I came here for a single day last year on the recommendation of a Polish family we know. I loved the town and this hostel. This year I came with my son and we spent two nights as a stop-over between Prague and Krakow. Once again, they did not disappoint. Great advice on where to eat and how to get around. We got skunked by the hostel in Prague because their guest laundry was “broken” but these guys not only used the hostel machine, they did all the washing for us and provided a drying rack since they did not have a dryer available. It was slow those days because of lots of rain, but they let us spread out our laundry in the room and placed another walk-in in the other dorm so we could use the space in ours to dry our laundry on those wet days. Fantastic and included breakfast and the cold beer in the fridge for about a $1 a big bottle were all plus factors. The bunks in our room were a bit uncomfortable for us because we are tall and the beds were too short and had planks on the end so we couldn’t even hang our feet off the edge. I also like their taste in music and the poster of the emperor in a dress pushing a baby carriage. Great place with lots of character.

This is a great little hostel in the lovely Polish/Czech border town of Cieszyn. The staff are very friendly and helpful and the hostel is only a short walk from the train station. Breakfast, tea and coffee are free and there is cheap beer for sale (There is a piggy bank on top of the fridge). If you're traveling between Poland and Czech Republic I would definitely recommend checking this place out. Thanks for a great stay Mario & Adam!

The atmosphere in the hostel is good. The employers of the hostel are superfriendly. The showers are clean and the breakfast is nice. Moreover a very convenient location. What else do you need? Definately recommendable. The town of Cieszyn is lovely!

In central Cieszyn a hostel where they take care of their guests. Very nice people always willing to help. The facilities are good. Showers and toilets were clean and there is a well-equipped ktichen you can use. Large space to socialize with other guests (if you want). In the morning they serve a big Polish breakfast. A pity I found out too late about the two hostel bikes that are free to use. Anyway I will have a reason to come back as the surroundings of Cieszyn are great for hiking and cycling. Save 5 zlotys by booking through their own website.

Arrived at this hostel by bus around 9pm on a weeknight, wondering how I'd find it. Turns out Adam was at the bus station picking up a parcel from the bus I was on! I was easily escorted to the right place. Can't thank the driver and Adam enough. After long flights, I found the hostel exactly what I'd hope. A place I could unwind, get some rest before I concluded my journey. All staff was very friendly and helpful. I believe the next day Lukas helped me with getting the right ticket on a train to Prague. I slept lovely that night and would recommend this place again. I only wish I could have spent more than one night, I hope to visit again!
