Very loud due to thin walls. If you get party neighbours no chance to sleep well. Regarding any other aspects, good quality. The location is excellent in Kielce city. The hotel kitchen is rather Polish, no extras, fresh and stable quality. Bathrooms and rooms are surprisingly clean. Unfortunately, nearly all channels are Polish in the preprogrammed television. The minibar has been set up for business alcoholics.

A very nice and quiet hotel. The rooms were clean and the bed soft. Good breakfast. We came with a rental car and the hotel had arranged free parking in a parking house for us for the entire week. Close distance to centrum, malls, restaurants etc.

Without a doubt best hotel in Kielce. Stayed there a few times already when visiting family. It's small, cute and cosy. Cute decor - new with retro feel. Super clean! Always. Perfect location in the centre of Kielce a short walk away from main attractions. Breakfast excellent :) staff - lovely especially this one girl in reception who was just the smiliest and sweetest ever - pure hospitality spirit. We'll be back !

We arrived expecting a standard double room with a double bed or at least 2 singles pushed together. When the male desk clerk told us this was only available with a deluxe double, I contested this with him and asked for a free upgrade. He seemed to get mad at this idea and was rude. I ended up paying for a deluxe double. The room was spacious and nice with excellent bathroom. An elevator made the 4th floor easy. However, the wifi was TERRIBLE. We basically had to go out to the end of the hall to get wifi reception. Several requests to the front desk (now with much more friendly female clerks) were all to no avail. I must say, breakfasts were great with excellent service and a nice variety of good things to eat. Parking is only free on weekends, otherwise you need to put money in the meters or pay the front desk to do it. We took our car to the old town area as it was quite a walk from the hotel.

I stayed with both my wife and three year old daughter the start of November 2013. I found the staff to be extremely friendly and polite. The hotel room was very, very comfortable for the three us, we stayed for seven days and survived one room between three. Breakfast was delightful, with good options for both meat eater and vegetarian. We are hoping to revisit in November 2014. I would highly recommend this hotel for either family or business. I spent just one night in this hotel - it's situated in the centre of Kielce, which it makes a great choice for people who want to visit town's landmarks. Pod Zlota Roza is quite new place, with great decoration of lobby and cosy restaurant with patio. Rooms are very clean and tidy, but - to be honest - very boring. Breakfast choice - ok, everything looks fresh. Generally, recommended, but price could be lower...

I have arrived in the mansion style hotel in the late evening, after over 18 hours journey. It was freezing cold and miserable and the minute we stepped into the small lobby, through a fantastic vintage door, we were transported into the land of calm, warmth and helpfulness. The check-in was smooth and quick. Luggage was taken upstairs to a comfortable and clean room right away and we were taken to the hotel's restaurant through the internal staircase. I can sing many praises about the the restaurant, the decor, the food and the service and I will. In one word SUPERB. The decor was opulent and rich. The choice of food, it's quality and presentation was world class. The timing of dishes arriving was spot on. This is probably 4* restaurant but the price of meals did not reflect it - the value was great. The room was plush, comfortable, warm and totally sufficient for our 5 day stay. The hotels location is very central to local historical attractions, shopping, theatre and around the corner from the philharmony. It is short Taxi ride away from the Main Train Station (Dworzec PKP). The service was swift, friendly and nothing was too much trouble. It was a pleasure to stay here. So, if you find yourself in this part of the world, the Golden Rose Hotel would be a smart choice.

A boutique hotel located in an apartment house just a walk from a city center. Rooms clean and comfortable seem to be quite fresh. Breakfast and dinner - just OK. There is a WiFi at the hotel and a public parking lot at the front. You can buy parking tickets directly at the hotel. Helpful staff. Overall impression spoiled bu loud live music played in a small backyard restaurant along with loud music played there the next day.
