We spent there one night only, and found the hotel just via phone as our trip to Augustów was very spontaneous and we had nt thought about accomodation. Hotel was very clean however equiped in the style from previous century. Nice and supportive receptionist, good breakfast. Our kingsize bed room was really big, clean with clean bathroom. Slightly too laudly as we were there during weekend and disco party at groundfloor restaurant. Price for the room very convenience. Good location - just walking distance to the river and city center.
Not to many visitors, nothing extravagant and supernice, but all dishes we had - very tasty. We enjoyed. Also reasonable priced. It's not fast food, you must wait 20+ minutes. Definitely recommended. Going again.
The location is right on motorway E67. Very comfortable for road travellers. The room is small as well as bathroom and the cleanliness is an issue. The breakfast was very poor. By the time we came there was nothing to eat. No internet at all.
Since our stay last year, the hotel has gone up in my estimation. Our room was spotless, and Katarzyna,a super receptionist and really polite and helpful, upgraded us on our return to an apartment, with lounge area, drinks in the room etc...we stayed on the 6th Sept and again on the 24th Sept, and both occasions were faultless. Breakfast was the best we have had in Poland, with choice of hot and cold food, all good quality and well presented. Ok,you do have to pay for parking, but 3 and half euros is hardly a bank breaker, and you are off the busy road. For 45-50 euros, depending on room type, its great value, and locationwise,is hard to beat. Well done the Logos!
This hotel is ok,but needs a bit more attention to basics. We stayed here on the 14th and 20th August. Our first room was a triple, with a bit more room. It was ok,clean, everything worked ok,and even at the front, the noise from the traffic wasnt too bad (Hundreds of lorries all night) Breakfast was about the average for a continental, and the staff were ok generally. So we rebooked for the 20th,as we were coming back to Russia through Augustow. This time our Twin room smelt of smoking, the sink was semi blocked with what i found out was with loose tea. The tap water was also slow, and several spiders wandered the room! The receptionist was being seriously hassled by someone who wouldnt accept her room, and wanted to check every room in the hotel,so we didnt bother her! We chose this hotel for its price, with breakfast and parking giving a total of 65 euros, and its location, right on the harbour edge, rather than in the not very nice city centre. I think we would probably use it again as a transit hotel, but wouldnt want to stay longer than a night.…
Clean nice room, Breakfast is good ( similar to normal breakfast in Poland ). De kamers zijn niet groot, schoon, kleine badkamer en simpel. I would not recommend the hotel for a long time but for an overnight or short stay it is well suited. The town Augustow is somewhat disappointing. Located on a very busy transit route to Latvia, Lithuania and Estonia, but when the room is not on the front the inconvenience is not so much. The parking for the hotel and looks good with video surveillance.
Charged to park a motorbike (many places don't charge for this), dining room was not clean, breakfast was not great, spider in hallway, a bug in my room, shower not great. Not a lot to say about this place other than it's a place to stay. Okay, but not great. I recommend you keep looking.
Logos is situated right next to the harbour for the tourist boats crusing the lakes and the lower part of the Augustow canal. The hotel was relatively newly refurbished, and the rooms were nice. The water pressure in the showers could have been better, espescially as Augustow lies surrounded by lakes and rivers. There is free wifi in the common rooms, and also in our hotel room, as it was situated directly above the restaurant. The breakfast was less than sensational. As for many hotels, they don't replenish empty items when the breakfast time draws near it's end. We paid 230 zloty for a room for three, booked through booking.com. But the price list in the lobby showed 200. The reception lady was helpful with directions, train times etc.
