4 stars only in name. In room dirty bathroom and windows not washed for months. Flush toilet broken, maintenance man failed to fix the problem and hotel offered nothing in return. In both restaurants, service is terrible, not worthy of a hotel aspiring to 4*. To place an order you have to wait for ages, for food even longer. It is impossible to pass over the fact that the tartar (quite tasty) came without ordered vodka, after reminding vodka was delivered warm! A smile of a nice waitress did not compensate for moral losses. If you want to order food to your room, you have to be lucky to get someone to answer the phone. The pool is small, but nice. If you do not like crowds, you have to carefully choose swimming hours. In order not to come off as a total wimp, I will write that I appreciate the nice view of the lake. However, in a similar standard I know much better organized hotels. This one clearly can not cope with a large number of guests

There are pros and cons of our visit. In general the weekend was nice. The room was medium size, but enough to squeeze in 2 people doing morning yoga :)  The lake view, for which we paid extra, was nice. The room had large windows from the floor to ceiling, with roller blinds --> very time consuming to put it up and down though. The bed was fine, but the light was moody, but not sufficient for people who like reading books. It was too much from the side, and way too yellow and weak.  If you mount a led spot at the bed, you need to have it close or behind you to enlighten your book properly. I can imagine there are moments during summer time when our room would be perfect but you better check if there is no conference from large companies, whose employees will try to drink as much as possible and continue screaming and laughing until morning. Area is quiet and beautiful so if you ensure with the hotel reception your SPA weekend is not in conflict with any larger party group, then you might find the relaxation you are after a difficult business week. The breakfast was a definite advantage as everything we tried was tasty, space to eat large, and many tables with lake views. The bartenders are very helpful and fast, having a good offer of wines. We tried Primitivo di Manduria red wine, and some local cuisines from the restaurant. Everything was tasty. The hotel service was at a good level.  Property has a garage beneath for an additional fee otherwise you can park for free in front of the hotel.  Swimming pool is semi sized, but enough to have a swim, with a nice lake view, surrounded by large glass walls. We tried a jacuzzi, 2 sauna's, all nice. We had no time to test the fitness club, just behind the glass wall at the back of the swimming pool. We tried SPA, and we both liked the message, music and cosmetics used. The SPA reception was very helpful and my wife found a nice dress there on the exposition rack of some talented fashion designer. The area is nice for a walk, we had a 4,5 km walk along the lake coast, and a longer walk to the old town and Browar Warmia. The hotel is in a good spot, with some nice restaurants around, we could recommend it but with the remark that you better check if you are not arriving with a group from a corporation whose weekend targets are on the contrary to yours.

Came here a second time after a visit in late fall. Hotel is located right on the lake and lower level rooms have direct access to the water. However the deck and small green area with grass is not well maintained or appealing (such a shame) and the beach chairs are old with broken parts. This is one of the best features of the hotel and simply under utilized…. The rooms are modern and clean, however ours was missing a sofa and had a small chair put in instead. The bed is very hard and uncomfortable. You get one regular pillow and one small one…not a luxurious sleeping experience by any means. The towels in bathroom have been washed one too many times and are not soft and cozy. You only get one set of toiletries irrespective of how many nights you stay even though you pay per night (this is very strange and simply cheep). Przystan restaurant has a great menu Port is ok as well, however service in both is slow. Hotel in general seems understaffed. Breakfast is pretty good, but I would love white tablecloths. Tables outside were uncleared for hours while we were on the little beach. The spa area is overtaken by children…who are allowed to go to the jacuzzi and saunas (unacceptable when u try to tune out and relax). Hotel does not cater to adults without kids.

The hotel is very modern. Located right by the lake. A huge variety of products for breakfast - a lot of fruit, vegetables, smoothies, anything you may like, incl. hot meals. A la carte menu at the restaurant - delicious food. It's great to have a private access to the pier. Quite inside.

Very nice stay. Rooms are ok, food are delicious. I recommend Przystań restaurant. Spa service is ok, small swimming pool. Very good place on the roof for taking rest with not enough sun beds. Small hotel beach with also not enough sunbeds. I think that this hotel should be for person 16+. There is nth . special for kids. It would be nicer. Maybe I will visit this hotel again maybe not.

Great hotel, modern, spacious rooms. Super clean and very complete. Good restaurant with friendly service. Delicious eaten and extensive wine list. Nice terrace on the waterfront and all this at a normal price. I will definitely come back to this hotel.

The hotel does not cater for anyone who doesn't speak Polish. It looks like a international hotel but is just a regional Polish hotel in disguise. It encourages dogs. Disgusting. And so full of children running up and down corridors making a huge din. Our stay was ruined. Only Polish speaking tv channels . No English other than CNN. Just awful. And the bathroom ventilation didn't work so bathroom filled up with steam at every shower making it very slippery and dangerous. Opening the bedroom window turns off the aircon thus defeating efforts to clear the steam. The manager claimed the ventilation was working (!!!) but then told us to open the window and he didn't even know that this turned off the aircon. Pathetic

Hotel is well presented with good facilities BUT service is awfully mismanaged. Service is Very slow (on several occasions I’ve been waiting for 40 minutes for simple order of soft drinks!). Food arrives after normally 40 minutes and don’t even think of adding anything to your order as you will need to find the waiter that took your initial order (and no one else will be able or wants to help) and it will also take additional 40 minutes to arrive. Commonly During meal times there is no cutlery provided, and there is no service to the small beach in front of the bar- why?! All in all hotel is good but service let’s it down so much that it’s simply a shame. And for that reason I don’t think I would recommend to anyone to stay here. Hotel przystan has definitely potential but they really need to sort out the service in the bar and restaurant. To compound matters there is always a lot of staff chatting and standing around. I will say Gregor in the bar was very good but unfortunately he is now on holiday!
