Booked this hotel through broker service, tried to support them through covid and did not request money back when the pandemic struck. Instead decided to change for another date and paid more for a date in peak times. Booked an upgraded room and tried to get hold of hotel prior to arrival with no response. Called local business to advise if hotel open and was advised shut. After endless emails received a text message week before trip said hotel closed , with no refund or details how to claim. Ghosted by this place and no one ever responded back. They have since opened under slightly different name but kept my money. DO NOT TRUST THE. OR BOOK WITH THEM.

We were looking forward to staying here in April 2022. Unfortunately upon arrival the hotel was not open. We ended up having to knock on the door of a hotel next to this property and ask for a room for the night. Luckily they could accommodate us and for the duration of our stay. Its a shame that this hotel is closed as I was looking forward to staying in it. Please please do not book this hotel through any 3rd Party booking sites (Hotels.com, Expedia, Booking.com, even TripAdvisor etc) as even though they show availability. I booked via Hotels.com and am having a terrible time trying to get my money back. The hotels website is even offline now

We had the absolute best time staying at the Dada Boutique Home Hotel! With the warmest welcome by the lovely Ewa we knew we would enjoy our time here. My husband and I flew to Krakow from the UK for a few nights early March, his grandfather was Polish and now he bears a Polish surname. Upon check-in we had a wonderful conversation with Ewa about hers and my husband's heritage. She is just the sweetest and so kind!! Ewa checked us in to our very spacious room (I think it was Kei or Kai? Or something along those lines!) and the room overlooked the main street. We loved the room and it had great amenities too. One morning we woke up to the lighting and electricity not working, as soon as we informed Ewa she was right on it to get it all switched on again! We couldn't thank her enough for this. So breakfast every morning was fantastic, there was a continental buffet and you could also choose from a hot breakfast, eg. Polish Breakfast, Omelette, crepes, I highly recommend the crepes with Nutella; my favourite! The views from the breakfast room were also gorgeous. The hotel was very cool and the location was absolutely perfect. We didn't know anything about Krakow when we booked the hotel but knew we didn't want to stay near the main square, so it was a bit of a punt booking elsewhere really. The hotel is in the Jewish Quarter and like the hotel, is a trendy and seemingly up-and-coming area. Lots of places to eat, pubs/bars, everything. We mainly stayed in this area as it was the most interesting, and occasionally hired the scooters to get to other parts of the city (which was really fun!). The hotel was also really easy to find from the train station. As we were in Krakow, the Covid-19 outbreak was declared a pandemic. This meant that a lot of our plans and trips were unfortunately cancelled. So we had more time to explore the city (which was so quiet and therefore quite amazing!) but we didn't get to do a lot of things we had planned. From what we saw, we absolutely LOVED Krakow and cannot wait to return once the world is back to normal. It is without a doubt one of our favourite European cities now, and I also cannot wait to stay at this wonderful boutique hotel again! We will 100% book to stay here upon our return, and if you're in two minds about booking it, then just book it! You won't regret it! I'll be recommending it to my family too as they all would like to visit Krakow. Thank you SO SO much Ewa for making us feel so welcome! Your hotel is absolutely beautiful and we had the most amazing time x

The hotel is lovely and the front of house team are fantastic. The team, in particular Katie, Ewa, Nina snd Madelana could not have been more welcoming. The team are a credit to the hotel and to Krakow. The hotel is a small modern boutique hotel, 13 rooms. There is also a small bar attached to the hotel named 13ml which is also lovely. Rooms are VERY spacious. I had a King room with a garden view. Very modern room, loads of sockets so all you need is European chargers! The bathroom is a good size with a large wet room. Hairdryer provided and plenty of mirrors. Restaurant on the 4th floor is basic, but still nice. Plenty of typical Polish/European cold breakfasts: cheese, meats, salads, eggs, yoghurts and cereal with fresh milk. Good coffee machine with selection of coffees and a section of ‘teas’/boiling water. Cooked breakfasts are also available. I was able to leave my bag when I checked out at 9am (I squeezed in one final tour before my flight home in the afternoon!) and collect it when I returned for my airport transfer. The hotel arranged both my airport transfers which I would recommend. Punctual English speaking drivers with an abundance of knowledge of Krakow, almost like an extra tour😀. Worth every penny. There are Road works on Krakowska the road the hotel is situated on, but they are also around most of the area due to the tram system being extended throughout Krakow. This did not hinder my stay at all. The tram and rail systems I am told are very good, although I didn’t bother to use them as I wanted to ‘walk Krakow’ 85,736 Steps in total!! Krakow s an incredible place to visit and I would strongly suggest pre-booking trips 1) you may be disappointed on arrival when tours you want to go on and find they are fully booked b) you’ll get far more out of Krakow with a professional guide than if you wander around yourself.

