We originally thought this hotel was in old town so had a bit of a shock when we arrived to find it was in the jewish quarter and was in a very quiet area! We arrived quite late at night and, whilst the staff were very lovely and friendly, we were quite nervous when we discovered we had to walk...

I visited the Tournet along with my Daughter and son in law this week leaving on the 1st of Sept after a four day stay,we found that this hotel offers far more than the price suggests. The owner is a former racing cyclist who obviously is passionate about cycle racing (a great bloke) who has transferred his passion in to...

Let me start by saying how nice the staff are, really helpful with any questions about the area. However that's all the good points about Tournet I'm afraid to say. A few points about the place as follows: Rooms are very dark & dingy & desperately need brightening up & updating. Struggled to get any daylight in even with curtains...

The budget option on this second visit to Krakow was the Tournet Hotel. It is a family hotel with 17 rooms. The ground floor is nicely decorated with pictures of cyclists, books and stuff having to do with cycling. The interior has a character of its own and is very inviting. LOCATION: Central, in the commercial area of Krakow in...

I booked apartment thinking it was in the hotel building on the picture. Well, I was wrong. My guys an my elderly mom arrived and had to walk a few blocks to the apartment that was very, very small. However, the worst part that was shocking was the bathroom. There was half used bar soap and nothing else. I contacted...

Booked a one night stay at this hotel following reading some good reviews on various sites. Was disappointed. Room felt dirty including the bathroom. Wouldn't recommend staying here. If you're just interested in price and location though go for it.

Over a five week family trip in Europe this was our favourite place to stay. The staff were so friendly and helpful, the breakfast was lovely, the room was clean, the beds were comfortable and the location was perfect. The staff were happy to help with maps and finding our way around town and when my grandson left his wallet...

very good value rooms next to a cafe. Very helpful, friendly english speaking staff. Owner is mad keen on cycling - bicycle memorabilia everywhere add to the atmosphere. At night right in the middle of Kazimierz, the Jewish quarter, endless eateries, best "Sasiada" just down Miodowa on the same side.Marvelous ice-cream from "Good Lody" in Kazimierz square worth the queue....

Felt that I had to leave a review after visiting Krakow last week. What a lovely city (the cleanest we have ever been to!), from the minute we arrived to the moment we left we were thoroughly impressed with the city , the people and our accommodation. Our stay at Tournet was perfect, from the pick up at the airport...

We loved this hotel - the location is great, breakfast very tasty, and we especially loved the bicycle theme! Couldn't reccommend this place more, very good value for money. Krakow was very beautiful and Tournet was a great base to explore the city.
