Managed to get the last room (incl breakfast) for 3 days at the end of Aug and fully enjoyed.
Good proximity to the city and highway, plenty of parking, good views, no problem even if room facing a forest - with open window it is a great pleasure. Fine stay even during a rain.
Well thought spa area:
Big swimming pool (not for sport swimming though =), with a huge window, different saunas, with one facing outside world too.
It was good breakfast as well as menu during lunch/dinner.
We also took massages at Spa, it was nice.
Overall recommended for a quick gateway (perhaps I wouldn't reco taking kids, no playgrounds and hotel is rather targeted for a calm stay).

A simply impressive place and after experiencing terrible service in Poland for many years, Odyssey provided A class service with friendly staff all around from the restaurant to the pool to the reception.
The food was also very delicious! For vegetarians and meat lovers whether polish or international.
Facilities were amazing especially the pool and sauna and the rooms were brilliant and the views all year round are stunning!

Everything was just perfect. Rooms, bathrooms (absolutely no problems with hot water, fluffy bathrobes), breakfast (particular good), swimming-pool (warm and clean), Enterteinment, spa. Nothing to complain about. We will be back for sure. Highly reccomended.

As always “the devil is in details”. I happen to disagree with previous opinions about “outstanding” service. The spa beauticians and masseurs – yes, very talented and knowledgeable, the treatments we had were truly great. But surely not the reception staff at both: hotel and spa receptions. We had the impression that someone invested millions in this beautiful hotel and spa, but.. forgot to train the front desks staff. Everything seemed either unclear or impossible to them. Not quite the 5* approach and not quite allowing you to relax as one would expect at the spa.

Just 2 facts that almost spoiled our weekend:

Our friends and us booked 2 of the most expensive kingsize suites (this weekend was a surprise birthday present for us, girls). When we arrived and checked-in no-one walked us to our rooms and after we found it (not that easy!), we were surprised to notice, there is no kingsize bed in our room, but two small beds put together. We tried to intervene, but no-one at the reception seemed to understand what the problems is. Firstly they sent an impolite lady who asked “but what do you want mister?” (that’s my attempt to accurately translate, sorry if it doesn’t sound well in English, it didn’t sound well in Polish either). After a few more attempts and a few hours later we were informed by the reception that this is all because we did not order a “special bed cover”. We travel around the World a lot, but this was the first time we’ve heard about such an invention.

Ok, never mind, try to relax anyway, even though you’ll fall into a whole while sleeping…

So we went to book the treatments to the spa reception. We were lucky to get the last slots for the next day (Saturday), as everything was packed. Yes, there is an information on the hotel website to book treatments in advance, but our husbands booked through the phone and no one told them that. One more minute and we would be left with no treatments whatsoever (during the spa weekend!). Next day we arrived timely to our treatments and were given a spa menu to choose from. My husband liked the “Polynesian” one a lot and picked it, only to be told that he can’t have it, because “he booked 60 minutes and this treatment is 75 minutes”. 1) Not true. He booked A BODY TREATMENT and was told he’ll be able to choose one later. 2) Do they just rush people from the treatment room one minute after it’s finish?

COMMUNICATION is clearly the big issue in this hotel.

On a positive: the view from rooms and a restaurant is quite nice. The food was good: all starters very tasty, the duck for the main course just great, but don’t take pasta if you like al dente (or make it clear while ordering), it was vastly overcooked.

Summing up: a well located hotel (half way between Krakow and Warsaw, easy drive) with great potential, really good spa treatments and a huge swimming pool, but a lot of room for improvement in staff management.