Stayed at this hotel feb 2020, really small doorway small reception but SO clean and modern, no numbers on doors walked into the room so surprised smelt so clean and fresh, room was clean spacious for us 2 people wardrobe really nice bathroom really big stayed in room ‘so’ on the first floor, only gripe I have is sleeping and I struggled more as I could here banging of doors and stuff even at 3am but I can’t blame the hotel for that. It’s literally round the corner from everything. So easy to get to main square, streets behind you’ll find jewish quarter with bars and lovely old streets shops 15 mins walk up the road to main square, had the pleasure of meeting ewa on our last day and well she is very talkative and friendly and was so lovely, we needed her on the first day to give us directions and tips on were to go, but saying that everyone was friendly really. I would stay again as it’s so clean and so so close to everything. The transfers were very nice professional organised tours to auschwitz for us altho they did say 380 zloty for both of us I asked if that was full price they said yes, but Lucas said 380 was for him and then was another 140 on top of that for the tickets into auschwitz so just keep that in mind, if you can find ya own way there it would be soooo cheaper. Breakfast was as you’d expect cheese bread cake etc they offer cooked breakfast I never had this only had crepes thinking they would bring us 1 but you get 2 giant crepes on your plate filled with Nutella not that I’m complaining about that ;)

Great location at the very quiet area but still all in a walk distance from every where. great supporting staff with a big smile. Big and comfortable room. Must mention Ewa who was supper excellent with her service orientation. The road contraction work near the hotel were a bit interfering, but that has nothing to do with the hotel service at all.

We stayed in the Dada Boutique Hotel for five nights in September. Before I review the hotel there are two points of note: (1) During our stay there were extensive roadworks in the street outside and while these started at 8am and ended promptly at 6pm, the pavements were rough and became very muddy when the rain came and (2) For those who prefer city centres, the hotel is a brisk 15 minute walk from the main square. Having said this neither stopped us enjoying the hotel which is built sympathetically to its industrial history and is quirky in that the 12 rooms are not numbered but lettered instead! We liked the hotel from the moment we arrived and the staff are tremendously helpful and friendly and ultra evangelical about their town. Our room was large with high ceilings and high quality fittings and there was fresh bottled water every day. Our room had a 'wet room' which I don't particularly like but with marble and porcelain throughout it was quality nonetheless. Breakfast is served on the top floor in a bright room and the breakfast selection is excellent and well presented. As said the main square is about 15 minutes away but the upside of this is that the Jewish Ghetto and Schindler Factory so I guess it's 'quid pro quo'on location! I would certainly recommend the Dada to the point that I would stay there again should I return to Krakow but one last thing to consider is that the hotel has no 'common area' so once back at the hotel your room can be your only destination. Thank you Dada, we enjoyed you and wish you success in the future!

I stayed here with my wife in October for 3 nights. The hotel was lovely, rooms were very spacious and modern with a quirky sense of decoration. The receptionists were always very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was tasty with options of cold and hot food. The hotel is in a great location within the Jewish District for tourists to explore (15 min walk to old town/main square). Would highly recommend.

Nice, personal, cozy and friendly service. During our stay the road front of the hotel was open for maintenance (no noise in our room however). Nice location, good restaurants in vicinity and close to old town.
