Grand by name not by nature. located close to the bus and train station, and the high street, The rooms were clean and warm, but the hotel is in desperate need of a make over. When we first arrived it felt like hotel was shut as it was very dimly lite inside. Staff then tried to charge us more than we agreed, luckily we had the booking email to hand to confirm the correct price. Breakfast was nothing special and the coffee machine was rubbish. Tasted more like warm milk than coffee. Sorry to say we won’t stay here again on our next visit to Kielce..

Worst customer experience ever. Keep away. This is the worst experience ever. I travel a lot both private and with work but i have never ever experienced worse customer service. I am still in shock on how they act and behave.

Location - very good Room - not so big but very pleasant, clean Staff - some very helpful some not so Breakfast - tasty but relatively little choice, on the plus side, the possibility of making fresh juice, unfortunately a limited number of ingredients for the price and 4 stars I was expecting more

There aren’t a lot of choices in Kielce but this is not a good one. There is limited parking in front. When we left for the wedding we were attending, we specifically asked where we should park when we returned late at night. We were told “don’t worry, I will let you in”. We returned at 11 and a different clerk was there. There were 2 weddings going on here and there was no parking in front. She basically said “too bad. We don’t have any parking”. I begged her as we had NO idea where to park the car. This hotel is not in a busy commercial area. She said there was nothing she would do. After more begging, the mgr came out and said the same thing. I repeated what the first clerk said and told him I would never have booked here if I had known there was no pkg. He finally said they had a parking lot behind the hotel (so they DID have pkg) and there were 2 spaces left so he would let us in. In general the room was ok but what do you expect for $75/night. Doubt I will have occasion to be in Kielce again but I certainly won’t stay there and I will be reluctant to stay in any Best Western again…

Was attacked in the middle of the night during a booking with Expedia. Requested a refund since I had to leave the city for safety reasons. The hotel refused to refund the additional nights I paid for but could not use due to safety concern.

I visit Kielce often for a mix of business and pleasure. I have stayed in many hotels in the city and Best Western is and excellent hotel in a great location. Extremely helpful staff. I will definitely be staying here again.

I booked this hotel as I could see it has quite high guest's reviews and seemed to stand out from any different hotels in Kielce. Sadly, I made a huge mistake. Big, well-known hotel chain name does not always mean high quality. I've been staying there 4 nights. Over the first night I wasn't aware of problem. The real shock hit me on the 2nd day when I opened a bin located just right in the room. Two, used, wet condoms glared my eyes so I needed some time to figure out what I'm looking at. That was absolutely the worst experience I have ever had. It have should never happened in 4 star hotel.

The hotel is very accessible and close to the main thoroughfare that runs through the centre of the town. Always clean and the breakfast is ok and if you use the restaurant on an evening the food is very good. I gave been four times this year and every visit had been excellent. Staff are always cortious and any requests are dealt with.

Comfortable, spacious and clean room, close to city center, staff was fine. For comming by car please check the arrival because the hotel address will bring you to closed street... Breakfast for 4* hotel was ok, but not somehow special and needs to be improved.

It’s a good and well placed hotel. I have stayed there one night and have had a dinner and don’t have reason to complain for something. I shall use this hotel in the future if needed to stay in that town.
