Very spacious room, its not so expensive considering its size. I am not used to this size as most hotels will just offer half the size of this. Very clean and enough parking spaces for guests. Good location as it is just across a big mall. Will come back for sure.
The hotel is in a newer part of the town, near the university campus. The hotel was built some decades ago and might need a renovation. The room was very spacious and clean, but showed its age, as did the hotel. The wifi connection was only working by the door. The dinner in the Patio Restaurant was very good.
In my opinion one of the best hotels in Kielce ;) simple and very tasty dish i recomend this hotel to be a rest, relax and you do it a buissnes plans in hotels spa. The service in this restaurant is very nice and sympatic ;)
Hotel Kongresowy Business & Spa, also known in Kielce as "Exbud" is a perfect place to stay. It offers comfortable, spacious and clean rooms. Very good service, restaurant served food and wines till late night. Very good value for money. We'll be back!
It was a second time we stayed here.and again werent disappointed. The rooms, staff and food were excellent. Stayed few weeks in other hotel in Kielce which is apparently 4* but was disgusted how we got treated. Here its not luxury but so so good and cheap. Will Definately come back!
Really nice spa...Never expected this kind of service in Kielce and such good prices. Hotel itself is a bit old, nevertheless rooms are very spacious. Sleeping quality could be better. Definitely we will stay there next time in Kielce.
Very nice ,clean and spacious room.Good location and free parking. And what is most important helpfull and professional staff.
We had a sad family event to attend, and needed comfortable family accomodation in Kielce arranged urgnelty - for the next day. The rooms in all available hotels looked quite unappealing on the internet, and I remembered Kongresowy back from a dinner at the restaurant there in 1997. No rooms were available on-line, but I phoned them and the lady on the reception managed to find one for us - we were promised a large corner room with twin beds and a convertible sofa. We arrived and we were very positively surprised. The room was very large (I would say twice the size of a typical hotel room, decorated in a nice traditional style which we like, with good quality furniture (actually much better than what European hotels have to offer - more resemblant of the solid US-style). The bathroom was huge and very comfortable for the family to acomodate all our mess. We were served dinner at 10 pm without any problem and the children were imporessed by a living toucan and turtheles in the restaurant (I must say it lost a bit of character compared to 1997 or perhaps my standards have changed). Breakfast were great. We asked for a kettle and iron and the recptionist handed the items to us without immediately. I travel a lot on business everywhere in the world and stay at least 40 nights per year in various hotels, mostly in the US but also in Europe and other parts of the world. Kielce is a city which is rather run down and underinvested especially when you compare to Western world (I was born and grew up there, and lived there until 1984. It was always sort of a very provincial city, even though located within a beautiful natural surrounding, and there are quite a few interesting places there.) But this hotel is not. It actually beats many business hotels elsewhere, as it offers decent quality without the unnecessary bells and whistles. Especially when you travel with the family and need to fit 4 people in one unit. We stayed three nights. The service was great, each morning the room was made clean and tidy immediately while were having breakfast. This was quite amazing. The only shortcomings are the lack of any fitness centre (for me - there is a small gym in the spa & beauty institute, but this is for women to use with some beauty therapies and not for proper workout), the lack tissues in the bathroom (for my wife), and a swimming pool (for my children). If you watch TV, you won't be happy either. But wireless internet is obviously free and reasonably fast.…
My wife and I stayed at this hotel for 3 nights (13/10/06 - 16/10/06). We were staying in Kielce as we were attending a wedding (not in the this hotel). The hotel staff made us feel very welcome as did all Polish people that we met. The room was on the top floor and was very comfortable. We had a city view. The restaurant where we had breakfast was bright and relaxing and the food on offer was superb. The hotel was full on the Friday when we arrived as this property appears to have a lot of conferences and exhibitions. The occupancy levels for Saturday and Sunday were not as high. The hotel is located near a large Shopping Centre (named Echo I think) and had an excellent range of shops. I would have no hesitation in recommending this hotel. We had a very enjoyable time in Kielce even though our time was limited. Hotel Kongresowy was excellent. …
Had our wedding there and got a comp night in a fab suite. Fantastic place, more than helpful staff, loved every minute of our brief stay. Will recommend to all our friends and everyone who asks.
