I slept there 1 night on a business trip because the location was convenient for my host.
The room is clean and it seems the hotel was renovated recently.
The rooms are tiny. No elevator. Shower is small and not convenient. TV set is very small located high and far from the eye.
Breakfast is good and standard.

We had booked online for a Deluxe Double, but when we arrived, although we were given the room, the lock wouldn't work and we were given a room with two single beds which they claimed was still a Deluxe. It didn't appear that way, but it was okay,

The dining room was beautifully decorated and our dinner was very good. The service was excellent, Our breakfast buffet was terrific, A lot of choices. Although the front desk staff did not speak English, we got by since I could speak Polish. The Pastel was close to the Branicki Palace - only about 10 minutes walk.

We would be willing to return.

Tiny Hotel with own style. Quiet and peaceful with friendly and helpful service. Tiny but cosy bedrooms. Good selection of breakfast (including English breakfast and hash browns WOW!) with classic music in the background. Really good stay.

Room Tip: the double bed is really wide (about 2 meters!) I slept with two children comfortable.

This place does NOT CATER for tourists who want to have some REST: the cleaning ladies start making noise (loud talk, cranking, slamming, ringing, knocking...) at 8 am, so you can't sleep any longer. The management obviously assumes that guests MUST wake up at 8 am, and if not, then we don't deserve respect. The recepcionist told me said see to it, but nothing improved. It's simply the hotel's policy to FORCE guests to wake up at 8. Unacceptable. My overal rest was, therefore, quite bad throughout my four nights' stay.
For the rest, receptionists are friendly and speak good English. The location is good, nearby restaurants and services, yet a quiet area. Tasty atmosphere, free (unsurveyed) parking for customers, friendly check-in/out schedule. Besides, the room welcomes you with a little gift. Lastly, windows have blinds. But the noise spoils the experience totally.

Pros:
- Free in-room wi-fi (multiple devices allowed)
- Beautifully perfumed hallways and foyer
- Adequate buffet breakfast (hot and cold)
- Good room heating
- Very clean

Cons:
- Internet didn't work 50% of the time
- Smallest room I have ever come across
- Large shared tables for breakfast (not private or impossible to read while eating)
- Bathroom amenities limited to shampoo and one bar of soap
- Many broken things in room (curtains were ripped and didn't close, light globes blown)
- No elevator
- Paper-thin walls, could even hear the person snoring in the next room

I came to Bialystok on buisness for the week and we stayed at Willa Pastel as it was directly opposite where we were working at the University Hospital.

I Had room 21, it was compact but still large enough.

Free wifi which is always good when on buisness!!

It also has a steam room and sauna which is very amazing for a small hotel, we used it one night and it was very clean and very good.

The reception staff were all so very helpful and always smiling.
Theres nothing better than a nice friendly welcome after a hard days work.

But the highlight was the restaraunt in the Hotel called Paleta Smakow.
It was a really traditional looking establishment with local cuisine butalso a real plus were the locally harvested mushrooms and imported Italian Wine.

We were looked after each night by an amazing girl called Magda, who was Super friendly, very helpful and also knew all about the dishes and wines.

If i were to come back to Bialystok this would definetley be my first choice.
