At first glance it looked good - convinient parking places, spacious family room, clean, at reasonable price, but..... You can't sleep at night as the hotel is located on a very busy road and you can hear all the cars, trucks, bikes engines and speeding up during the night. And believe me the noises which come out of these vehicles in Bielsko-Biała, I suppose most of them old ones, is crazy... Our daughter asked us before going to bed of we forgot the window open, because she could hear the engines so loud and clear as if she was standing at the street. And hygiene - nobody was wearing a mask in the in restaurant and nobody from the hotel personnel was checking on that. On top of that most of the hotel guests had running noses and we're coughing and you could hear the noises of that....…

I always use this hotel when I am travelling with my family. It's clean, they have family rooms-that's a huge advantage. Nice breakfast, not a lot of dishes but it was really tasty and fresh. Good service and I love Fiat 126p in lobby :)

I love coming to this hotel, it is sentimental because of "small" FIat 126 - my very first car. But, what I like is the bar and restaurant - really good meals. my favourite room was large and comfortable. But what i love most are the people - stat is really nice and professional.

I visit Ibis Styles Bielsko Biala pretty often. Service is always nice and helpful. Rooms are not very modern in style, but the bathrooms are renewed. Breakfast includes good variety of different fresh goods.

lots of show and poor quality...we entered at 11:00 am and we suppose to have our room at 2 pm but at the reception we have being told that there was no problem and the room would be ready at 12:00...so we wait, and wait...and wait.... the receptionist was complaining that was by her self and a group arrive 6 people..so she was not able to manage the situation...and told us to wait maybe 5/10 more minutes....we drive all day from Venice....do you really think we can wait any longer after you told us that the room is ready at 12:00? the only thing she could tell us about the menu...was: spaghetti....do you think that Italian just eat spaghetti?

There was no AIR CONDITIONER in the room !!!!! it was 30 degree outside and inside the room was probably 40 degree! Aside from this problem, all people that works in the hotel are very nice. One of the employees gave me an air ventilator to at least I could get some air. But unfortunately will not go back to this hotel until they install air conditioner!
