Detailed Reviews
This hotel is a historic building and has a long history of architectural design. The rooms are comfortable and the surrounding areas are very nice for having breakfast or dinner. The staff are young people who are very interested in doing things well. The staff are very friendly and knowledgeable I recommend staying at this hotel.

Wonderful hotel, great facilities friendly and courteous staff. Could not fault the hotel in any way! Amazing breakfasts and lovely meals in the restaurant all at competitive prices. rooms amazing with all facilities and amenities you could wish for including body lotion! Although the hotel is not central it has an easy tram stop nearby to the centre or a quick and cheap Uber ride away. Next to a beautiful park for walks and coffee too. Loved this hotel, will return.

A beautiful, cozy place with friendly staff. Breakfast was amazing! We enjoyed our stay. Only downside was noices from the hall when trying to sleep and the sewer smell in the bathroom. Still would recommend this place for a comfortable stay outside busy centrum.

Great Reception staff and good check in.
Lovely room at rear of the building.Large bathroom with plenty of supplies etc.
Breakfast was probably 7 out of 10. Yoghurts were never cold as they were displayed
in bowls with no ice .Fruit was fine.Bread was also fine.Coffee served to table and one
made your own tea .
I would have awarded 4 ratings but we had a bad experience at the hotel bar ?I asked
where the bar was and got directed to the basement. We sat at the bar and suddenly
a very curt and abrupt lady approached me for papers and passports.I remarked what for and she responded they were needed.I remarked so we need a passport for a drink.I left the bar and went to my room for the passports. In the meantime another
lady asked my wife to come out of the bar.I met her on the staircase returning to the room and we decided not to bother with a drink following such treatment. This was a
very disturbing incident.
Not sure if i would return.

Definetly 3* hotel not a 5*. I am not sure how this hotel managed to Get this rating but there is a lot missing. Hotel is dated and lacks 5* feeling all around. Starting in decor, ambience and quality and finishing on food..

We booked the hotel through a 3rd party website. It appeared to be the best deal in town (for the quality it offers). It's a 5* property, although not sure if this is an official rating, as there are certain things missing. Anyhow, we were by car, so on purpose we selected a hotel were we wouldn't have to worry about parking (you will get charged > 20eur/day for parking in the city centre hotels - here you get a secured parking for free). But if you don't have your own mode of transport, I wouldn't recommend staying there.
We arrived on Saturday and we hit a wedding party in the hotel. You could hear noise at night but nothing that would really bother you.
Rooms are quite specious, good design, flat screen TV, bathroom of a decent size - all spotless clean.
On corridors you will find computers with an internet access.
One of the best breakfast I've ever head - very impressed. Massive selection of meats, cheeses, cold / hot meals, fantastic breads ...
The restaurant offers a good selection of Polish cuisine. Very small portions though. Customer service fantastic!
Would surely suggest the hotel to older couples who are coming to town by car, or those who don't mind using taxis. Then the value for money is really good.

Wow, what hidden gem. Got a recommendation for the restaurant across the street, but it was busy with an outdoor concert, so gave this place a try... It was wonderful. Food was amazing and service was awesome!
PS: It was open for us when we arrived at 9:30pm and stayed open until we finished dessert at 10:40pm :-)

A well appointed hotel. The room furniture is of a good quality and everything you might want is present. The restaurant served good food and the breakfast was exceptional. The staff were very helpful. One of them mapped-out a tourist route for me. There is just one drawback to this establishment. It is close to a noisy dual-carriageway which meant that I could not open my windows without experiencing a great deal of noise. Ask for a room to the left and away from the road. I have rated the rooms as 'average' with the problem of noise in mind.

We found this on booking.com and immediately fell for it. We rented a car to ensure that we'd find the travel convenient- turns out that was extremely helpful to get around the city too!
We drove up to the hotel and were surprised but the neon-lighting and worried about it's proximity to the dual carriageway. However, we soon forgot all about it when we walked in to a lovely, warm reception. The professional receptionist was accompanied by a charming concierge poised to assist. They were very ready for us, with our form, receipt and key handed over in moments.
We stayed in 208 which is a deluxe room (about £10 more than a standard per night), the information told us it was the 'american' style room. The decoration was highly detailed - beautiful colours and textures, antique furniture and an immaculate bathroom. It had lovely little antiques here and there with colonial-style images on the walls and woven into the upholstery.
We were also delighted to find that the road nearby was barely audible. Also amazing, considering the minus temperatures outside, the hotel was warm throughout at all times!
The hotel was quiet (although, with 21 rooms, I am sure it is never too busy!), we had dinner in the restaurant, which was modest but tasty and had a look at the casino (which was BUZZING, like an underground secret!)
The breakfast had a great variety: a bunch of polish salads, cold cuts, eggs, bacon, cereals, yoghurts, pastries and fruit - absolutely lovely!
There is also free parking and internet - a great touch for newbie travellers!
It is an extremely luxurious and hospitable place to stay and can be booked for an extremely low rate. We loved it and will go back if we return to Krakow! Many thanks to the team.

the hotel met all of my expectations, to the center of Krakow you need to take a taxi but it takes only 10 minutes. My stay was everything I hoped for through professional service and the price of the accommodation was reasonable, that is, lower than expected which encouraged me more to choose this hotel

No problem. Dogs are welcome in our hotel rooms.

It is Not very far. By Taxi is about 15 minutes from the hotel to the main square. By Tram is about 25 min. And If you would like to walk it is about 45 min. Best regards
