I spent 1 week in August 2019 with my family at Zakatek Mazurski Gim 1/ Location. Countryside, right in the middle of the forest. These are wooden homes (mobile homes), placed in the middle of a very nice forest, 100 meters away of GIM Lake. Nature, trees, water... surroundings are simply amazing, breathtaking. 2/ Facilities. Not luxury, but good enough. Very well arranged, clean, organised. It gives you a feeling of big opened spaced, zero stress. You have towels, chairs, homes are definitely well equipped. A little minus here: no fridge in the homes. That could be a point for improvement. There is good wifi connection in the complex. Parking also available. There are plenty of stuff for kids: football & volleyball pitch, ping pong, park, trampoline... Also a small gym for adults. Being next to the lake, is also a great advantage. 3/ Restaurant. 3 meals per day: breakfast, meal, diner. Very good wide variety, for all tastes and types of diets. Fresh food, well prepared. Every day, different diner (mexican, greek, thai, spanish...). Staff is incredible helpful, kind and friendly. I would say, this is one of the strongest point of this spot. 4/ Amenities loads of organised activities, for kids and adults: plastics, cooking, nordic walking, aerobic, kids-disco at nights, night bbq's... Surroundings offer as well many possibilites. I was myself running in the forest several times, you can go for a bike rides, horses rides also available nearby... A place definitely worth the money. Congrats to management and staff for such a great place, such a great work. Great plan to disconnect from day by day stressful life, very suitable for kids/families. We will very probably come back next year again!!!…
