Top notch breakfast, really 5 stars, the hotell does not save on guests and the variety of food is amazing - I love it :-) especially strawberries. Restaurant service also very helpful and flexible, my boyfriend noticed that scrumbled egg was missing and they came to fill it in in a minute without a notice, even though there was a rush. The a'la restaurant is very pleasant, with a romantic sea view and gleeming bar full of colours. Super fresh and tasty fish !!! Very nice and professional staff. Surely planning to come back. Thank you Maloves !
+Good location near the beach +Pretty nice staff -Dirty showers -Old furniture and equipment -Overpriced rooms -Limited view to the old empty swimming pool and air-conditioning pipes -Only parking available was outside
Went there on a teambuilding trip. Got a room on the second floor where the windows are loooking at the wall of the apartement part and anyone can see inside the room from the balkony on the roof of the apartements. You can also hear them pretty well at night. The staff speaks minimal english and there are no english text anywhere so you need to discover everything for youlself(including the various types of dishes served for breakfast). Pros: nice spa, although the jacuzzis were not always working. Great view from the bar, one of the best places to have a coffee at 11am I have ever been. Beach is very close and this is good because you cant really do anything else in this town than lying on the beach.
MINUS: The hotel is aging and it is not in line with the pictures on the website or with the cost of any room advertised. We spent around 1,300.00 zloty for 2 nights (Friday - Sunday in August so in high season) for a normal room. Once we arrived to the room we noticed that it was looking straight at a wall!!! There are 6 or 8 rooms at least that are looking at a wall (see the picture in attachment).. if you ever have to get to this hotel make sure in the first place not to get such a room! Once we asked to change room they gave us a room 1 floor below with a terrace straight to the wall.. maybe they wanted us to enjoy the wall better ;) the second time that we went back to ask for a different room - without any direct wall view - they asked us for 100 zloty extra for what they called an apartment (please see the second picture in attachment).. at least you could see some sky. Please let me add that the hotel was half empty on the Friday night and I would say almost totally empty on the Saturday night. I do not understand why they did not offer us the same room for free in the first place!!! Additionally, I think that the first room should never be paid more than 100 - 120 zloty per night and the apartment should never be paid more than 200 zloty per night: with these prices you are much better off taking a plane to Greece or Spain, for example. The hotel has no underground parking so you have to park your car open air at a distance of 200 meters and of course you have to pay additionally for it. No internet in the apartment - room number 354. PLUS: The reception, the swimming pool and a few other common areas (SPA, etc.) look good. It is really well located - close to the city center and to the beach.…
SPA, pools etc are ok, but I’d like to focus on food from restaurant. We ordered two dishes - cold soup and pizza. When I saw ingredients in cold soup I thought - wow, very original! Chicken, mustard, cucumber, natural yogurt! It could be good, but... it was disgusting. So I didn’t eat that and waited for pizza. Pizza was ok, but only ok. Nothing else... it costed as pizza in italian restaurant, but: - they used standard flour (not pizza flour), - tomato sauce was without taste, - but the worst were indegrients - polish ham („sopocka”), polish chease (not mozarella)... I’m sure that was ham and cheese from breakfast! I will never come back there!
