We booked the hotel through a 3rd party website. It appeared to be the best deal in town (for the quality it offers). It's a 5* property, although not sure if this is an official rating, as there are certain things missing. Anyhow, we were by car, so on purpose we selected a hotel were we wouldn't have to worry about parking (you will get charged > 20eur/day for parking in the city centre hotels - here you get a secured parking for free). But if you don't have your own mode of transport, I wouldn't recommend staying there.

We arrived on Saturday and we hit a wedding party in the hotel. You could hear noise at night but nothing that would really bother you.

Rooms are quite specious, good design, flat screen TV, bathroom of a decent size - all spotless clean.

On corridors you will find computers with an internet access.

One of the best breakfast I've ever head - very impressed. Massive selection of meats, cheeses, cold / hot meals, fantastic breads ...

The restaurant offers a good selection of Polish cuisine. Very small portions though. Customer service fantastic!

Would surely suggest the hotel to older couples who are coming to town by car, or those who don't mind using taxis. Then the value for money is really good.

Wow, what hidden gem. Got a recommendation for the restaurant across the street, but it was busy with an outdoor concert, so gave this place a try... It was wonderful. Food was amazing and service was awesome!
PS: It was open for us when we arrived at 9:30pm and stayed open until we finished dessert at 10:40pm :-)

A well appointed hotel. The room furniture is of a good quality and everything you might want is present. The restaurant served good food and the breakfast was exceptional. The staff were very helpful. One of them mapped-out a tourist route for me. There is just one drawback to this establishment. It is close to a noisy dual-carriageway which meant that I could not open my windows without experiencing a great deal of noise. Ask for a room to the left and away from the road. I have rated the rooms as 'average' with the problem of noise in mind.

Great Reception staff and good check in.
Lovely room at rear of the building.Large bathroom with plenty of supplies etc.
Breakfast was probably 7 out of 10. Yoghurts were never cold as they were displayed
in bowls with no ice .Fruit was fine.Bread was also fine.Coffee served to table and one
made your own tea .
I would have awarded 4 ratings but we had a bad experience at the hotel bar ?I asked
where the bar was and got directed to the basement. We sat at the bar and suddenly
a very curt and abrupt lady approached me for papers and passports.I remarked what for and she responded they were needed.I remarked so we need a passport for a drink.I left the bar and went to my room for the passports. In the meantime another
lady asked my wife to come out of the bar.I met her on the staircase returning to the room and we decided not to bother with a drink following such treatment. This was a
very disturbing incident.
Not sure if i would return.

Definetly 3* hotel not a 5*. I am not sure how this hotel managed to Get this rating but there is a lot missing. Hotel is dated and lacks 5* feeling all around. Starting in decor, ambience and quality and finishing on food..

We found this on booking.com and immediately fell for it. We rented a car to ensure that we'd find the travel convenient- turns out that was extremely helpful to get around the city too!

We drove up to the hotel and were surprised but the neon-lighting and worried about it's proximity to the dual carriageway. However, we soon forgot all about it when we walked in to a lovely, warm reception. The professional receptionist was accompanied by a charming concierge poised to assist. They were very ready for us, with our form, receipt and key handed over in moments.

We stayed in 208 which is a deluxe room (about £10 more than a standard per night), the information told us it was the 'american' style room. The decoration was highly detailed - beautiful colours and textures, antique furniture and an immaculate bathroom. It had lovely little antiques here and there with colonial-style images on the walls and woven into the upholstery.

We were also delighted to find that the road nearby was barely audible. Also amazing, considering the minus temperatures outside, the hotel was warm throughout at all times!

The hotel was quiet (although, with 21 rooms, I am sure it is never too busy!), we had dinner in the restaurant, which was modest but tasty and had a look at the casino (which was BUZZING, like an underground secret!)

The breakfast had a great variety: a bunch of polish salads, cold cuts, eggs, bacon, cereals, yoghurts, pastries and fruit - absolutely lovely!

There is also free parking and internet - a great touch for newbie travellers!

It is an extremely luxurious and hospitable place to stay and can be booked for an extremely low rate. We loved it and will go back if we return to Krakow! Many thanks to the team.

the hotel met all of my expectations, to the center of Krakow you need to take a taxi but it takes only 10 minutes. My stay was everything I hoped for through professional service and the price of the accommodation was reasonable, that is, lower than expected which encouraged me more to choose this hotel

Excellent hotel. The only minus – as much as 7 km from the Centrum. So your choice is to pay additional ≈50 € for the same level of comfort somewhere around the Rynek Glowny or to get by taxi/tram (5.0/0.5 €) from “Dwór Kościuszko” to the exact point in the Old city you wish. Believe me, the second is much more convenient.
Moreover, if you come by car, its location near the E77 motorway even gives an advantage. You can leave your car at their free and guarded parking lot and thus avoid both the constant heavy traffic inside Planty circle and sizable parking fee at all central hotels.
No need to recite the services and amenities of “Dwór Kościuszko”, they meet all the requirements of a luxury boutique hotel. But there is something special in the atmosphere of this particular place: genuine friendliness of the staff. Together with the historic interiors of rather small mansion (24 rooms), their sincere, not phony hospitality creates an exquisite sense of coziness.
Even the wedding reception - the true bane of such places – did not spoil our impression. One evening the receptionist knocked on the door with a bottle of wine in her hand to apologize “for the possible inconvenience” whereas their restaurant faces the reverse façade of the building! And it makes you feel the care and emphasizes the perfect management.
We would strongly recommend this hotel!

This is a small quiet hotel on the north side of Krakow, short distance into the city. It is next to a main road but I did not hear any noise from the room I was in. Rooms are nice, the service is very good. Whenever, I needed to travel anywhere I would always get good recommendations from the staff and they would assist with my travel arrangements.

Breakfast was included with the room, a very good selection. I also ate dinner at the hotel and it was also very good.

We went to Krakow totally by chance and we were so impressed by the place. It had just has so much to see and to offer everyone and anytime of the year it seems. We went in June and it was beautiful. Their winter would be awsome too as they have lots of snow and activities.
The people are so nice and friendly and we stayed at a Hotel "Dwor Kosciuszko" that is owned by the Donimirski Hotel group and it was just terrific. A little boutique Hotel that was fantastic. Nothing is too much trouble. The rooms are lovely.Open windows. The food is just great. An Excellent place to stay.
You need at least a week here, if not more.
We were people never dreaming they would go to Poland, but due to circumstances, we went and I would recommend it to anyone.
The History, the views, the food, the people, all the things to do. All exceptional. and not expensive. Go and see for yourself.
