The Sedan Hotel owes its boutique character to precisely arranged interiors, which echo the Art Nouveau period. Thanks to its long history, location in the very heart of the town, yet in a quiet alley, and moreover thanks to warm and family-like atmosphere, our hotel is ideal for those who seek rest and relaxation, without having to resign from all the attractions of this vibrant town. The Villa Sedan hotel is situated just 70 m away from the most famous Sopot promenade, Monte Cassino street, located in the very centre of the town, which makes it perfect starting point for sunbathers, tourists or business travelers. The hotel offers 21 on-site parking lots and free Wi-Fi available in the entire building.

On a weekend trip to Sopot we stayed four nights in the hidden gem that is Villa Sedan. The staff were so friendly and helpful, they really made us feel at home.
The hotel is beautifully decorated with wooden floors throughout. Our room had lovely big windows, a wrought iron style bed and, with high ceilings, felt airy and spacious. The ensuite bathroom was also lovely and, as with the rest of the hotel, was spotless.
The breakfast was a mix of Polish and Continental. Apart from breakfast, we ate in the restaurant (Polish) several times and both the quailty of the food and service was excellent.
The hotel is in the centre of Sopot just off the main pedestrian street, so if it's sea views you're after it won't appeal. But this is the only negative. A wonderful hotel and so reasonably priced.

Just back from a great Polish holiday. We spent 5 days at the Villa Sedan.
Lovely little hotel, full of character.
The staff could not have been more friendly and helpful.
The restaurant is excellent, breakfast is included, but I would highly recommend the dinner menu also (Polish Cuisine).
Child-friendly and excellent value for money.
It's right in the heart of the resort and a short walk from the beach.
The only drawbacks are: No lift (elevator) and no air-con, but some rooms have a fan and the hotel usually gets a good sea-breeze through it.

The situation was not standard, i could understand the circumstances but not like
administration resolved them.
First of all, i asked for an earliest occupation for what i was charged, but sent to uncleaned room.
It was the first problem.
Room was with wet floor due to the window leaking from rain and smelling very bad in the heat. I informed stuff about it when they were trying to clean the room on urgent basis.
When i came back after some business meetings it was heavy rain, the window was leaking, internet was absent and there was not electricity in my room. i went downstairs in order to charge my phones and computer. than electricity disappeared in a hotel in general.
Again, i could understand this and i was waiting for they get it resolved. Finally, when i was getting asleep they offered me to relocate to the other place. I refused as i already was in a bed and was very tired with all things happened.
Even in the morning nothing was resolved and i
asked for compensation. Administrator declined this possibility.

We got a small room in the attic. Curtain in the roof window was broken. The only way to Get some air into the room was two very, very small windows. We got a "more spacious" room the following nights. Very small room with very small shower. 2 single beds pulled together. Breakfast was not good. Very nice staff, very helpful.

Thank you for taking your time to comment on your recent stay in our hotel and your feedback. It is our aim to offer our guests an entirely satisfactory service at the Villa Sedan Hotel and we are truly sorry that the hotel didn’t reflect your expectations. We apologize for the ‘curtain inconvenience’. Your negative remark concerning our breakfast worried us a lot since many of our guests appreciate it very much. It is nice to read that you found our staff nice and helpful. Thank you for pointing this. We hope that besides all the disadvantages you listed, your memories from Sopot will be more positive. If you ever decide to give us a second chance, it would be a great pleasure for us to have an opportunity to host you. You are always very welcome.

We just came back from a short trip to Sopot where we stayed in Villa Sedan. Location was excellent, close to everything but far enough from a busy and trendy Bohaterow Monte Cassino street. Be aware that this street gets very loud during summer months but we were surprised to see quite a few people partying while we were there .. and this is January!
We were offered small but very cosy and elegant room on the first floor (No. 109). This particular room is facing the main entrance with pretty busy club just across the street. We could hear some music but it wasn't anything annoying so we didn't care and fell asleep without any problems. I imagine it can get worse in summer especially if you want to keep your windows open.
Stuff was extremely polite and professional. We had to admit that we haven't seen such good manners in a hotel for quite a long time.

I did not actually stay in , however, I came for breakfast , which was unbelievably good and cheap(35 zl) in comparison with Sheraton(90pln)! I also had a look into rooms and bathrooms and there was nothing to complain about. Staff extremly polite. My next stay will be Villa Sedan for sure !!!

This was my first stay with my wife, who was fed up listening to me saying how good it was. Now she believes me. Very friendly staff, I have known some of them for nearly 3 years now. I have stayed in both apartments, the one on two levels is great - what a view all round Sopot. I have also been in two doubles and one single. All have the same theme, and probably squeaky floorboards! They have all been warm in winter and fresh in summer with the windows open. Breakfast has something for everyone and lasts until 1100. Evening meals are of a high standard, perhaps French influence, but there are so many great restuarants close by...... Rooms / bathroom are spotless, cleaned every day. Bottled water and orange juice supplied daily. Now and again a cake is left in your room and even an invite to the bar for a Polish beer - a must.
The nightclub across the road is only noisy on a weekend and not every one. It certainly never bothered me, but I am a good sleeper.
I love this cozy little hotel and it's staff and will be returning again.

The location is just a block off the main drag, Monte Cassino, across the street from a jazzy nightclub. The first night, Thursday, was a little loud outside but nothing we couldn't handle. The street revelry lasted until 2am or so. Friday night was a hot one in the room (never could figure out why) so we had to open the window, but the street noise lasted until after sunup Saturday.
So if you're there for the partying, then this is the perfect location for you. If not, then you're best off finding a quieter location.
The rooms themselves were quite nice. The decor, especially in the halls, were from the 1930s or so, with a lot of beautiful ornate ironwork. The two receptionists were completely delightful and very helpful, speaking excellent English and willing to help with anything we needed. The breakfast had a good variety and there was parking for our rental car.
If it wasn't for that darn noise...

Our room, on the third floor, was large, quiet and clean. No elevator, but the bellman readily carried our luggage up. The staff was cordial and helpful with recommendations and directions. The restaurant was quite good. The location was perfect, as downtown and the beach are both close and easily walked.
