooms. The on site restaurant is a joke. It is meant to be open until 10, but was closed by 9 on three nights, so unable to get even chips. The hotel apologised, repeatedly for the fact that it should be open but isn’t. Breakfast is basic but absolutely fine. Evening meals in the restaurant again an absolute joke. It was empty at 20:00 which haven now eaten there is understandable. It’s a place you eat once. We arrived to three chefs stood about nattering and using mobiles. We ordered a burger which was OK, pasta which was again OK albeit oily. We also order the chicken which was herbed. It came with burnt crispy something that shattered everywhere and a healthy portion of spinach, sodden and way to salty. The chicken itself seemed to have been frozen rather than fresh. This normally would be enough to put us off, but the worst part was we then had three so called chefs watching us eat our food, oh and the pot washer. It was so bad we even has to call the waitress over and ask her if she wouldn’t mind asking them to stop doing so. In short the food was below average, the restaurant not surprisingly empty and an absolute let down for what is otherwise a great hotel.

Fantastically clean hotel, staff were excellent, extremely helpful throughout the booking process & on arrival. Located in a great position, we walked to the main square which is about 1.5m away, however you can take in the Jewish Quarter en route. Adjacent to the hotel, a few steps away is the Ghetto Hero’s square with the chairs you may have seen, very poignant. Just around the corner about 500m is Schindlers Factory. A tram stop if right outside.

The hotel is modern with good size rooms with kitchen area. It had a hot plate, sink and good sized fridge. We had a room for three with two beds and sofa bed. Beds a bit firmer than we are used to. We where at the front nearest the road and trams so a bit noisy but ear plugs sorted this. Small amount of tea and coffee in room but no milk. Shop just beside hotel. Staff all very pleasant.Reception staff helpful, requested more pillows which arrived very promptly. Housekeeping very good, rooms cleaned and restocked daily. Breakfast had a good selection of food. The walk to main square takes about 25 minutes but tram is just outside hotel. Tram number 3 will get you to the main square. Very easy to use ticket machine at stop and onboard. Hotel just across the road from Ghetto square ,The Eagle Pharmacy and not far from Schindlers factory worth a visit. Go before Auschwitz will help with understanding. Would stay in hotel again and recommend to others.

Amazing stay in a beautiful modern boutique like hotel. Stayed here with my fiancee for the weekend whilst visiting Krakow. The reception staff were all so lovely and catering- even gave me two adapter plugs as i had forgotten to bring them which was so nice of them. On arrival fridge is stocked with water, wine, beer and nuts which is a nice addition. There is a breakfast bar and spa in the hotel which we didn't get round to using but looked fab. Hotel is about a 20 minute walk to the city center so we just got taxis to and from there and got reception to call one for us, however there was also a tram practically at the door step of the hotel. There is also a small shop just a few doors up. Rooms were spotless and super modern, comfy bed and great shower as well as heating. Would definitely return here if we ever came back to Krakow!

We were in 2-bedroom apartment, it was great and very large, with fireplace and generally very pampering. Included breakfast was rich and tasty, no load in the breakfast area, which was nice and big. The only thing I could add - more selection of breads, for example rye bread was not at all. There was a mistake in apartment description: it was claimed as two bathrooms when actually is one bathroom and one additional WC - on the spot it was told us that there are no two bathrooms in any apartment and they will fix the mistake in description. Another small inconveniency for us: the safe is not in the apartment but downstairs on -1 floor. The refrigerator in apartment is very big and convenient. We had complimentary chocolates and soda drinks in the room. Thanks. The spa was good, sauna area is wonderful, dry sauna works perfect. Took one treatment in spa (relaxing massage) - was very professional and perfect. The staff in registration desk is nice, professional, every request was performed without delays. Generally, Lwowska 1 seems new and has a good modern facilities. The housekeeping was very well. Location is OK considering very cheap BOLT and UBER. Restaurant "Zielonym do góry" in the building provides room service, we ordered once - good portions, tasty food. Thanks to all the team for our plenty stay!

Really cool hotel. Rooms were lovely. It’s not right in the centre but the tram is literally a stone throw away. The walk to the centre is about 25 minutes and it’s a nice walk. Didn’t sample any of the food but the cocktails in the bar were lovely.

Nice hotel..Big rooms..Comfy bed but horrible pillows tho..Too soft and lumpy..We stayed in Room 106..Noisiest we have stayed in to be honest, due to it being what seems to be major tram line routes..Bought earplugs and problem was solved..Tram stops right outside the hotel and very easy to use ticket machines for tram..Ghetto square was also across from the hotel..Booked as bnb..Breakfast on the first morning wasn’t great and we didn’t bother the other mornings..No issues with the staff at all..Found them very helpful when they were asked any questions!! Only one English speaking TV channels on the TV..Hallways always smelled very nice and fresh too,no matter what time of day it was..We found the location a bit far out but didn’t bother us as we hopped on and off the tram..Getting off at Shopping Mall and then a few minutes walk and you were in the Main Square..Pretty ideal really..And Podgorze they say is up and coming area..Who knows..If visiting Krakow I would certainly use the hotel again..Noise and breakfast did not put us off at all..Noise was eliminated and food is a plenty in Krakow
