Very good hotel in Bialystok. Very clean. Service are always polite. Good restaurant with delicious dishes. Dumplings and "kolduny" are the best. Access is difficult due to road renovation. The hotel is located near Makro.

Clean and comfortable rooms in a good location. The breakfast was great! We didn't have a chance to try out the restaurant but the menus certainly looked enticing. We will use this hotel again for certain.

Everything was great. We spent a night there on our way back to Lithuania. It was very easy to find, big supermarket nearby, and has a restaurant - which is very convenient after a long day driving. The food was good, staff very nice and friendly. Tons of parking space in front of the hotel. Good wifi.

Nice room, fantastic bathroom and breakfast - the one You'll rather find at **** than **. Nice meals at local restaurant. Location a bit outside.of the city. Really fantastic value for money. Who could ask for more!

Located in the outskirt of the town, easy access by car. Hotel looks like being built during socialist era. Obviously renovated, everything is clean and nice. The room is smallish and has poor sound proofing (have earplugs with you if you don't want to listen to what happens next door!!!). Free Wi-Fi. Basic breakfast buffet.

Everything! New, clean, modern hotel (I think it was recently renovated) for a reasonable price, nice rooms and delicious breakfast - lots to choose from. Free parking, free wi-fi, free water/tea in rooms.

After Easter we started for a round-trip in Poland. We took our RV and spent most of the nights on campsites. By the way it would be great if tripadvisor would enable reviews of campsites. So we set our navigator to the coordinates of a campsite in Bialystok and arriving there, no campsite!! We asked at reception whether it would be safe to stay the night on their parking lot. I didn't get a clear answer but the fact that there was just up the road a secured and guarded parking facility made me think that staying out on the parking might not be a good idea. So we booked the hotel. At first I was a bit shocked as walking through the corridors there were empty boxes. We had to cross a sort of meeting room with different furniture laying around. Then we crossed a small backyard to go into the annex. The lower floors were still under construction, carpets ripped etc. But the second floor was finished and got a lovely big room, very comfortable at a very reasonable price. Breakfast was included on in the morning we found a very rich buffet. Really a place to recommend when traveling in that area.…

The only good thing about this hotel was the price. My room hasn't seen any renovation since 1990, I believe - you could expect a hotel like in the Soviet Union. The flooring looked like someone had been killed in this room, dark stains all over it. The furnuture was very old, beds were head to head but the linen was ok. In my room there was a 10inch black-and-white CRT TV. Wi-Fi - no suprtise-was as good as the TV. Finally, we've decided not to have a breakfast in this place. I was very sorry to bring my wife to this place.

This hotel hasn't changed since the 80's! It needs full refurbishment ! The rooms are small with a small old TV's. Carpets do defiantly need to be changed. The sheets were nice and clean. I stayed there for one nigh so just enough. The price for a double was around 27 GBP which is OK still no soap in the bathroom and I did not take my so a big minus. The location is just by the road to Warsaw in the outskirts of Bialystok. Close to many shopping malls and a forest. Breakfast is cheap for 4 GBP you get a decent meal. There is a free car park and a monitored one which is just for 2 GBP a night. One big plus is the free WiFi, pretty fast and good. To summarize this hotel needs to be modernized and refurbished. Good for one night if you are on the road.
