The hotel is on the edge of the Old Town, 5 minutes walk to Wawel and less than 10 minutes to the main Square. There is a welcoming feel as you enter with a smiling and extremely helpful receptionist. The rooms are spacious and clean. Breakfast was excellent with a good choice of hot and cold table totally self service...

We booked a group of 10 guests into this hotel for a 4 night break. We found the hotel to be great on customer service, comfortable and reasonably priced. The rooms are of good size and although our original room did not have great views we asked to be moved and this happened immediately to a room with a view...

We stayed at the Kossak in November so this is a late review. All in all a perfect hotel with a comfortable 15/20 minute walk to the city centre. Rooms were spotless and everything was of a high standard. My only adverse comment is that on the first morning I found that the cooked items appeared to have gone cold...

The Kossak hotel may not have all the facilities of some of its bigger neighbour, but what it does have is five star quality. The staff were pleasant and helpful, the rooms were well decorated and clean and warm. The bed was one of the most comfortable I've slept in. The buffet breakfast was extensive and good quality. The hot...

This hotel is in a good location. 10 minutes walk to the main square. Staff were helpful and room was lovely and a good size. Breakfast was very good with lots of choice. The lobby bar was great to sit and have a couple of drinks. Cocktails good. Hotel organised a trip to the salt mine for us at very...

We spent Christmas in Krakow and we enjoyed our staying at Kosak Hotel. The central location allowed us to arrive in about 10 minutes in the central market where the Christmas Market was. From the restaurant window at the first floor of the hotel we got to see the Wavel Hill with the beautiful church standing on top of it....

Lovely staff, great location about 10 minute walk to the square. Hotel was clean and well kept. Good selection at breakfast, would definitely stay here again. Only negative was we booked a double room, which was two single beds pushed together so not the most comfortable.

We stayed here in November 2016 for 3 nights and could not fault it at all! When we arrived, our room wasn't ready as we were quite early but the reception staff stored our cases so we could go and do our first spot of sight seeing. By the time we arrived back that evening the room was ready for...

Fabulous hotel within easy walking distance of all that Kraków has to offer. All staff incredibly polite and helpful. Rooms of an excellent standard with everything (and I mean everything!) you could possibly need - great toiletries, tea coffee making facilities, well stocked and inexpensive mini-bar. Would not hesitate to return to the Kossak should we visit Kraków again. Thank...
