This hotel is in a lovely location, it is clean and staff are friendly. But that's all the good I can stay. The rooms are beyond basic, you do get towels but that's it. Hand wash was empty and the smoke alarm was missing. It does feel like hospital rooms. Our breakfast was not until 9am which was a little late. When I asked they said "paying guests" went in first? Somewhat confused I then understood they were referring to those guests who had paid for treatments and not just the room! In fairness they then let yes go in at 8:30am. Breakfast is basic, cold breakfast but generous portions. The hotel was very noisy at night. Loud music booming from bar could be heard in room. In the morning people clearly up early for their treatments, so we had very little sleep.

After a very long day riding a motorbike, this place caught my attention. Greeted by very helpful staff, upgraded for free, another bonus. Room was big, clean and well stocked. Great value for money.. The surrounding area was magic for a stroll around the lake area. Great value massage and spa, then a really nice meal at the restaurant. Located in a very quite area, really great nights sleep. Parking was free for me and it was parked right next to the security guards office.. Highly recommended..

Stayed one night. Situated long way outside Town but lovely location near lake. Quite expensive if you don't want to use spa facilities but restaurant prices ok. Very good buffet breakfast. Only minor complaint was TV - only 5 stations and all in Polish. Oh, and the British flag by the lake is upside down !
