We had a long weekend here in Poland and took the opportunity to travel to Sopot. The Hotel is located at a superb location which was excellent for us travelling with a dog. We arrived late at night and were happy, that they have a 24/7 reception. Even the parking lots were limited, I could park my car in the garage. One disadvantage was, that our car is so terrible big, that I only could get out of the underground garage by driving out backwards but I wouldn't blame the Hotel for that, it is just, with long large cars, it is tricky. The rooms were nice and the beds very comfy. They were actually so comfy, that it was difficult to get out of them. Once in, you are trapped ;) The bathroom was average with a sink, toilet and a shower. My daughter had her own room and hers looked similar like ours. Not sure if this is something new but if you wanted the room to be cleaned you had to ask for. It was no problem for us, we only stayed for 4 days. We booked including breakfast and it was not a big buffet compared with other Hotels but a good one with all kinds of cold and warm meals and drinks and it was very nice. An extra point for us was, that we could enjoy our breakfast outside and could take our dog with us. The Hotel is close to the main street, which is going along the coast from Gdansk, Sopot, Gdynia up to Hel and therefore very convenient. I wouldn't call it myself the most quiet area due to the Street but it is still very calm. What we didn't expect was the location itself. It is a 5 minutes walk to the beach and what was a fantastic positive experience. You walk 100 meters and end up in the middle of a beautiful park/woods, where you have stairs to get down to the beach. The park/woods contained bicycle track, inline-skating track and of course one for pedestrians. The beach was not overcrowded and had a small Restaurant, where you could buy drinks and food, some installed umbrellas and as many people might not know, a dream of a beach. A dream, because it is wide, fine sand and clean. Maybe the best feature was, that only 2 km. away is the "fun-mile" of Sopot, with Restaurants, some shops and entertainment. Because it is not far away, we walked every evening to the square, where the Marina lays and searched for a nice Restaurant. In a nutshell. It was worth the trip, worth the money, good for a family and we enjoyed every minute spending there. I don't think, you will regret it!…

A lovely hotel next to the Aqua Park and beautiful forest. Only 300 metres from the beach and within waking distance to the main town. The staff were extremely welcoming and helpful. Rooms spacious and the buffet breakfast plentiful. I would not hesitate to stay here again should I ever revisit the area.

The room we stayed in was nice, warm and quiet, maybe a bit small but for a short stay it was ideal. Staff were helpful even at 2am after my mother had a fall at the airport and they helped with getting a plaster sorted. Breakfast was good with plenty of choice of meats and cheeses etc.

This was a great stay in Sopoty! The hotel has nice cosy rooms with comfortable beds and every morning fresh-tasty breakfast! There is also free fitness centre and underground parking which is paid per night. Beach is like 3 minutes down stairs.

Staff friendly and eager to help. Breakfast choice is overwhelming, there is always something for everybody to choose from. And hotel is very close proximity to a great water park not to mention walking distance to the famous Sopot Molo. (pier)

I stayed here in April whilst driving in Poland. Friendly and professional staff. Excellent location (20 minutes walk to Sopot pier) and fabulous breakfast - overwhelming choice. Clean room and public areas. No issues. Free parking was an added bonus. Oh and the Wifi actually works throughout the hotel!

This cheerful little place looks like it was designed and decorated from an IKEA catalogue. It's fresh and clean and the staff are willing and cheerful. It's also just a short walk through the woods to a magnificent, sandy beach and the longest wooden pier in Europe. And for families, there's a water park next door. However, here's their dirty little secret - they don't like towels. We booked in for four nights and, despite repeated requests for our towels to be changed, the original (by now soiled) ones were still there when we checked out. Bizarre.

We have been coming to this hotel for a number of years. It has changed owners at least twice, last time we visited it was a Best Western, now an Aqua hotel. Recently refurbished it the public areas in particular are attractive. We use it because it has good disabled access and is within walking distance (20 mins) of the Sopot Molo (pier) where there is plenty of restaurants and good beach. Rooms are not big but reasonable value. One of the best breakfast buffets anywhere! Worth going just for the breakfast. Restaurant food is good but staff training could be improved a bit. Our waiter took our food order, (only three of the four of us were eating), didn't write anything down then came back 10 mins later asking what we had ordered! There were two fish dishes on the menu, I got the one I didn't order, but it was good! Reasonable English spoken by most of the staff, not a problem for us anyway as two of our group spoke Polish. Only real criticism is the horrendous access coming out of the underground car park! We will continue to use it as our hotel of choice in this area.…

I decided to write this review to warn people about the size of these rooms. They are SUPER, SUPER SMALL!!!!! the pictures on the website make this place look incredible. The carpers are dirty, there is no small fridge to even put a drink in. We are a family of 4, they could not accommodate us with one room and upon reservation devited the two children between us and grandparents. Not thinking much of I still reserved the hotel. On arrival I understood really quickly why! They put two single beds together for me and my husband and a foldout for one child because the other foldout won't even fit in the room!!!!! Don't ever book this place, it's old, dirty and made for dwarfs

Loved the location. That's all. 3 mins down the steps from the beach. Lovely beach walk to the pier (molo), and also to Gdynia Orłowo. Also very convenient for aquapark and spa. Enjoyed that. Booked last minute, but not any cheaper. Initially offered a better room (110), but on arrival got one of rather low standard (103) in a stuffy corridor with no ventilation whatsoever! The room was supposed to be a double, but turned out to be twin. Got permission to move beds, and what came from underneath was really shocking. Dust, feathers, stained carpets. Hair on the headboard of the beds... They really need to improve the standards of cleaning. Got the reception to change the room, but faced a rather ignorant reaction. Not a word of apology. Funny faces instead. Definitely overpriced for the standard and also for the quality of customer service. Didn't buy a breakfast, but wanted to get a quick coffee before we left. No one was available to make it for me in the restaurant for over ten minutes. Shame, really. Otherwise, ok. …
