I was not anticipating something so pleasant. The hotel I booked was scary and I just walked in to the Hotel Jarolsaw. The front desk was pleasant and found me a room. Exactly what I needed, Clean, quiet, and with a modern bathroom. The breakfast was amazing with more food than you could imagine. Most of it very good. The next morning I had to leave at 6 AM and the dining room was already open for those of us with early departures. A great deal.

The continental breakfast was delicious served in a beautiful room with a full setting (photo). Great value. 200 zlotys ( aprox) $50.

Great little hotel. Clean. Good and great service. Rooms are smart and tidy. Breakfast was a good selection. With the evening meals being servers in a cosy warm restaurant. Large choice of food. All drinks and food were very well priced.

We used this as a base to do a day trip to L'viv in Ukraine (we drove to and crossed at Medyka about a half hour away, the only pedestrian border crossing available). The hotel allowed us to drop off and store our luggage early in the day (8am) before we had checked in, as we didn't want it sitting in our car all day while we were across the border. Parking for our rental car was good/convenient. We ate at the restaurant in the evening, and everything we had was very tasty, the restaurant staff was friendly, and the ambiance was nice (although a lot of people were smoking in the outside seating area, so we ended up moving inside). The room was comfortable, clean and well appointed. Everything worked well. We had room 211, with triple beds, and it didn't have much of a view. Breakfast was served until 11am the next day because they had a large wedding party in that night and didn't want things too crowded. The breakfast spread was excellent with many good food choices in a nice setting. We booked on Expedia and got the room for 225 pln, which is a pretty good deal for 3 people - so I'd have to say it was a good value, cost-wise! Not sure if we'll ever be back this way, but if we are, we'll definitely stay here again.
