Hotel service was good. Room was clean. Food was good. Location was also good, close to the city centre. What I found really peculiar though was that I was charged extra for hotel car park, made no sense to me!
On a trip through Poland, I wanted a comfortable place to eat and sleep. The Ibis-Czestochowa was exactly in the right location. Booking via the website was easy, and not expensive (on a Friday night). There was a parking in front of reception, where I could leave the motorcycle. Room was Ibis-standard, very good. Wifi was Excellent - always a good thing. The hotel is not really in the city-centre, hence an extended visit+viewing of Czestochowa will have to wait for another trip. I had an evening snack and a beer in the restaurant, where service was Good. After an early breakfast and a smooth checkout I was nice+early on my way to the next destination. Good Hotel, I will not hesitate to stay there again.
At hotel like Ibis you know what expect - like in McDonald's - it isn't the best but you know quality. Nice service, nice clean room (not so big but enough), private, good breakfast, parking. Good balance price-quality.
Room not cleaned properly. Plenty of dust, melt and stains in the bathroom. I paid for something I DID NOT receive. In my opinion I received a room after someone alse, with just changed bed linen. Not worth.
The Ibis Czestochowa was a classic Ibis experience. Very comfortable and relaxed with all the amenities you would expect. It is a little out of the main city centre (around 10-15 minute walk) and situated on the motorway so maybe more suited to travellers with cars, rather than those arriving by train. All in all a pleasant stay.
A clean hotel. The room was not very small but for sure not big. Not far from the city center. You can walk 20' to get there. I won't suggest it if it is very late. The hotel's food is decent. The staff is polite. i don't think you will remember you have stayed there.
Just off of 46 , close to center of town . Clean and convenient restaurant and bar . Secure parking and good security on-site . Helpful staff and reception is courteous and helpful. I have stayed at this location at different times and always enjoyed my stay.
The hotel is very close to the highway and many amenities useful to the car traveller. Also good parking, payable and only 6 minutes drive to the famous monastery of Black Lady. The room was typical IBIS room, very clean with relatively good bedding. For TV lovers (Im not !) no english speaking channels on TV ... The food at the restaurant was very good although the service was a bit slow...we were like 10 people in room and I bet the Cook was struggling to manage at 9:30 in the night....The only waiter was very attentive doing his best ! Breakfast is satisfactory with great variety to choose from...For a city stopover I would definitely recommend this hotel.
Services provided by this hotel are excellent, including very tasteful breakfast. The only problem is for no-car visitors, as the locality of the hotel is rather outside from the centre of the city, moreover in the opposite direction from the main attaction - Jelena Gora.
All we needed was a bed for the night and ibis Czestochowa was a cheap option in a good location. The reception was "fresh" and the receptionist was very friendly and service-minded. The halls and the rooms were a bit tired, but the rooms were clean and the bed OK. The rooms were a bit hot, with no ventilation. Had to pay extra for parking, which shouldn't be necessary in a location like this.
