The hotel is very central and walking distant to the few attractions in Elblag. Breakfast was excellent and the room was correct. The garage is gated and you need to first stop at the front desk to get a transmitter..parking spaces are ok in size.

Lovely hotel. Friendly staff and very helpful. Great location to old town. Room was large, clean and comfortable. Sadly the spa area and pool was out of action but looked nice. Gym quite small and limited.

We had dinner at this hotel and really enjoyed the food, though we were placed in a narrow file of tables next to a fairly raucous birthday party. Inevitable on a Sunday night, I suspect. Food was very good and the service was more than efficient.

The location of the hotel is perfect - restaurants, cafes and sights are all a few steps away. The room was clean and spacious. It seemed like we got the best room in the hotel as we had nice views to the city from two sides. A little nag was the entertainment system of the room. Namely the TV started playing the moment you entered the keycard. We turned the TV off but it turned itself on at 1 o’clock in the night and woke us. Either it was malfunctioning or the previous guest made a joke by programming the alarm. Pulled the plug to be on the safe side. Either way the system needs to be more foolproof. The breakfast was rich and delicious. The indoor pool and sauna area in the basement was the perfect place to relax after a full day of sightseeing. Overall a nice hotel.

Let’s start with the positive things. The hotel is perfectly located in Elblag’s new Old Town, close to several good restaurants and the tourist sights. The exterior of the building is beautiful, and my room was very nice. The service during check-in was quite bad. The staff seemed very uninterested and was almost rude. Requests for additional services were met with sighs. The staff in the hotel restaurant was equally uninterested, but to be fair, the food was very good. In summary, average hotel that could be much better.

One of the better hotels in town, very nice , large and up to date room with all expected amenities. Inclusive services like breakfast, WIFI and ample parking space are above average. My recommendation to the management would be to mentor Reception desk representative , at check in time yesterday night she certainly could have benefited from a smile and improving very cold , uncaring attitude.

Very clean and spacious rooms. Great location in Old Town with plenty of restaurants close by. The hotel restaurant is well worth a look with very tasty high end meals. Only negative is the weight of the front door which requires a bit of strength to open.

I spent four nights there. A very good hotel in a town that is a bit of a hidden gem. The hotel is right in the old town so there are several restaurants within walking distance. The restaurant in the hotel is also quite good. The rooms were a decent size. A particularly liked the bathrooms (see photos). The breakfast was good with good coffee machines and decent variety of food. Recommended.

We stayed in this hotel for 4 nights and liked it very much. The only problem was that it was very hot weather and the hotel had no air conditioning in the rooms. At night, we had to have the windows open and there was a lot of noise from people shouting and laughing outside, late at night. It would be better to have a room was not facing the main street. Apart from this, the staff were very pleasant, the rooms were a nice size and comfortable. The swimming pool is small but we loved the jacuzzi. The daily breakfast was good and on the one occasion we had dinner there, it was very nice food. Certainly recommend it but the noise from outside spoilt it for us.

Stayed in early June so we benefited from the lovely Polish weather at that time of year. First visit to Elblag and this hotel is in a great location for seeing the most picturesque part of town. Some restaurants and bars nearby. Be prepared for cathedral bells early morning! Very pleasant, helpful staff. Good breakfast buffet.
