Good hotel for business trips. Everything in the average, tidy rooms good staff, new furnitures. Breakfast ok. Only if you are smoker it's not the best choice as the only one smoking area is out of reception and if you get room far away (2nd leg of U building) it's quite far. Ok in general.

Passing through and had prebooked this hotel not knowing what to expect. Bit dated but clean and tidy. Staff friendly and spoke English. Restaurant OK for dinner and good breakfast. Good easy parking and hotel is easy to find. Good value for money. Would recommend it

Room Tip: Area quiet except for Church Bells which didn't bother me so any room would be fine

An average hotel in the center of Silesia. Quite expensive as for 3-stars hotel. Inside you can expect a standard facilities. You will not be surprised. Because of the location, you will experience every day morning bells ringing. Expect early wake-up.

I stayed there for 1 night and there was no hot water in my room. I was also awakened at 6:00 a.m. by loud church bells since this hotel is located right next to a church. Also, the windows and walls are so thin that you will hear the street traffic and every guest who walks by your door. The decor is old fashioned and dated, reminding on a hotel room from early 90's. This hotel is located far away from the city center so you will need a cab or a car. It is also small and was designed rather for hosting parties and weddings rather than being a true hotel. The receptionist barely spoke English and I was given no discount even though I had no hot water! She told me she can give me 20% off my next visit...The breakfast selection was very poor with bread, jams and some scrambled eggs. Stay away from this place, if you like nice accommodations, good breakfast, hot water and a quiet room, choose a hotel in the city center. My favorite is Qubus or Silvia Gold.

Second business trip to Gliwice, first hotel was horrible and expensive but this little gem was great. Modern style fairly recently constructed hotel, clean comfortable rooms, nice shower, clean toilet, location was good for us as it is close to the office we were working in. Food was very good and very good value, beer was great :) but that would be true elsewhere too, I rather like the local beers :) The wines were very good too but will be well over 60 percent of your dining bill, food is great value with the most expensive main courses around 8 to 9 GBP per person. Staff sometimes invisible and for British people like us that can't speak any forgien languages we sometimes found communication a bit difficult but that is our fault to be honest. Hotel seems to be doing well and is busy with local functions conferences etc. Bar shuts at 10pm on weekdays no idea regards weekends. Sometimes had a slight feeling of Fawlty towers but in a nice way :) Only issue is they need to install a soap dish in the showers :) Overall great little hotel, we will be back, great value for money!
