In Białystok, I have also stayed at Willa Pastel. My review, to compare, can be found on TripAdvisor. Pros: - Location: (Walking) Kosciuszko Market Square (4min), Branicki Palace (6min), St Nicholas Greek Orthodox Church (6min), Cathedral Basilica of the Assumption of the Blessed Virgin Mary (7min), Opera Podlaska (10min). - Bathroom amenities: Liquid soap, combined shampoo/body wash (wall-mounted), vanity kit, shower cap, hairdryer (1100w). - Complimentary bottles of water each day (still/sparkling). - Free in-room WiFi (decent speeds, approx. 19Mbps). - Although the hotel is officially 3-stars, the room felt like 4-stars. Spacious, extremely clean room with well-soundproofed windows. Cons: - 3-star hotels really should have separate body wash and shampoo (more common in 2-star hotels). I recommend that you bring your own shampoo. - Unfortunately, the curtains don’t adequately block out the morning light. - The breakfast was adequate, however the rather loud disco-style music playing early in the morning did not really fit a breakfast atmosphere. I was also surprised to see the omelette station was closed on weekends. - Washing was delivered on recycled coat hangers of all different shapes, styles and sizes with different shop logos printed on them (I guess, leftovers from previous guests) which did not fit the clothes and seemed a little unprofessional for a hotel service.

According to official data - three stars hotel, unofficially - 4 stars! (no gym, no pool). Great location, very comfortable rooms, quiet, with friendly staff. Moreover - the hotel restaurant is really good! Serving not only traditional Polish breakfasts, but also interesting dishes throughout the day. Worth going!

This review will be short, because I have already covered in the past this hotel, and likely I will come back here while in Bialystok. Among the good features of this hotel, I would say: 1. central location and parking available, both outside and inside the hotel 2. room very nicely furnished, worth more of the 3 stars of the hotel 3. cleanliness of the place and soundproof windows 4. fantastic breakfast and finally 5. a quite reasonable price for polish people, and a good price for westerners. A special mention and thanks to the staff at the Reception and Breakfast room, always very kind and smiling: I do recommend it.

Perfect location, delicious breakfast, comfy beds. Very ckean. Very close to Branicki Palace. The hotel is located in the center of the city, so might be a bit noisy outside. Well, then go outside and come back to hotel late!

Pros: spacious room, comfortable bed and pillows, and I liked the bathroom very much. Great breakfast (not much for vegans though). Cons: the only one that the rooms overlooking the road can be noisy if the windows are open. We travelled mid Oct and kept them shut so we had no problems. Ask for a silent room if you’re sensitive to noise.
