Great view, not much else

We were booked into this place (I hesitate to call it a hotel, spa or resort - not really any of those things) because this was where a wedding party was happening. We were so looking forward to it because it just sounded impressive and it does have a great location. As a hotel, I have to give it 1 star for several reasons. It was a fancy room, but water leaked from the ceiling in the bedroom. Speaking of the bedroom, the bed was large, but they used a patchwork of sheets to cover it and they didn't stay in place very well. Exactly 1 towel per person. Breakfast was included, but it was pretty mundane. Filling if you like cheese and bread, although one morning we got some scrambled eggs that were actually very nicely done. In the four nights we stayed, there was absolutely no servicing of the room. In fact, their idea of servicing was to put extra toilet paper rolls by the front desk. It was very hot and no air conditioning and no fans for cooling. There were some issues with reservations since they apparently had a dance camp at the same time, but that was resolved and we got a room. And don't expect to get WiFi in your room or anywhere else unless it is the lobby. I bumped my rating from a 1 to a 2 because the folks working there are really fairly nice. And they did a pretty awesome job of catering and working the wedding. So, that was nice. The hotel portion of the program, not so much.…

Room cleaning zero & Limited choices in Food

Location is very nice, pretty area around, lake, nice view, could be nice hotel for honey moon, room decorated well but small, as i see it romantic.. but.. i had there 7 days.. the room has not cleaned in any day.. towel has not changed, soap has not replaced. very limited choices in breakfast and lunch and dinner i did not see any a la carte restaurant there only the very good things there is "reception staff very friendly plus restaurant staff very polite and very friendly"
