It is a big resort. Owned by Turkish guy it starts to look like all inclusive in Bodrum. Rooms are ok, service is good, spa (pools, massage, etc,) is very good. Unfortunately food is only average quality and i would expect better food quality at 4* place. In my opinion place is ok but little bit overpriced.

Mrongovia again ! I think it was already my 8th or 9 th time.
perfect location close to beautifull Czos lake. Quiet place even despite 3 conferences running in the same time. Some of the rooms seemed to be refurnished which heled a little bit.
Good breakfasts. For lunch it is better to maka w alk to Mragowo to find better places.
PS. As always one disappointg supriding - prolongin my stay after conference we were offered company discount but... forced to pay for a parking area. :/

Awesome location! Beautiful beachfront view, 3 minute walk to beach.

The four-star hotel is located in the middle of the extremely picturesque region of Masuria. The hotel is located on the shore of Lake Czos, in Mrągowo.

The lake and forests around the hotel are a real treasure and a paradise for lovers of fishing, water sports and mushroom picking.

The service, including Miss Natalia, Mr Przemek  & bartender Dito was friendly, helpful and accommodating.

An indoor & outdoor tennis court, indoor swimming pool with a sauna, a gym, bookshelfs literally behind every single corner create ideal conditions for relaxation. And for youngest they created a playroom!

They do organize: training, events, weddings, conferences, wedding anniversaries and other small family and special occasions.

The rooms are also stylishly furnished. Rooms have everything you needed with comfortable big comfy bed, clean bathroom, LCD TV. Bed linen and towels are provided as well. Cofee and tea as well.

Free wifi in reception & rooms.

Atmospheric restaurants with a beautiful terrace and a view of the lake and garden, serve delicious buffet breakfasts, lunches and dinners, and offer an original a'la carte menu with dishes of both Polish and European cuisine.

I came away impressed by the quality of the food. Codfish with grilled potatoes and mini-carrots was just mouth watering!

Menu is very rich and breakfast is real feast with variety of options to choose from (take a look on a pictures in the gallery).

They have parking onsite.

I would recommend this place to ANYONE-solo travellers & families! :)

You will find 43 pictures of this friendly place in my gallery.

We went there with family for a week with tennis. It’s an old post communist hotel, with some renovation completed. Few things do not work like bad lamp that can not be repaired or constantly demagnetizing access cards, even if you keep them off the phone. Overall surrounding is dirty, tennis courts are not well maintained with trash around and missing basics like chairs etc. In the middle of the stay they organized conference, moved dining to little room in the lobby keeping conference people in the restaurant, kids dining moved to the basement with entrance trough trash. No heads up for this conference or changes to logistics so we were learning everything after things happened . Due to conference loud during the night, drunk people knocking the doors, and couple of other points not worth mentioning. Can not sleep with open window, as it was close to fun area, where they put ashtray and cigaret smoke was entering the room all the time. One positive is food tough which was very good.

Only bad experience. This is very old hotel, with ugly carpets and PRL - furnitures. Better management is very needed. Disrespectful to the client and unprofessional service - staff and director of the hotel too. I am sure that you will find better alternative for your holiday or short stay.

Big improvements, so so happy because it was my favourite place. Last year I was very disappointed about almost everything. This year to my surprise lots of changes for the better. Breakfast was served nicely, everything very clean and tidy ( last year disaster) . Rooms upgraded to better standard, roof terrace with amazing view on the lake. Wonderful place

I spend there a wonderfull weekend. The location is great. The hotel is surrounded either by lake or green areas. This is really peaceful area. No noise. Nevertheless sometims you may notice that the hotel was build in eightees. It does not meat it is comunistic monster but it only means that sometimes it is obvious that even renovation did not helped to corridors or other areas. But rooms are fine and fantastic sweeming pool. By the way this place is very professional. Especially the staff were extremely friendly, happy to help, converse with us and so on.

Very nice place for romantic weekend. We had "Tylko mnie kochaj" (Just love me) package which was very nice for our marriage anniversary. It had whole weekend Pay TV, sparkling wine with Strawberries as a welcome gift, one breakfest in bed, one elegant dinner with candles, two one-person treatments in SPA per couple. Wellness & fitness part of hotel is comfortable and lovely, and its staff is professional and friendly. Except treatment rooms, you can find there couple of pools with hydromassage, jacuzzi, mineralized water pool, sauna, bagnio and gym. Hotel also has its restaurant, bar with bowling and other games. They had some minor problems with localizing my payment, so they called me few times, what was annoying, but I can recommend this place.

Ustawienie temperatury nie działa na stałe. Po jakimś czasie pojawia się kod błędu i ustawienia są sterowane centralnie, niezależnie od modułu w pokoju.
