Pretty nice centrally located hotel. Buses and loads of shops restuarants nearby. The walk of cruise along river vistual is also near. I am not a fussy traveler but a few things put me off, otherwise I would have given it five stars. There were stains on bedsheets and towels. The wifi was very sktechy. The breakfast wws average. If they fix the above issuew it is perfect place to stay.

Pleasant 5 night stay. Well located if you enjoy walking, situated on the river 18 minutes walk to Main Square. Slept really well, no noise and comfortable room/studio. Breakfast perfectly adequate, hot food in bain-marie so fried eggs dry out. That's the only negative.

My partner and I stayed here for 3 nights . This small hotel is a fantastic place to stay. We had room 32 which was massive by UK standards. King sized bed, sofa, giant TV and a balcony overlooking the castle. Bathroom was fab as well. Very clean with friendly helpful staff. Great location 10 minutes walk from the square. Highly recommended. Hope to return soon.

My husband and i stayed here from 27th to 30th December. This hotel is clean and only 10 mins walk from the main square Check in was quick. We stayed for 3 nights in December for a short break. Our room was clean, spacious, warm and comfortable. Shower was amazing!! Breakfast was full of great choices, warm and cold options, the pastries were amazing! Staff were helpful and efficient. I would not hesitate in staying here again, what a little gem of a hotel!!

From the moment we booked the customer service was fabulous. We requested an airport to hotel transfer for 4 which they kindly arranged with no fuss and when we arrived (approximately 20 mins from airport) we were greeted warmly by the reception staff. We were allocated room number 41 right at the top of the hotel under the eaves. It had a sloping roof and only skylights in the bedroom, which my daughter found a little claustrophobic. The mini suite also had a little lounge to relax in with double doors that opened onto the bedroom. The bathroom, lounge and bedroom were modern and sleek with comfortable beds and sofas and everything was very clean. The T.V. in the bedroom had no English channels and the T.V. in the lounge only Russia Today in English and BBC in English which meant you had the choice of the news or the news! The free WIFI was intermittent in our room (but in the room below it worked fine). The breakfast was a plentiful continental selection with a few hot choices of sausage or eggs. Walking distance from the main square is about 15 mins and mind you don't get run over by the bicycles! The VERY BEST thing about this hotel is the staff. We needed a corkscrew they found one for us. Ice for the room? No trouble. Directions to the dentist and ordering of taxis to and from - done. Happy, cheerful and always up for a chat - faultless customer service.

booked this hotel as usual with some trepidation 9 months in advance, contacted them 2 days before arrival to arrange a taxi transfere from the airport great service named board lovely car 20 min journey 90 zloty. arrived at benefis around 8.30 pm, to a lovely smiling friendly lady who booked us in with no delays into room 33 huge room with a seated tv area balcony huge bathroom with all amenities, breakfast time again greeted by friendly warm smiles to a buffet style breakfast with a wide variety of foods serial yoghurt fruit sausage bacon eggs ham cheese everything you could ask for. you can book any trips taxis direct from the hotel if required dont no prices because of prior booking room was cleaned and made everyday with all staff warm and friendly, location of the hotel fantastic 15 min walk to main square but a lovely walk across the river through the park into the heart of the city all feeling very very safe. we stayed for 5 nights this boutique hotel punches well above its weight fantastic in every way dont be put off by any negative comments we have stayed in 5 star accomadation not offering this quality and service i would like to thank all the staff for a wonderfull break most definately will be back.

Hotel is a small 3* rated but I have stayed in 5* rated not has good has this & would quite easily give the hotel 4* only losing 1 * for being on the other side of the river from the main square. Having said this it was a great little hotel with large bedrooms with seating area & a large bathroom. With minibar. Breakfast was a variety of continental & some hot sausages & eggs, but plentiful for all. The staff were excellent & helpful with all our inquiry's, they even organised our airport pick up & return. If I return no hesitation in booking here again.

We booked two twin rooms at the Benefis in June for three nights and we were not disappointed. Firstly it is in a great location, a two minute walk to the river where you can enjoy a lovely walk and there are some good floating restaurants to enjoy that serve some great cocktails and good food. You can also book a little cruise that visits main attractions along the river. We found the reception staff very friendly and polite, super fast check in and we arrived early and the rooms were ready. They helped with tour bookings and taxis when needed which was a great help. The twin rooms were so spacious and clean with a seperate seating area, a huge shower room, balcony and air conditioning you could actually have on whilst sleeping as noise was minimal. There is a hairdryer provided as well as shampoo and shower gel. An added bonus of plenty of plug sockets meant not having to unplug lamps and kettles where the socket is stuck behind a cupboard etc.... Good selection at breakfast- juices, coffee, tea, toast, eggs, sausage, cereal, ham, cheese, salad, rolls and cake. Would recommend this hotel and look forward to visiting again
