Spent 17 nights at the hotel as was in training nearby. Rooms very ourdated, staff rude and very unhelpful. Had to move room 4 times In the duration, noisey, poor wifi, walls paper thin. Water in one room was either ice cold or scolding. No kettle or drink making facilities in room. Door mechanisms temperamental Cleaners don't clean your room properly. People smoke in there rooms, as you can smell in corridors. Only good thing is that the food in the restaurant is ok. Reasonably priced. It's almost like all the staff are being forced to work.

This hotel only has an appeal to a 1960's communist lover I have never stayed in a hotel that is so dated and poorly furnished Do yourself a favour and avoid this unhappy staffed accomodation. Please take note from my review to avoid disappointment

Stayed here for 4 days during a hunting trip. The hotel is located a little outside Szczecin but close to main roads it costs app 10 € in a cap to go the city center. The rooms clean and of an okay size, some with showers and some with bath tubs. I was reluctant about leaving my cash and laptop in the room while I was out but for absolutely no reason. My laptop was in my bag in the room during the entire stay and the 10€ I left as tip for housekeeping were untouched and I eventually went to the receptionist and told her to tell the maid that the € was for the her. The walls are a little thin but nothing that bothered me. We ate breakfast and dinner every day at the hotel restaurant. Breakfast was great, I have had way worse breakfasts served at much finer hotels. Dinner was 3 meals soup, meat and desert polish style. Long drinks are 2.20€. Secured and 24/7 guarded parking for which they charge app 2 €/day. Why it's called panorama is a mystery to me but I wasn't there to enjoy the view. This hotel delivered more than I expected taking price and location into consideration

I think the management of this hotel must hand out Ugly Pills to its employees. When my wife & I checked in yesterday the receptionist was arrogant and unpleasant! Next, i walked into the lounge to have a bite to eat after a long ferry trip from Sweden and asked for a menu. The waitress almost bit my head off as she informed my that "i needed to go downstairs to the restaurant." So i went downstairs where the waitress there failed to inform me about details concerning the dish i was ordering (and subsequently rejected when delivered to the table. When finally we went to our sleeping room we found it to be clean and tidy and our experience thereafter was uneventful.

Great hotel very close to the main road leading makes it a perfect place to stop when traveling to or from Germany. The staff was polite and accommodating. The room was clean and good enough for one night stay. This was the second time for me to stay at this hotel and I do not see any reason to complain as the hotel serves its purpose.

Just good place to stay for one transit night. The location is absolutelly not good for people wanting to visit the city. The hotel is very far from the center area of Szczecin. The staff were quite polite and friendly, no problems with check-in or the bill. My room was rather small and outdated. All amienities should be replaced or refreshed. The bathroom was clean but also not modern at all. The breakfast was good with reasonable choice of food.

To say true it's nothing special, just an very average hotel outside the city. The property isn't new and modern. The rooms are old fashioned and need to be modernised. Very bad acustic isolation. The staff were generally competent and nice. The breakfast buffet (excludes from the rate) was quite good and the choice of food was enough for me. Expensive parking near the hotel. The location is good for travellers looking for transit night, but is bad for those who want to visit Szczecin (it's pretty far to the center even by car).

This hotel is 12 km from the city of stettin, but it's good value for the money with fine restaurant that closes at midnight and free WiFi. Only minus is that you will need a car to get here and to the city.

Just on the way from South-Easte Poland on the way to Szczecin we were surprised to find out that our hotel was book in the very close distance from the motor way. And it was probably the first advantage. Disadvantage was that it is a big tourist hotel with nice service from the stuff. The evening drink was possible to get in the bar on the ground flour, but for supper should go down to the restaurant - a big soundy room. With a good panoramic view over the fields and Szczecin far away. Sleeping was good, breakfast standard.
