This is a nice little hotel BUT as a previous review said why have bed sheets that dont physically fit...arrghh...hence sleeping on bare mattress cover. The guy at breakfast did not say hello..all 3 mornings. He sat in his phone despite so many plates building up on dirty tables. I was the only person there but every table was dirty...so much for Covid cleaning. What a shame

Lovely hotel, modern, clean and close to Krakow Town. We had a room at the back of the hotel so was lovely and quiet. Rooms are nice and warm. (Aircon for those summer months.) You have tea making facilities but coffee is not provided and only 2 teabags (so take your own) also you have a small fridge to put your milk, water etc. Great shower with shampoo and shower gel supplied. You can also eat here although we tried different places. Staff are good and friendly especially Konrad who helped us out with printing some documents we required ( Thank-you Konrad)

Arghhhh I wanted to LOVE this hotel so much and there was plenty to like about it... I will start with the good stuff and move on the the things we didn't find so great. The room was absolutely fine, maybe a touch on the small side but well suited to travellers who packed lightly for their city break. Well decorated and maintained The shower was AMAZING one of the best I've known in any hotel anywhere in the world. Breakfast was small but plentiful and enough choice. Cheap to at 35pln per person. The staff were lovely and very helpful. Nothing was too much for them, whether it was ordering a taxi or booking a trip. Location was great. About a 15 minute walk to the main square in the old town. A Decent and working safe in the room too !! All round clean and well looked after in the communal areas. It's directly attached to a cafe where you could purchase drinks and take them to your room. Some negatives we found... If you wish to stay here request a room that does not face directly onto the road outside The trams are SO SO SO LOUD ...like it's unbelievable. I'm used to sleeping with noise as my house faces on to a main road but this was next level. Added to cars, footfall and horse and carts it was too much!! When we arrived there were 2 tea bags in the room, no milk and no coffee. We asked to replace the teabags and we were told no. We ended up buying our own teabags and milk from the corner shop. There is a fridge in the room which is empty, it has a note inside which basically says go to the bar or cafe for drinks (put much quirkier) ... I just felt that minimum refreshments like tea and coffee is pretty standard .. the fridge was handy for bottled water we bought. One single side wardrobe with about 5 hangers in.. as 2 females this pretty much limited us and there were no drawers to put away smaller items. Another thing that really let it down The bed was 2 singles pushed together with sheets and then 2 single duvets Absolutely fine..HOWEVER the sheets were simply too small for the bed and no matter how we arranged them some of the bare mattress was exposed. And only one very soft pillow per person. We probably would stay again as the positives were really positive and you simply cannot argue with the price. It was lovely for what we paid. The noise was the biggest let down. If we did stay again we would request a room to the rear and if not available we'd seek out somewhere else. Thanks to all the staff though as they were perfectly lovely, capable and hospitable

This hotel does not have designated area for your car to check in. There is a place to park in front of the hotel but there was no information on the door of the hotel to tell you that you have to pay for that parking in the vending machines before you enter the hotel. Our checking took 10 minutes and during that time we got a ticket. We brought this to owners attention and where told that they dont care and don't need to have space to load and unload . Furthermore we were told that we have enough money coming from the USA to pay for that ticket. Than we learned that if we leave a bad review we ,our children and grandchildren will regret that. Stay away from this place,

I stayed for just one night and the only thing I can say is "I wish I had more time here". I liked the room very much: it is really very nice and stylish, but what a liked most is the staff. Really friendly and helpful. I would also express special thanks to Konrad from the reception who did his best to help me in all matters.
