The lake and surrounding area were amazing but our experience at the hotel was just OK. Our room was too hot and we could not lower the temp. Only one small window opened so air circulation was poor. Sat evening there was very loud music late at night and people smoking under our room which we could smell. One evening we asked to have our room serviced and it was not. After complaining they did quickly service our room. The food was average with the exception of the wonderful breakfast. The food was not bad but you could get better food at a cheaper price anywhere else. Overall it was not a bad experience just not great. For the price, we paid we expected more.
First of all, a stay on the first weekend hotels open post-Covid and a long bank holiday weekend. We were lucky enough to get possibly the last room, at a price roughly double that normally applied. Room not so much 'not on the lake side' as overlooking the car park. Room 203 for details, v small for 2. Regardless, hotel v nicely situated on lake, with a very pleasant deck/restaurant area. The dishes we chose on 2 nights and the breakfast were all excellent. But above all, every single member of staff was helpful, cheerful and pleasant! Made the stay. Next time, a larger room please😁
Stayed for 4 nights during the lockdown in Poland so the hotel was very quiet. Very friendly staff and lovely hotel with beautiful views. Breakfast was great, enjoyed the Polish racuchy with apples the most. I had 2 meals in the restaurant and both meals were good but the dessert cheesecake was my favourite. I would suggest more traditional polish food on the menu. (I was a bit disappointed that the apple pie was a french version not polish but still was very nice) the staff are polite and very helpful. I would have given the hotel 4 stars because of the person that was in the room next to me. I would suggest that maybe while the hotel is very quiet not to put the guests in the room next to each other. The person in the room next to me was watching tv very loudly until late at night and I could hear it all in my room. I am a deep sleeper so didn’t complain but I could see someone else that could. Still the staff in the hotel, the room and views were magnificent I had a lovely stay so will give it 5 stars.…
Hotel Tiffi is a small boutique hotel by the lake Ukiel. Rooms have good size, are basic but comfortable, Bathroom on the other hand is very very nice. We stayed in the room facing the lake and the little marina. I would recommend to book room with a lake view, the garden view would not be as nice. Hotel is very clean, and they are very strict with distancing and all Corona-related routines. Staff are professional and services minded - at the reception, in the restaurant, custodians - all. Although I am not a fan of Polish Cousin, I found the food very tasty. Sumptuous breakfast with many different choices, freshly squeezed juices, fruits, pancakes and more. Dinner and lunch are a sort of fusion of a good Polish and international choices. I would also like to mention surroundings of this hotel - it is very nice, relaxing, good for those who like water sports, walking and nature. The highlight of this hotel was Eka, Spa therapist from Bali and her Balinese massage. If you ever stay there you must try it. Amazing. Thank to all at the hotel Tiffi. You made our stay memorable.…
Vety good location, just on the lake, nice decor, friendly stuff. Excellent food in the restaurant and very nice breakfast too :) Most rooms have view on the lake, high quality materials used inside, like marble, all taps by Grohe. Very high standard in general. Does not have a private beach though, but public beach is 5 min. walk.
