Nice family weekend but still some improvements needed
We went to Papuga Hotel for a family relaxing weekend, but even if at the end it was fine, it wasn’t very relaxing as a whole. To start we asked for a room for 3 people and instead they gave us a room for 2 people with an additional not confortable portable rack. We only discovered the last day that there was a sofa that could have been opened to serve as a real bad. Besides rooms are very dark and it’s the same for the restaurant which deserves as well some redecoration. However food is really delicious and fresh. A big thanks to Misses Ewa who hosted us in the bar. As for spa & wellness area, we didn’t have a chance because there were many families with children who were noisy and jumped into the water even if forbidden, but there was no one to pay attention on that and to guarantee this place to be calm and peaceful as it should be. On top they canceled my spa treatment the night before my arrival without proposing any solution. I had to call the spa manager the next morning to explain that the point of coming to the spa & wellness hotel is also to be able to enjoy the spa treatment. In the end they luckily found a solution. Big thanks to Miss Kinga who took care of me. She is really amazing. However it’s not the end as my father was having a massage the same day. I asked for an energetic massage and when he came they thought that it was a relaxing one. Luckily Mister Vitaly adapted very quickly and in the end everything was fine. In a nutshell, the hotel has still many improvements to work on.

    10 out of 10
The Papuga Park Hotel is 5 star, a definite 10 out of 10! We had an excellent 3 night stay. Our room was amazing with a spacious sitting area that held a sofa, chair, and table. It was also great to sit on the large balcony and take in the beautiful surroundings. My only regret is not staying here longer. The pool, jacuzzi, tepidarium, salt cave, and sauna were all included free of charge along with an excellent breakfast buffet with more choices than you can imagine. We also enjoyed tasty dinners in the dining room along with lighter fare at the cafe bar. I couldn't resist booking one of their spa treatments and it did not disappoint. I hope to return for the Ayurveda treatment. I hear it's the best and I must give it a try. The grounds are very nice with areas to sit and read or just relax. You can also go hiking just a few minutes walk from the hotel. We also journeyed into downtown and walked the city center where there is loads of history and shopping. The staff here is just amazing. Everyone treated us so well. I have to especially say Thank You to Robert who was incredibly kind and helpful. He went out of his way to make our stay very special. He is full of great suggestions and information. He gave us top care. You can't go wrong staying at Papuga Park Hotel. It is full of must-see and do experiences!

Hotel Papuga park hotel - Poland
We spent 4 days, 3 nights in this hotel. We were satisfied with our stay and the time spent in this hotel was sufficient. Rooms were clean, service was good, continental breakfast and dinner were also sufficient. We also visited the pool, salt cave and hot tub which was constantly occupied - not enough to satisfy the hotel capacity. If I could recommend this hotel, I would certainly recommend it for a short stay.

Check in and the staff was very professional and attentive. Every need was taken care of, all questions answered promptly and courteously. Our room was amazing, with a balcony overlooking the gardens and was very large and comfortable. I couldn't have asked for more. The facilities were top notch! The bar was comfortable, cozy and the wait staff was very prompt and helpful. You could sit outside in the garden or inside, and it was great both ways. The breakfast buffet was absolutely first rate, with an amazing selection of hot and cold foods. If you get the chance, ask for the vanilla creme filled pancakes. They were truly delicious. The decor was comfortably elegant and refined, but not unbearably stuffy. A great atmosphere. We also had dinner here, and the food was well prepared and generous, with good flavors and selection. But the best part was the Makaresh spa. It was truly a sight to behold. The pool was spectacular, with accent lights reflecting off of the ceiling. The jacuzzi was just the right size and almost too relaxing after a day of seeing the sights. The treatments were first class, with many different options to choose from. The spa is themed on Makaresh, Morocco, with intricate mosaic tiles providing an authentic ambiance. You really don't want to miss the sauna and unique salt cave. This place is highly recommended. Robert was the best! He took special care of us, and it was truly appreciated. What a wonderful experience.

This hotel is not a four star hotel. This is a three-star hotel with a nice wellness. Dinners are very average, the room lacks toiletries (soap only). Dark old furniture and carpets in rooms. There is a critical lack of beds in the wellness. Jumping into the pool is forbidden, but it still happens. The big noise in the wellness disturbs the relaxation. The surroundings of the hotel are not very nice, nothing interesting is within reach. The hotel policy insists on leaving hotel until 11:00, the wellness is no longer accessible.

Photography and reviews are a bit delusional...it was ok but not as it shows online. Apart for some of the staff being so caring and nice, the Spa and swimming pool are what keep this place at float online. The night pub Granda terrible service, only cares about big spenders, will keep you waiting forever. Rather spend my money somewhere else, sorry to be so forward.

Not so far from the Bielsko center but close to the forest around the city. Relaxing atmosphere (quite to be sophisticated), comfortable rooms. I’m used to be a guest for business trips, I always appreciate the SPA for a relaxing time after the working day. Internal restaurant with a mix of Polish, international and Italian dishes, appreciable for the fine food. Not for all (price aligned to the stars)...

I have been there really many times in Bielsko (and generally in Poland) for work. Every time I go to Bielsko I book Papuga. Last time I decided that it was really the time to write something on Trip Advisor. I would definitively consider Papuga the best local hotel I have ever been in Poland. Room are nice and tidy. Restaurant is very nice, dinner delicious. I really enjoy also breakfast. Service is quick. Prices are reasonable. SPA is present in case you want to relax. Well done Papuga Hotel, I will be back when in Bielsko

We enjoyed a three night stay here and loved the place. Firstly the staff are lovely, nothing is too much trouble . The rooms are particularly big with delightful big curved wall mosaic tiled showers. Security is very good with end of corridor locks. Breakfast selection is excellent and food good. We ate in the restaurant each evening the menu selection good and the food good but could be better. But the service and price great. The hotel has a huge moorish style spa which is amazing and has to be experienced. I had an excellent massage which is also available. The swimming pool is large and good. There are many steam rooms, and saunas . There is also a lovely garden. I throughly enjoyed our stay and can only recommend this place for a slightly quirky hotel experience

In our roundtrip we were looking for a hotel between Prague and Krakow, not far from Auschwitz, were we had bookings for a tour. We bumped into this one. Located in Bielsko-Biala, not far in Poland, coming from Chech-republic. And only 30 minute drive from Auschwitz. The hotel looks a bit old, renovated. But there are some plusses on this one. The first plus was a very good welness. Pool, jaccuzzi, saltroom, sauna. Very nice! Because there is not much to do in the area around the hotel it was a big plus that they had a great restaurant. My first polish soup from a bread soucer! Prices were great! Quality too. We had a small heatwave: big min: no airco in rooms. The provided airventilation machine for us. But still: it was a hot and sweaty night. Breakfast was ok. Parking was free. With night guard.
