I understand that this is a budget Hotel so I will ignore things about that, like poor breakfast or cheap universal soap-shampoo wash. When booking no other hotels had family rooms. Hotel is new and fresh and mostly decent quality for the price. The ventilation and AC seems to be an issue that either never has been resolved or pops up again and again in reviews. Ventilator in bathroom never stops. Never. Always in full and loud. And the AC works so poorly that after several hours in evening we had no choice but to ignore it and open windows that only open like 3 cm. That was the only way to lower temp. That of course means terrible noise from road and shopping mall roof. But some things that are not thought out - who builds a family room with an empty doorway connecting both parts? Not even a sliding door or something?

Response from Urszula Markowska-Buwaj , General Manager at Ibis Styles Bialystok
Responded 1 week ago
Dear Karlisn, Thank you for sharing your comment with us regarding your recent stay here at ibis Styles Bialystok. I am glad to read you enjoyed some aspects of your stay. We do are an economic standard hotel so that is why there are eco friendly disposable cosmetics as shampoo and body lotion in our bathrooms. Obviously I am disappointed and I do apologise that we have failed to meet your expectations on this occasion. I have the technician to check and fix the problem with AC and ventilator so hopefully it will not occur in the future. I must admit that even if AC is working properly it takes time the family room to cool off specially if it is very hot weather. The location of the room and a whole wall of windows exposed to the sun makes a very beautiful view but the room is also much warmer then other rooms with less windows. Please accept my apology, and If it happens you visit again please do not hesitate to contact me directly so I can arrange your stay and be of your disposal if there are any problem. Kindest regards Urszula Markowska-Buwaj / General Manager

The hotel gives good value for your money. The rooms are big, modern and clean. The market square is just a few minutes away. You have a shopping mall next to the hotel (with a good supermarket). The breakfast and the food in the restaurant is good. Don't forget to try the lunch menu, good and nicely priced. The hotel is just a few bus stops away from the station. I missed a small fridge in the room and it is a pity that the curtains didn't overlap. As an ALL gold member, I was offered a welcome drink. It's a pity that I had an argument because they didn't want to give me a fresh juice even when I showed the girl from reception (who wanted to fill in for the waitress) that all drinks are possible except spirits and champagne according to the voucher. I never had this problem before. It's also the first time that I don't get sparkling water at the breakfast. On the other hand the waitresses for lunch and diner were super and know what it is to work in the hospitality business.

This was a really decent hotel, located near to the city centre and spotlessly clean throughout. The staff were always friendly, the breakfast was of a good quality and the hotel just felt well managed. There aren't hot drinks in the room, but they're freely available downstairs. The room had an excellent view over the city and was beautifully comfortable and practical. There were no negatives to my visit for me, I didn't much want to leave such a welcoming hotel.

Had room on 8th floor with panoramic view. There is still construction working ongoing outside but when finished view will be nice. Room was brand new with modern look. Bed comfortable. Location is very good - close to city center. Its also located in Mall building so shopping is also option. Very good breakfast with wide selection of food. Car parking free & located underground.

We have visited this hotel on at least three occasions. It is a very modern 11 story hotel near a very large shopping center. The food dinner and breakfast are good and large portions. Note re underground garage. This is a very large deep garage shared with the shopping center. One enters from it front of the hotel and then drives at least 200 m to the Ibis section. There is an exit near here - do not use this Exit as it will exit you by a bus stop. In view of the deep garage, one needs to activate ones satalite navigator and bus drivers are not t oo pleased! Better to drive to where one came in and one can easily stop in front of the hotel for the required few minutes. Reception staff could be better!

First impresion - a newly-built, modern, high tower hotel with modern cons and free parking in the city centre. Unfortunately, a second impression was very dissapointing. We stayed in an apartment 801. When we came there was not enough towels and coat hangers (5 hangers for 4 people's apartment). We called reception and they told us to come down and collect towels ourselves. They refused to give us any more hangers though, because they did not have any spare despite that hotel was almost empty. The room was nor very clean, layers of the dust, previous guests' tshirt under the sofa, filthy curtains, broken wardrobe door, missing shelves, wobbly floor lamp, hammered down curtains on the wall. The air-conditioning in the room was dripping water inside the unit making the noise difficult to igonre especially in the night. The staff was unproffesional, unhelpful and for sure not trained enough for the job. Breakfest selection was very poor, low quality food and yesterday's bread everyday. In summary, one of the worst-managed hotel we ever visited.

To visit Bialystok the hotel is located at a perfect place. The underground parking is very useful when coming by cars. Bialystok appeared to be great for cycling as well. Unfortunately, the hotel does not have a dedicated bike parking, we were offered to place them behind the reception area, which became rather challenging when more people with bikes arrived. The rooms are ok. The breakfast was rather chaotic and things were not looking fresh, several items were not available. Breakfast looked a lot better early morning. We were positively surprised by the level of service and the quality of the dishes in the hotel restaurant when we once had diner there. Unfortunately, the general attention and service of the reception/cleaning staff was in our opinion not sufficient. We had to ask about the cleaning and one room had a smoke smell which was not taken care of.

The hotel is nice - it's new, fresh, offers complimentary underground parking. Reception staff is helpful and reacts quickly for additional wishes. Romms are nice and new, however I was missing 3 things: safe box, small fridge, and tissues. I don't believe in environmental practices when you decide to reuse your towel, as on the other hand they provide plastic cups in rooms. The breakfast is unaccreptable. We came there 1h before buffet closing: no cold cuts, no cheese, no tomatoes, no cucumbers, no pancackes, no saussage. For everything you have to ask and it takes ages (sausage arrived after 40 min.). Definitely an issue with managing buffet. On top many products of extremely low quality (e.g. sausage).
