Given it a 5/5 as couldn’t find a fault with it and really reasonably priced woulr happily stay here again when we come back to krakow. The apartment was very clean and had everything we needed, easy check in and out! Is it about a 20 minute walk into old town or a cheap Uber so still convenient.

Honestly could not fault the apartment. Location was perfect, a 2 min walk to the nearest tram stop (Most Grunwaldzki). Check in was smooth, a code was emailed to me for access to the main door, and the key lock on the wall outside your apartment door. Apartment itself has a fridge, sink and tea/coffee making facilities. A very clean feeling with nice decor. The bathroom has underfloor heating (felt like a little touch of magic)!! Great water pressure for showering. I can usually find fault in most things, but I honestly can’t with this apartment.

The hotel is easy to get to and the checkin is quick & zero hassle. The owners Ewa & Marcin are super friendly and will help you out with anything you need. Location is perfect as it's 15-20 minutes walking to Wawel Castle, while the rooms are spacious & comfortable with kitchen & fridge to enjoy the cheap beers you find in Krakow at the Zabka stores nearby. Will be staying here again when I come back to Krakow!

The reception was open only between 9 am and 2 pm. After booking with them I sent them a message asking about how to check in and they replied that I will receive the instructions on the day of arrival. They did exactly that. They sent me a message with a code for the front door, my room number and the code for the lockbox containing my room key. The location was on a quiet residential street. My room was on ground floor and had windows facing the street, but it was still quiet. The room was modern. It had a good aircon and a small kitchenette with basic kitchenware. The walk to Wawel castle took 20 minutes. Bus 300 from the airport had a stop about 5 minutes away by foot. There was a very small supermarket near the bus stop. I didn't see any restaurants nearby, but I didn't look for them. I just bought breakfast and dinner from the supermarket.…

Stayed here in March for 2 nights. Upon arriving we were very pleased with the room, modern and airy with a nice bathroom, plus a large fridge and sink in the main room. Location was OK, approximately 25 minutes walk to the main square, but uber was so cheap we used that after our initial walk. We only had breakfast once, the breakfast room had a "hostel" feel to it and there was hardly any variety so it was disappointing. When we returned to the room on our first evening we were unable to get into our room due to a complicated double locking system on the door, a few guests from other rooms tried to assist and were also unable to get in. As there was nobody on reception we had no choice but to call the out of hours number, he turned up to let us in but was very abrupt with us even though we explained other guests had also tried to help but none of us could get in. Although the room was lovely we probably wouldn't stay here again.…

This apart hotel was great, everything you could need and very modern and stylish, we loved the rustic decor. The beds were really comfy, nice bathroom and shower was good. Location was excellent, short walk to the square. On our first night here the country went on lockdown due to the Corona virus and we were the only couple left in the hotel at this point, even then the hotel felt very secure and safe. A young lady at reception was very welcoming, helpful and polite. She informed us of the lockdown and was extremely helpful! Only thing we could fault was the bathroom smelt of sewage, we didnt mind too much as we weren't in the room a lot. Would recommend this hotel to anyone travelling to krakow.

What a fantastic little hotel! The room is very spacious and the location is really good. It’s about a 20 minute walk max to the centre of Krakow but there are transport links but we didn’t use these. Breakfast is tasty and there agree good options available. Staff on reception are brilliant and able to book taxis in advance if that’s what is needed. Clean bathroom and kitchenette with handy fridge. Area is quiet and there is a shop and pharmacy about 3 minutes away which is handy

First time of using an Aparthotel, surpasses any of my thoughts on this type of accommodation. We stayed there for five days and loved every minute of our time there, the rooms are very tastefully decorated and a feature wall of reclaimed red brick, bathrooms are beautiful with a great shower room. Breakfast to suit everyone’s taste. Is is on a quiet residential street and easy walking to the centre of the city. Would I visit again ? No question.. YES.

I've stayed in a couple of aparthotels now and often prefer them over standard hotels as they feel more individual and personal and WellWell is no different. I booked through Booking.com 3 months before as the price was really cheap and with amazing reviews (it almost felt too good to be true)- For 2 nights it cost £40 per person with breakfast included! I couldn't even stay in a local budget hotel for that price! I had lots of communication with the staff before hand, as the reception is manned 08.00-20.00 they prepared me with instructions with self check in if required outside of those times. I think it is important to note that the location of the aparthotel is just outside of the old town and across the water to what felt like more of a residential area. You can get to the property via bus from the airport which costs 9 Zt however we opted to get the train for the same amount to the central station. This allowed us to get used to the area and see things whilst we walked from the station. I found the property to be really secure and felt extra safe with the door locking system. The room was very clean and had everything you could need. As it is an aparthotel there was a modern kitchenette fitted with tea bags and kettle etc. The bathroom was really modern with a heated towel rail and large shower. I found the pillows a little on the thin side but I expect I could have asked for another from reception if it was really necessary. I like that the staff had left a map of Krakow and pamphlet with tours and excursions we could book on to. The only minor issue was that we could not connect to the free wifi in our room ( no .20) but it's not the end of the world. We tried breakfast on our first morning and there was quite a wide spread to choose from with the usual suspects on a continental spread ( fruit, meats, cheese, eggs etc.) There was also madeira cakes and waffles ( which were served cold) . On the second day we opted to get something whilst we were out early exploring the old town but definitely could have filled up here first to save money if on a budget.…

Fabulous find, a little gem in a quiet area just across the river but still close enough to easily walk to Wawel Castle and the old town. Industrial vintage styling, rooms very clean and comfortable. Wouldn’t hesitate to book if we visit Krakow again. Great buffet breakfast selection included but also lots of coffee shop options for breakfast on walk into old town. Loved Krakow and loved Well Well Aparthotel 😊
