You will reach on foot (5 - 10 minutes) to the biggest tourist attractions of the region, including the Krakow Bishops' Palace, the Cathedral, and the National Museum. One of the city's major transport routes (Aleja IX Wiekow Kielc), providing connections by public transport buses and quick access to further attractive tourist destinations, runs next to the hotel. Nearby the hotel, in the city center, there are the main offices (City Hall, Voivodship Office, Social Insurance Institution), banks and companies. Awful. Terrible resting experience: it turns out, rooms numbered X01 (201, 301, etc) are flanked not by one, but by TWO elevators! Wall to wall. And, since it's a big hotel, those elevators are in use around the clock, so that the guest does not have a single minute of rest. Those rooms should simply NOT EXIST. They're a plain swindle. So, if you have no option than staying in this hotel, make sure they will not assign such a room to you. And, compared with this, any good thing I could find about this hotel is negligible. However, I'm giving it ** instead of * because the breakfast was quite acceptable.

I was wondering if I should give 4 or 5 stars. Finally decided give the best review. It is good idea for business stop. Breakfast was rich and tasty. Swimming pool and sauna for free. Service kind, check in fast. Parking just at entrance.

Clean and nice rooms, friendly staff, good breakfast. The hotel is situated in the heart of Kielce, 2-3 minutes walk from main pedestrian street. Not far away from the railway station. public transport station is within ~50-100 meters from hotel entrance.

I'm so glad that I read the other reviews of this hotel from Tripadvisor. It's true that you have to pay a fee to park your car, and that's not a big deal. It's convenient and your car is safe. You can walk all over the center of town, and there's no need for a car really. The staff was so friendly, and they speak English. The hotel is right around the corner from the main square, and there are plenty of shops nearby. There's even an ATM (bankomat) outside of the hotel. The breakfast at the hotel is a traditional Polish breakfast. It came with fresh fruit, yogurt, breads, sliced meats, cheeses, and vegetables. Plus coffee, tea, and juice are available. The room I stayed in had everything I needed, and the WIFI worked great. I was able to get some business done, and enjoyed a nice stay. I would recommend this hotel if you get the chance to visit beautiful Kielce.

Room Tip: Check to see what kind of beds are in the room. I got a smaller bed, but that was ok fine for me.

Not the fanciest hotel I have been, however a good value for money. A clean room with modern shower and good sleeping qualities (I appreciate the shades that mask all of the outside light). Also the underground parking is very handy and safe to store your car. Basic but good breakfast, and the ladies are always filling up the food. To stay in the centre of Kielce and not want to spend too much money, this is a recommended place to stay. Free and good wifi.

This hotel should be considered as a great choice for someone who feels like popping out for a beer or evening out - it is located 7 minutes walking distance from the main promenade and the Rynek (main Square). The reception desk clerks are extremely polite and professional - big plus for that. The rooms are average looking - just nothing special. You can book a double room for one person, but there are two separate beds anyway, not one big one. However, the receptionist was very helpful - she asked a staffperson to push the beds together and someone arrived to do it right away. The A/C in my room was so high it was really freezing, but I turned it down - luckily the temperature was just right after a short while (did hear that in some rooms it wasn't working correctly). Do take your own soap/shower gel, as my bathroom was missing these products. Breakfast was OK - wide array of choices - from scrambled eggs, sausages to crepes, vegetables and cornflakes, coffeec tea, juices and water. Not exactly tasty, but gets you through the first part of the day. The hotel also has paid parking (garage, 25PLN/per day). Rooms cost around 150PLN. Overall, a decent hotel to stay at!

For a 3 star hotel, the standards and quality were very good. The staff were friendly and helpful. Rooms were spacious, clean and well furnished. Bed was comfortable.Bathroom was large, clean and well maintained with excellent power shower. My upper floor room was at the front of the hotel and with the window open at night was a little noisy from traffic and people leaving the nightclub next door. There was a good choice of food and drink for breakfast. The hotel is in a very good position for the central sites and amenities of Kielce. A short walk to the main square, the 2km long main street, city park and plenty of restaurants and bars, 10 - 15min walk to the Nature Reserve. All in all a good stay - weather did help - sunny and hot (23-29degrees)

Clean rooms but if you have a double room, you expect at least double bed, not two singles. Worth of recomend is one of the apartments, its not so expensive and is massive huge!but... its so huge that due to lack of furnitures its so empty that its hard to understand it, it could be sucha a great apartment but ots onlu massive and...empty...just not right. More of that the breakfast is just acceptable, nothin more. No one cares about temp of meals, it looks that if they deliver something in da morning the dont care its cold at 9am. great location, but its still just so, so...
