Would not recommend this place was not clean very poor customer service staff are so unfriendly especially receptionist who just dosent have any skills in how to treat customers The beds are crammed in together not cleaned at all don't stay here plenty of better places
Reception girl at check in was very rude (Dark Hair). We asked how we could get into the property from the rear door and she was very abrupt and rudely answered our question. I then asked if she speak English at all (In polish) and she shrugged her shoulders and said "I suppose so". From this point, I made an effort to avoid her/ reception and exit via the back door. Worth Noting, my job is as a London based AA Hotel Inspector.... thankfully for her I was not inspecting this property as the property would certainly of lost serious marks here. Worth also noting however that there was a different lady (Blonde) on check out who was very pleasant and a credit to the hotel.
Nice hotel. Most important clean rooms and warm. The toilet was clean, and with all the necessity amenities. The kitchen was vey useful to make tea and coffee when your with friends. The hotel is in the best area for walking, near super market and good parks for rest.
You need to be clear about the hotel: No private bathrooms or toilet in rooms. This should be advertised properly but seems like hotel try to hide it and that is not acceptable. That might be ok for some people to share a toilet / bathroom with 50 other ppl it needs to be presented clearly prior to booking
Stayed here in February on a short family trip to Krakow and it was great. Close to everything in central krakow such as the old town and square, and right next to a taxi rank, bus/train station and mall. Also a few pubs/restaurants nearby. Really good value for money.
This hotel is located next to the bus and train station but is surprisingly very quiet. It is only a 5 minute walk from the old town. The hotel room is of standard configuration with a comfortable bed, tea making facilities and tv. The ceiling was very high giving a sense of more space. The toilet facilities were clean and tidy with a very good shower. The only minus point was that the laminate flooring was a little tired. Reception is open 24 hours a day and the staff extremely friendly as well as helpful. You can also pick up more coffee/tea if needed. There is an internal courtyard where you can sit and smoke or have a coffee. Breakfast is not on site, it is a 30 yard walk to a nearby cafe which is also nice and friendly. If you want a hotel away from the hustle and bustle of the old town (but not too far) and close to transport links, this is for you.…
Based on the Jet2 pictures of the apartments and the reviews on here we made a last minute booking to Krakow. My option of the Aparthotel differs so much from the recent reviews and I’m sure the attached pictures will show you why. The room is very basic and fine just to get your head down however the floor was badly chipped/well worn, the walls stained, the chair broken etc The shower was also really small. I sent my friend a picture of our room and her message back “it’s like a prison cell” !!!!! One positive is that the Aparthotel is behind the bus station / railway station / shopping centre.
Just returned home after staying here for the 2nd time, stayed for 9 days and couldnt fault it, friendly helpful staff who went above and beyond,a credit to the hotel, cant wait to book our next stay.
This hotel is ermm.. Different. We had room 104 with a queen size mezzanine and 3 single beds. The walls were dirty but the main parts were clean. For breakfast you have to leave the hotel and turn right to a cafe a few yards along. Great when it's raining 🌧. The set up is odd but functional. Location though was good. On the doorstep of the bus and train stations. Main square a 10 minute walk through the train station tunnel a subway for the road and the park. We paid to keep the room as we had a later flight, cost of 130zloty. Kettle in the room, shower a bit rickety as the head wouldn't stay up. View is of the courtyard and no air gets in so stuffy. Staff lovely and booked a taxi for the airport at a fixed cost of 55zloty. All in all not bad.
Just returned home after a fabulous few days staying at the Station Aparthotel Krakow. If you want 5 Star luxury this is definitely not for you, but for us the Aparthotel was ideal. Situated right next to the train station and also the huge shopping mall with lots of great bargains the hotel was perfect but simple. Krakow’s beautiful main square is just a 12 minute walk away. The reception staff were so helpful and friendly all week. So if you are looking for a budget friendly hotel close to the main Square I would have no problem recommending this hotel,.... oh and Krakow was amazing!!