The hotel spa is very nice outside like inside. I don t agree with other tripdvisors, the rooms are large. We ve been in a normal room with 2 children and it was not a problem. The bathrooms are quite big with a glass wall.
The desk is at the -1st floor as The club with fitness, bar, pingpong table, billard zone and kids place. the spa is at the 0 and rooms begin at the 1st floor.
The swimmingpool is very nice and large. With bubble area you can run by touching a button and a spatube.
From there you can walk down to the termal area with a very nice saltedpool as a cave... BUT and there I was a lot disapointed : there was wrote "exclusively for adult"... why?? And there I go... the termal area is totally a naked zone.
So I was very chocked when I d like to go to the salted very nice pool and there were 2 guys totally naked. They said to me "hello come on." . I had understand if the hotel staff did a calendar with days for naked people and not. Better put it in the internet www. But here and now, it was too much for me.
Other said that "yes it is normal, it is a termal area". So I answer "no sorry we are in Poland and not in Bulgaria where that kind of practics are normal".
Other way, be carefull the swimming pool is closed for children after 18h.
We stayed a little bit more but saw a lot of eyes on us...
The restaurant is very nice and good. Not a gastronomic one but wine card is very nice and the price cheap.
Conclusion nice hotel, but not oriented for children and with a termal area for naked people...

If you need a weekend away for you and your partner, a bit of pampering in a modern quiet hotel with everything you will need to do that, then this is your hotel.
Its very modern and quirky. It has a great SPA and pool. The rooms are really clean and the bathroom is nice but different. Instead of walls you get frosted glass. Which is fine if your comfortable with that but it doesn't give you the feeling of privacy and doesn't muffle any noise you might be creating in there. If you don't mind its actually quite likeable. I spent time asking my husband if he could see me in the shower area by squashing myself against the glass. But I am a bit weird like that.
Anyway the only downside to the room for me was being an english speaker there was only one channel I could understand. It was France24 of all things. So I was a bit bored quite quickly. However if you speak Polish your have a good choice. There is a mini bar and prices were ok.
No tea or coffee stuff though, which didn't matter for me but you might like that stuff. Really peaceful as its on a hill out of town. So that was nice after staying in busy Kracow earlier.
Staff were all friendly and helpful. A real asset. The restaurant we ate in twice, the duck was lovely with a tasty sauce. Not sure what the dumplings were underneath but they tasted fine and i ate the lot. The steak dish was really good, although if you order the argentinian steak dish with chips be very careful, there is a chilli pepper on the plate. VERY hot. If you eat a big bit with peppers you will know (for days I imagine). I took a tiny bit to test its hotness and all my make up fell on the floor. Ok I lied but I did order another drink. Prices are great too if you come from the UK. Very reasonable.

The parking is easy (and free) with tons of room and also the WIFI in the room was really good. Very fast and free, always a bonus.
So I would say if you looking for a few days away just to relax and pamper yourself, this is the polish hotel for you. If you want to sightsee then maybe there isn't too much around but Kracow is about an hour and a half away.
Oh and the breakfast is included and its really really good. Everything you could want from 7am. Cold everything and hot bacon, eggs, sausages, pancakes etc. A real bonus.

One of very best hotel in Poland I have ever stayed (to add I am Polish travelling a lot inside country). I have been few months ago there but arrived late and leave early but this time I have much more time to enjoy the hotel. Great reception welcome and service. Very modern rooms with excellent view (from hill where hotel is located) over Kielce city. Decent breakfast with resonable selection (however not very large) and good restaurant (with view).
But best is spa and swimming area. Good selections on saunas (one with panoramic window with excellent view) and great pool with salty, warm (+33C) water in artificial cave and over 20 m long swimming pool with good relaxing area. Hotel highly recommended.
On departure (as it was snowing) doorman have cleaned car from snow!!!

Brand new hotel with exellent spa facilities, amazing swiminig pool with breathtaking view , below ther's hot salt pool and few different sauna rooms . Hotel rooms are nice and cozy, it,s only 30 rooms,so there's no crowdy. Spa program is very, very good , we had "Odyss and Penelopa " program, it takes 3,5 hour and it is perfect. Restaurant is nice, service friendly and profesional, free Wi-Fi in rooms, breakfast in polish style - a plenty of food. Finally, the first 5 star hotel in Kielce,
very nice place to start to discover beauty of Swietokrzyskie Mountains and city Kielce.
