My husband and I came to Szczecin on Friday for a family gathering. On Saturday morning, I got up early, and simply asked the reception if he spoke English. The man laughed and said that he didn't, in pretty good English, then just walked away. Then I asked another woman if it was possible to just get a cup of coffee, which in other hotels really isn´t an issue. She was not helpful, not even answering, just pacing back and forth, mumbling to herself in English.. It was not what I would consider, normal behavior... Then, I tried asking another receptionist if there was a place where I could buy coffee. The look on her face was as if I kicked her in the face. She could simply NOT be bothered. Then.. one day before check-out (today) I called down to the reception because we had not been given new towels, and asked for towels. This was 20 minutes ago... No towels; meaning I had to find a maid myself and get the towels... I honestly can not wait to get the h*** out of here. I have ONLY been met with staff that is unfriendly and rude or simply ignores us. Great rooms, great pool area, but the staff.... Yikes.

Perfect place for a business stay. It looks like a historical building, but everything is new, what is a plus :). Decent size of rooms, soundproof windows (there were road works just in front of the hotel, but no sound got to the room), service with a smile at hotel’s bar and restaurant. Two elements which I put on a minus side : - broken A/C (room 115) - bath instead of a shower cabin, what caused a small flood in my bathroom on the floor

Beautiful rooms and a comprehensive breakfast with a wide range of English, German and regional Polish dishes. Close to public transport and a shopping centre 400m away. Unfortunately the indoor swimming pool was closed for renovations, but everything else was perfect.

The hotel is nice and clean. Unfortunately there are carpets all over but I guess that is standard in Poland. No good reastaurants close by so bring your walking shoes. Garage under the hotel, very good. Watch your step in the shower. Gets very slippery with soap/water on the floor. Square shaped toilet, not so comfortable to sit on. Would stay hrtr again if returning to Szcecin. One large quilt for the big bed is a negative thing for us since ny wife normally steels the whole quilt.

We booked Hotel Dana for at big birthday party. Most of our guests were coming from Europe and would sty there for 3 nights. We got a good deal on rooms for our guests. The party was perfect. We had several meetings with the coordinator Agnieszka Block (in English) and she did everything to meet our wishes, The party was a huge success and the staff from Dana Hotel worked hard during the whole evening and night. We even got a gift from the hotel. The following morning my nephew had birthday and they came with two bottles of sparkling wine and a cake for the birthday boy. They even sang happy birthday for him. What a staff - they were amazing, Can highly recommend the hotel.

Stayed here for 2 days. Room was small but comfortable and soundproof. I appreciated that toy could cool the room down, even during winter time: I like to sleep in a cold room. Breakfast was nice, staff very friendly. Design of the hotel is interesting. I don't know who designed this, but it is an interesting choice: Block with gold, shiny woodwork everywhere, except the elevator area downstairs, which looks like you getting backstage somewhere. Anyway, not my cup of thea, but further everything was fine

Receptionist who rather plays with phone or has to much to do to answer request. Clean up room only on request. So, no towels, no refill bar, no clean up... Drainage not working, flood when you take a shower. Only some things that happened. Never again. I came from a bicycle tour with my daughter, had better service on camping grounds. There are more hotels in stettin.

We have just returned from a bit of a random trip to Szczecin (not one of the popular places in Poland) after finding some very good flights. I also found a very good deal for this hotel and could not have been more impressed. The hotel arranged for transport which was great and not expensive. On arriving at our hotel we were met by Adam on reception, an absolutely delightful young man and so very very helpful. The room we were given was lovely, however, it had a standard double bed which seemed very small. There was no problem with changing the room Adam sorted this out for us in no time and we were given a room with a king size bed. The rooms were gorgeous, very plush and welcoming with a fridge containing a few cans of soft drinks; there was also water and tea and coffee in the room, all complimentary. The hotel decor was fabulous; there were amazing chandeliers on every floor landing area and in reception and the hotel restaurant too; the whole hotel reminded me of something out of the Great Gatsby era! Bathrooms had a walk in shower area (only downside was the tiny bath towels). We ate at the hotel restaurant one evening; the food was wonderful and at an amazing price. Breakfast each morning was included and was very good; plenty of choice. Could not fault it at all. Staff here are so very professional and in particular Adam who looked after us the whole time really; he was such a delightful young man, spoke very good English, arranged taxi's etc and answered all our questions. He is an absolute asset to this hotel! You really do feel this is a very special hotel; having stayed in many hotels all over the world this one really stands out for me, decor, service, just about everything about this hotel was superb - and that is from one very fussy person!!!

Stayed here on business mid September. Rooms and service impecable. Beautifully finnished and superb amenities. The bar is quite small. Did not try the food but menu looked nice. Only a short walk from town centre. Would use again.
