In my opinion very good hotel with exceptionally helpful personnel. I have chosen upgraded room and it has filled all my requirements but I know nothing about standard ones. The only minus is relatively long distance from Cieszyn's center (around 3km) but if you stay only overnight it is not a problem.

Nice, clean, and comfortable hotel. Helpfull staff. Good restaurant. Free car park. The hotel is situated in a quiet area outside of the city center. It is possible to borrow mountain bikes (free of charge). The castle and city center are located at less than 3 km away from the hotel.

Well if you are looking at this place you must be OK with the lack of AC and English TV channels. The location is not convenient for a person with no car. If you can put up with the new (I think) but bad quality mattress where you will be intimate with every spring. From here it's all good!! The hotel is older but so pristine and cared for. There is a great atmosphere and the staff are helpful. The best thing about staying here is undoubtedly the breakfast. A hotel that has mastered the art of a fresh buffet. I applaud you. Lastly it is great value for money.

The hotel was very cheap with free parking, like 170zł for a Thursday night at Easter for 2 people cheap. Rooms are large. Very large with comfy beds. My room had a nice view of the gardens too Parking is free. It is near the town and motorway so good location. The spa facilities where none. Infact I went into the spa and the women was laying down on her phone and unhelpful and didn't even get up as she was giving herself a beauty treatment... The food was shockingly bad. But the hotel was virtually empty. Go and eat in the McDonald's next door. Don't eat there food. Absolutely disgusting. Worth than British weatherspoons. Good selection of local beers.
