One of the better Mecure Hotels I have stayed at BUT they are inconsistent and vary widely from city to city.
This building was well located with nice room, nice restaurant and nice staff.
The rooms AC was basically useless BUT the windows opened fully which allowed a nice breeze in. I slept with the windows open.
Here are the inconsistencies: No iron in room, they wont bring you one either, No wash cloths in bathroom, No true bedspread on top of bed, No safe in room, No fan available, peeling paint in shower. Pics attached.
Mecure needs to work on their consistency. You never know what you'll get with this company.
Overall? This was a nice property in Czestochowa. I might stay again.

the room was clean, the bed was comfy, the breakfast buffet was great, selections from both US and European styles. Why just AVERAGE - their wi fi was non existent - at least in room 414, where I stayed. When I came down to the lobby, it connected. By the time I got back to my room, it was disconnected. The front desk said sorry. My only way of contacting Family and Friends was thru email - I need wi fi that works.

Classic room (not big at all, but classic size of this type of hotel, good for a weekend), unfortunately separate beds, but quite comfortable. The room is simply standard. I was very pleased with the bathtub in the bathroom. The location is absolutely excellent, the center, right next to the main street (Alley of the Most Holy Virgin Mary) - the one that leads to Jasná Gora
What I disliked : the smell of incense in the room, separate beds

We are in this Mercure Hotel opposite the city's cathedral and I think we couldn't find anything better than this as the location is excellent, we are practically in the center of this quiet town next to the central avenue and yet sheltered from noises that could disturb the Night. The room is really spacious with a sitting room, a bathroom with a large corner bathtub with shower, and a second very comfortable bathroom available, very clean, completely renovated with attention to every detail, cafeteria available, minibar, large TV, we also found 2 bottles of water and 2 bottles of prosecco as a welcome gift. The staff was very kind and also prepared to welcome foreigners who don't speak their language, we were in a hurry and they called us a taxi. Excellent breakfast both for us Italians and for Poles who prefer savory foods. Parking in front of the hotel in a closed reserved area. And I must say that for a hotel of this level the price is really cheap. I highly recommend it to everyone. We will be back.!!

Hetel near Jasna Góra, on the main, busy street. We were sold a parking space where there was no space and we had to park behind a barrier (of course we did not receive a refund). The hotel is quite old, but some parts appear to have been renovated. Ladies studying at the reception - it slowed down our accommodation quite a bit (we had a long stay there). traveling with a child). Tasty breakfasts. The staff, specifically one lady in the restaurant, was very intrusive. The whole family was embarrassed by her approaching the table and asking questions. The extra lady was very loud and wanted to be the center of attention throughout the restaurant. We wanted the proximity to the Sanctuary, but we will definitely not return to this hotel. There's a huge party hall right next door. It was impossible to sleep until 5 a.m. due to loud music and screaming. From 5 to 6 a.m. the noise of breaking glass. We were there on the weekend (Fri-Sun). We barely slept at all in the final. In addition, the air conditioner in the room had probably been cleaned quite a long time ago. I do not recommend Mercury in Częstochowa.

Very clean hotel ,staff very friendly .You can feel that at this place you are not as tourist but are welcomed as a friend. When at night you can see from you room blue lightened tower of Holy Mary Sanctuary it means this is not better location of the hotel for people who come here for the reason to visit and respect most Holy place in Poland

We had a pleasure of having our weeding reception at the hotel. We couldn't have chosen better. It was an excellent location, great service and amazing food, all value for money. The restaurant manager Mr Tomasz Szeląg was very helpful and arranged everything perfectly. Every single guest asked us to send compliments to the chef as there was a true abundance of food, it was delicious and very nicely served. We loved it all. Most of the guests stayed at the hotel after the reception and they all were very pleased with their stay.
We would like to say a big thank you to Mr Szeląg for making that day so perfect for us. A great experience.

I spent 4 nights with my girlfriend on the hotel and we loved it! Workers were so kind and nice with us and our room was big, clean and comfortable. We enjoyed also a great view to Jasna Góra, perfect location to go there and also to the city centre. And breakfast was so good! I'd recommend it 100%

Coming to Mercure Czestochowa for the second summer with my family. We love this hotel - its convenient location, comfort, and the cordial attention and help from pani Ewa, pani Kasia, pani Klaudia, and pani Ania from the reception desk. Thank you ladies - you made us feel at home.

We stayed at this hotel as it is supposed to be the best in the area.
There is a disco next door that plays very loud music until 2.00 in the morning.
There is no air-con - it was 35 degrees so we had to open the windows.
This is not up to ACCOR usual standards

Ciao,
diciamo che il Mercure è tra gli hotel più vicini, si attraversa una strada e si percorre il vialone, senza auto, che porta dritto al Santuario. Secondo me sarà lontano 300-400 metri.
There are more places to choose from in the Czestochowa area.
