Only bad experience. This is very old hotel, with ugly carpets and PRL - furnitures. Better management is very needed. Disrespectful to the client and unprofessional service - staff and director of the hotel too. I am sure that you will find better alternative for your holiday or short stay.

It is a big resort. Owned by Turkish guy it starts to look like all inclusive in Bodrum. Rooms are ok, service is good, spa (pools, massage, etc,) is very good. Unfortunately food is only average quality and i would expect better food quality at 4* place. In my opinion place is ok but little bit overpriced.

Awesome location! Beautiful beachfront view, 3 minute walk to beach. The four-star hotel is located in the middle of the extremely picturesque region of Masuria. The hotel is located on the shore of Lake Czos, in Mrągowo. The lake and forests around the hotel are a real treasure and a paradise for lovers of fishing, water sports and mushroom picking. The service, including Miss Natalia, Mr Przemek  & bartender Dito was friendly, helpful and accommodating. An indoor & outdoor tennis court, indoor swimming pool with a sauna, a gym, bookshelfs literally behind every single corner create ideal conditions for relaxation. And for youngest they created a playroom! They do organize: training, events, weddings, conferences, wedding anniversaries and other small family and special occasions. The rooms are also stylishly furnished. Rooms have everything you needed with comfortable big comfy bed, clean bathroom, LCD TV. Bed linen and towels are provided as well. Cofee and tea as well. Free wifi in reception & rooms. Atmospheric restaurants with a beautiful terrace and a view of the lake and garden, serve delicious buffet breakfasts, lunches and dinners, and offer an original a'la carte menu with dishes of both Polish and European cuisine. I came away impressed by the quality of the food. Codfish with grilled potatoes and mini-carrots was just mouth watering! Menu is very rich and breakfast is real feast with variety of options to choose from (take a look on a pictures in the gallery). They have parking onsite. I would recommend this place to ANYONE-solo travellers & families! :) You will find 43 pictures of this friendly place in my gallery.

This Hotel is not so good as we see on the website photos. - darkness in all hallways, but without motion detector so darkness all the time; - mattresses in rooms too soft, as if sleeping on a waterbed; - spa treatments as part of your stay - self-service; - game room - billiards, bowling, other games - all expensive even for guests; - room decor - like back to 90s. Rooms don't look as nice as they do in website photos; - kids menu during dinner - poor and strange, mostly only one dish, at all, not even once my kids did not want to eat; - during dinner there was all the time not enough service/staff, staff could not keep up with cleaning tables; - there is only one machine with drinks (juices, lemonade, etc.) so there were mostly lines to it. In general, the meals were good but without delight. Only once we were positively surprised when sushi was served. Overall we are not satisfied with the stay, the children asked when we were leaving. I believe that the hotel does not deserve 4 stars.

Big improvements, so so happy because it was my favourite place. Last year I was very disappointed about almost everything. This year to my surprise lots of changes for the better. Breakfast was served nicely, everything very clean and tidy ( last year disaster) . Rooms upgraded to better standard, roof terrace with amazing view on the lake. Wonderful place

We’ve been there a few times and spent great time with family. As in the title, I recommend the hotel for the families, especially with young children 1-6 years. There are a lot of amenities for kids, big playing room, inflatable, jungle gym, Big swimming pool area with water slide. Its a pity that pool for infants and sauna have been out-of-order for a few days. Food is delicious and there is great choice for breakfast and dinner, as well. But sometimes it is too cold in main restaurant during breakfast. For adults there are lots of things to do, eg: bowling, billiard, tennis, mini golf, and sauna (was out-of-order that time), jacuzzi, steam bath, jogging (in very nice forest at the lake). As for the pool area, relax music should have been played always in swimming pool and at saunas as well. Despite of above mentioned minor things to improve, I really recommend this hotel.

Former old Orbis and old Mercure hotel, now writing own history. Exterior of the building needs improvement and renovation, anyway interiors are nice, partly renovated, AC added to the rooms freshly, dining good variety and choice as per buffet dinner in the season. Some rooms can be located with limited light access, because of slope location of the complex. For elder people, some farer located rooms can be uncomfortable as per longer walk to all facilities and restaurant.

I visited this Hotel second time after 5 years and in my opinion it changed very well, it became a family children & sport hotel with a lot of things to do in-house and it is situated in a beautiful place near the lake and very close to the forest. As far as I see they are renovating all of the the old parts and it looks like it will be a huge complex in the years to come if they finish it.

Used to be fantastic hotel with a character. So many bad changes in resent years This hotel been transferred for kids campus. I been visiting this hotel almost every year but I am afraid this was our last visit. You can’t enjoying swimming because the kids running, jumping to the swimming pool. Jacuzzi is full of kids with a swimming mattresses unheard-of 😏. Breakfast was served so badly, filthy dishes , food all over the counter. Definitely NOT 4 stars hotel anymore. Very confusing where is the entrance to the hotel. When we eventually find it it looks like you passing the camping place. The balcony full of washing hung over 😱Smoking area is just opposite the bedroom widows , people sitting the unit 5 am.you can’t open the window because the smell going directly inside . Very very disappointed. Will never recommend it to single people or couples with out children. This is more campus place not hotel. I am so sorry for bad feedback but I feel like I have to do this to make the people aware.
