We stayed here in a self-catering room for two nights in December whilst we were visiting the Christmas markets. The room was clean, however when I dropped my phone under the bed and went to retrieve it, we did find a giant hairball which wasn’t pleasant! The beds were lovely and comfortable, and the room was well equipped. The staff were very polite and arranged taxis to and from the airport for us. The only downside with our room, room 1, was it was right behind reception on the ground floor. Both days we were woken at 6am by loud conversation and constant banging / moving around of items. Therefore, if you stay here it may be worth asking for a different room. When we arrived at the Apartments at 10am in the morning after a 6am flight, we were told we couldn’t check in until 2pm. This was not mentioned in any of our booking paperwork, so it was quite frustrating as we had been up since 2:30am and just wanted to unpack and have a rest. The staff were adamant the room would not be ready any earlier than 2pm and were not in the least apologetic. Therefore, if you may want to bare this in mind if you book to stay here bit have an early morning flight.

We spent several nights at this lovely hotel in the old part of Bielsko Biala and can thoroughly recommend the modern and comfortable rooms, historic and central location, price and pleasant staff. There can be a bit of noise at night as the location is close to the town square but with windows closed it was fine. Rooms have kitchenettes which is handy but check to make sure that your fridge is plugged in - ours wasn't. We also had several unexpected cold showers/baths as did other guests in our group which suggests that there isn't enough hot water to fulfill the need. The problem occurred at various times of the day which we found odd. I would suggest that if the water is hot - take your shower as it may be frigid later. We ate one buffet breakfast in the restaurant - it was tasty but at 35 pln perhaps a bit overpriced. It just depends on how much you can eat I suppose. We also had dinner one night and were very happy with both the quality and price. There are also lots of other dining options nearby. Overall, with the exception of the water issues this property offers excellent value and I highly recommend it.

Really unexpected find as a hotel and city itself. Hotel placed center of city and everything you need is only few steps away. Local calls this city as a Small Vienna because of some architect and atmosphere. Aparthotel is very lovely, well equipped and clean. We got extra huge apartment because of four visitors. Beds were extra large and comfortables. When ever you will be on this side of Poland, book this place and you are not regret.

The staff here are amazing. My travel plans went wrong and i came here last minute to try and find a room. The night receptionist was amazing. The hotel is split in to different buildings so you may find yourself across the road. But its literally a minutes walk to the main building. Breakfast costs extra and is continental and a small hot selection. Good wifi as well.

I have always stayed at this place on all trips to Bielsko-Biala. The property is just in heart of the city. The rooms are very big and huge bathroom. The wifi is excellent. There are many restaurants as you step outside of the hotel. The front reception staff is very nice. The staff will help you with everything from booking a cab to touring around town and they speak good English. This is the best location to stay in Bielsko.

I want to love this place because the location is great, the staff are friendly and helpful and the rooms are clean and comfortable. If you are a light sleeper then make sure you ask for a room on the inner courtyard and not on the street side - it can get noisy as there are plenty of restaurants and cafes in the neighbourhood (which makes its location really good). As much as I like a bath I also appreciate a stand up shower with the shower unit fixed to the wall (neither of the two rooms I stayed in had that) so I am not sitting in a tub with shower in hand.... But would I recommend this property? Yes, because overall the positives out weigh the two drawbacks. It is fairly priced as well.

This is a modern apartment-a-like hotel in the most central part of the old town next to the square. The place looks nice and the bathroom is great. Unfortunately there are definitely room for improvements. We were there in the end of June where the temperature was above 33 degrees in the shades. There is no air condition or ventilation system in the rooms, so you have to open the windows to get some fresh air, but only if you can withstand the noise outside, the smell of frying and cooking and the noise from the church bells the whole night. Some of the windows couldn't be opened, because of some heavy maintenances cables lying on the roof. The sad thing is the lack of maintenance. The lock to the bathroom didn't work. Some of the switches didn't work either and the fridge is placed inside a closed cabin with no air ventilation, so it is producing more heat than cooling. The worst part is the extreme lack of cleaning! We noticed our feet got really black and dirty after walking around. We ask them three times in the reception to wash the floors, but they only swept a small part and not upstairs at all. This was really disappointing compared to they price we paid for the place. Breakfast is descent and not much to choose from.
