Terrible hotel for family stay. We unfortunately experienced very loud noise. Our 2 years old son was up most of the night and we have to cancel our next day plans...Staff incredibly rude regarding our complaint. Avoid at all costs...
The hotel is situated in the perfect location for winter sports being 20 minute walk to the sky lifts of Szyndzielnia mountains or even summer climbs with a lovely restruant/bar at the top. There is amenities shop etc close and a bus going to and from the city appox 7 mins walk from the hotel. The room was stunning, clean spacious and modernly decorated. Down falls: no kettle or tea or coffee supplies, it says room service can bring tea or coffee for a charge but then was told no room service at all available. The room had extra pillows and blanket but there was an extra charge of €25 a night to hire the sheets and pillow cases. Jacuzzi wasn't working either so I can't comment any further about that. I really felt that this small hotel would be a jewel if changes were made. The staff are wonderful people a smile to greet you every where they really go out of there way at any request. The restraunt is a must try, We had a wonderful buffet breakfast every morning and it was changed buffet every day. Serving pancakes, eggs, kielbasa sausages, salads ,cakes and pastries. It's a real taste of Poland. We also enjoyed lunch and dinner in the restraunt it was amazingly presented with fresh good foods. Overall I would stay here again but would really like if changes were made to make the stay more pleasant like kettle tea/coffee and iron in the room and not charging for bed sheets ;) Also if you don't do roomservice don't have a menu in the room and advise you do its things like that people feeling tricked that makes customers not come back.…
air conditioning, elevator, TV, phone, water, mini-bar and fridge. But breakfast ends at 10 seven days a week. What our room didn't have: bar soap, shampoo etc., kleenex, coffee/tea service. Room needed better lighting. Hotel provides laundry but it's expensive. Had to pay in advance during reservation. Room was about $76 per night which included breakfast for two. Free parking on hotel grounds.
We're staying in Hotel Sahara for 3 nights on our trip to Poland, and we're really happy to be staying here. The room is perfect, very comfortable beds, pillows. Lots of hot water, easy to use shower, excellent all round. Breakfast is lovely with a vast array of foods to suit all tastes. We're delighted to have chosen Hotel Sahara, and if we're ever in this area again, we'll definitely return! Thank you to all concerned.
We are going to Bielsko for last 8 years once or twice a year with family amd normaly we stay somewhere else. This time we went for family wedding and decided to stay at Sahara. First we thought that Sahara will be our new place to stay for our future visits. Soon we changed mind when it came to paying the bill. Managment or whoever was in charge did not keep word on original contract and most of guest paid xtra. Simply robbed. Shame on you Sahara, we would have been loyal twice a year visitors. Please if you go there pay for room upfront. I have emailed hotel to give them chance to give money back and got no response. Special mention to one member of staff i think its Pawel or Przemek, always at breakfast, no english, rude and outstanding from rest. We feel very disappointed and used. …
