The market square is just a few minutes away. You have a shopping mall next to the hotel (with a good supermarket). The breakfast and the food in the restaurant is good. Don't forget to try the lunch menu, good and nicely priced. The hotel is just a few bus stops away from the station. I missed a small fridge in the room and it is a pity that the curtains didn't overlap. As an ALL gold member, I was offered a welcome drink. It's a pity that I had an argument because they didn't want to give me a fresh juice even when I showed the girl from reception (who wanted to fill in for the waitress) that all drinks are possible except spirits and champagne according to the voucher. I never had this problem before. It's also the first time that I don't get sparkling water at the breakfast. The staff were always friendly, the breakfast was of a good quality and the hotel just felt well managed. There aren't hot drinks in the room, but they're freely available downstairs. The room had an excellent view over the city and was beautifully comfortable and practical. Great localization at the city center, over shopping mall, next to Branicki Palace and so-called Old Town. Rooms are big, modern, comfortable - typical for ibis style. Breakfast was tasty with lots of varieties. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Hope to stay there again soon.

The hotel does not score well, the hotel is currently undergoing renovations so some of the hotel places are not at all unusable, rooms are relatively fine, the hotel is located near a large shopping center. Service at the hotel is not good, for a glass of cold water should pay money. Altogether, the value for money is not received here.

We stayed here for one night on our journey from the UK to Lithuania. The hotel is conveniently located near the centre of town but with amply parking. A shopping centre can be accessed directly from the hotel with plenty of places for meals if you do not want to eat in the hotel or in town. The staff were very friendly and spoke good English. Our room on the 11th floor was clean and bright with a good bathroom with walk in shower, there was a nice choice of food at breakfast and it was competitively priced. The only negative was that we like to sleep with the window open and without conditioning, but there were some very loud motorbikes riding at crazy speeds on the road outside at night, though we were very tired after a day's travelling and slept well anyway. I appreciate this last point that this is beyond the hotel's control, but the police should be taking action to stop them. It was a Friday night and the weather was warm and dry, so maybe midweek when the weather's not so nice they won't be out!…

I understand that this is a budget Hotel so I will ignore things about that, like poor breakfast or cheap universal soap-shampoo wash. When booking no other hotels had family rooms. Hotel is new and fresh and mostly decent quality for the price. The ventilation and AC seems to be an issue that either never has been resolved or pops up again and again in reviews. Ventilator in bathroom never stops. Never. Always in full and loud. And the AC works so poorly that after several hours in evening we had no choice but to ignore it and open windows that only open like 3 cm. That was the only way to lower temp. That of course means terrible noise from road and shopping mall roof. But some things that are not thought out - who builds a family room with an empty doorway connecting both parts? Not even a sliding door or something?…

Dear Karlisn, Thank you for sharing your comment with us regarding your recent stay here at ibis Styles Bialystok. I am glad to read you enjoyed some aspects of your stay. We do are an economic standard hotel so that is why there are eco friendly disposable cosmetics as shampoo and body lotion in our bathrooms. Obviously I am disappointed and I do apologise that we have failed to meet your expectations on this occasion. I have the technician to check and fix the problem with AC and ventilator so hopefully it will not occur in the future. I must admit that even if AC is working properly it takes time the family room to cool off specially if it is very hot weather. The location of the room and a whole wall of windows exposed to the sun makes a very beautiful view but the room is also much warmer then other rooms with less windows. Please accept my apology, and If it happens you visit again please do not hesitate to contact me directly so I can arrange your stay and be of your disposal if there are any problem. Nice hotel located in the center of Bialystok. I liked the design and cleanliness of the rooms. Breakfast was ok - nothing special but fine. Great service - everybody were kind and professional. Surely reccomended for the business trips!

Excellent service. All the staff at the hotel was extreme friendly and efficient. Convenient location close to shopping mall and near the city center, Comfortable sleep and stay. Room super clean, breakfast with very rich offer. Choice for every kind of breakfast. The bartender was friendly, smiling and encourage conversation. Strongly recommend stay @Ibis Bialystok.

Had room on 8th floor with panoramic view. There is still construction working ongoing outside but when finished view will be nice. Room was brand new with modern look. Bed comfortable. Location is very good - close to city center. Its also located in Mall building so shopping is also option. Very good breakfast with wide selection of food. Car parking free & located underground.
