The house was built in 1897 by Abram Jossem, a known dentist from Bialystok. It hosted many famous residents, mostly the elite residents of Bialystok. Back in time, several institutions were located here: St. Petersburg Agency - Toulouse Land Bank - the main investor of the "Ritz" Hotel, the Szejnman pawnshop, an institution producing stamps, the Solomon Ginzburg request office, the "Life of Bialystok" editorial office, and many others. Beautiful but unfortunately very damaged building, which was entered in the register of historical monuments, required renovation. The modernization of the building, which was possible through the capital of the investors and the EU subsidies, started in 2009, although, the original facade of the building was preserved. The main idea of the whole undertaking was to create a boutique hotel in the heart of Białystok

In June 2022 we stayed one night in this hotel in a Deluxe room. The location is excellent, in the middle of this very nice town, surrounded by good restaurants and nice terraces.
The room was excellent value for money, a real recommendation. The room is very spacious with a wooden floor, airconditioning, a refrigerator, watercooker with coffee and tea and good WiFi. The spacious bathroom has a bath and a separate very good shower. The lighting in the room is excellent. The room however is very noisy, we could hear everything happening in the room above us. At 02.30 it sounded like they were moving the furniture which lasted for almost an hour. We are still wondering what they were doing.
Breakfastbuffet was very good and you can park the car outside on the street.

This boutique hotel is just few steps from Branicki Palace and city center. Parking down on the street, free of charge during the weekends. Spacious room with big teracce and bathroom. Very comfortable bed. Delicious breakfast, specialy pancakes with cheese.

The worst stay I had. In general the hotel is not sound proof at all, so it is very noisy from the road outside.

On our last day, the hotel hosted a party until 3am and placed non-party guests (10 people including seniors) just above the DJ, even though our reservation was done months in advance, and they could already figure out to place us on the higher floors. The DJ played until 3 am and didn't react to any requests of lowering down the volume. After that the staff was cleaning the hall and dragging tables and chairs ont he floor, making even more noise.
The management of the hotel didn't care about the fact that we paid to sleep in their hotel but couldn't even do that. Absolutely rude and disrespectful.

I staid there few times. Two times for business and one time with my wife.
Very good rooms, nice and clean. Maybe economic one could be bigger.
Big and very nice bathrooms.

Hotel is placed in the city centre near many restaurants and pubs.
Fortunately not too close if somebody wish for silent sleep.
In the hotel we can find Savoy restaurant with variate of good dishes and very good wines.
Do not look better place for diner. Service is very good and dishes are outstanding.
In the basement you can find place for drinking wine.

The hotel is located to the noisy night club, my room was next to the club on the first floor, the noise was loud with heavy metal music. I could not sleep, I was given another room on the third floor on the same side, it was better but still had problems to sleep. I tried to complaint the receptionist ignored me when I checked out, still trying to email to recover the costs, the hotel staff keeps ignoring. The hotel itself and breakfast is very good but I would never stay there as I would end up with sleepless night!

Magnificent, well-managed property, immaculately clean, elegantly stylish and functional design, quality throughout, wonderful attentive multilingual personnel with positive energy who truly cares, anticipates your desires, and goes out of their way to make you feel welcome.

From the web site's intuitive design, ease of access and booking, pre-reservation questions to staff via email and phone through reservation, arrival and stay hotel smart staff with their attention to detail exceeded our expectations in every way.

Restaurant food and focused service are phenomenal. Wine bar is cosmopolitan and served by a knowledgeable professional sommelier. Memories from meetings with family and friends during our stay at the restaurant and hotel bar will last a lifetime.

Price/Service/Amenities ratio at this property is on par with best world-class hotels in metro London, Frankfurt, Paris, New York and Chicago.

Thank you for a wonderful experience.

Good hotel with polite staff. Really good location. With hotel there is also restaurant and pub. Front door is tricky to find. Free parking during the weekend in front of the hotel. No secure parking. For the bikers there is nothing extra, no drying places ect.

There were only one small room available and the bed was next to radiator, so hot dreams they were.

Worth of stay!

we stayed over last weekend in room 36. The room was lovely but even better, we had a private rooftop terrace overlooking Branicki Palace and were able to chill out all Saturday before partying with our relatives who live in Bialystok! The breakfast was good, great bar with a wide selection of wines and the hotel is excellent value for money. The lady on reception was charming and nothing was too much trouble. Ask for this room - we certainly will on our next visit. Everytime we come over to Bialystok another bar/hotel has opened. We love this city and you will too -it has a Russian twist being so Belarussian border!

Had a De Luxe room for a price of 300 PLN/night = appr. 71 €. Very clean, nice decorations, leather sofa and spacious bath with shower. Climate control was not needed early April but is good for the summer. Only negative thing was the difficulty tro fidn a parking place. Breakfast was very delicious, nice staff at breakfast, smiling:-)
