Excellent place, bed was very comfy, towels were most fluffy ever, breakfast sooo delicious. Highly reccomend to stay here. Location is perfect - is nearby the main and most recognizable "Monciak" Street where you have variety of restaurants and bars.

A superb Hotel in a great location. Lovely rooms decorated to a high standard of fittings and furniture. Fantastic breakfast. The staff are lovely and will do anything to help during your stay. They arranged transport for us to the airport nothing is too much trouble for them.

The service and standards at this small well priced hotel was that of a 5 star luxury hotel.
The good:
Impeccable service
Stunning breakfast
Spotlessly clean
Fluffy towels
Large room
Good location
The bad:
Only complaint I have is that as it's so close to the centre, in the night you get some groups walk past the hotel and making loud noises woke me up a couple of times. But to be fair I am a light sleeper and this is not the fault of the hotel but perhaps if like me you are a light sleeper you can request a room not facing the front.
Overall:
Highly recommended, more then exceeded my expectations and would definitely return.

Great hotel with outsdanding staff that are very helpful and make you feel comfortable. You get the feel of living in a neighborhood. Beautiful room with 1st class decor and amenities. Hotel is just around the corner and down the street from all the action.

Can be a nice and affordable hotel to stay in Sopot. Close to the centre of Sopot. Clean hotel, staff is very nice and internet works well. Room is not cleaned every day. Reception is only opened during business hours. There is a card to open the main door that is difficult to work.

Comfortable room, although very small bathroom. One street off the very noisy main street but almost no noise at all!
The long haired rug in the room was not very pleasant, I found some "interesting" stuff hidden in it, some cereals, a safety pin, peanuts, etc. You should skip the rug and go for wooden floors instead, much easier to clean!
The breakfast is either served in a very small breakfast kitchen or in your room (hence the cereals in the rug...), but you have to make a reservation if you wish ro have the breakfast in the kitchen.
Well functioning wifi, nice staff and comfortable beds made our stay very pleasant.

Great location. Very friendly staff.
They served breakfast in the room in the mornings, was wonderful.
Our flight home was early in the morning, before the breakfast was open.-No problem! The staff had packed a bag with breakfast for us, with juice and water bottles.
Lovely rooms with good music player, nice colours and lovely interior.

Had a reservation at Soleil, when I arrived after couple of hours travel times the girl at the reception just looked at me and my son and said "Kids & Dogs" are here not allowed ! Jeez, what was that for a welcoming ! At HRS which I used to book the Hotel was anything mentioned that it's not kids friendly (must admit I travel a lot and this never happened to me) and while my son sleeps in my bed I didn't highlighted during reservation that I travel with kids (well, that's indeed my mistake). Anyway, the behavior of the receptionist just a tragedy! The manager told us once she arrived that we can definitely not stay in the hotel and that we need to leave. Felt strange, booked a 5 Star Hotel for 250 USD a night and than this. The reason why I rated the service with 3 points is that the Manager was very helpful in finding a different hotel as Sopot was at this time very full.
I can not really rate the room as I just spent 3minutes their but it's tiny. One king size bed and a bit space to the walls that's it !
Everyone who travels with kids - don't try even to go there ! My son was very sad for the next time as he said constantly that it was his fault that we need to find a new hotel !

Dear Tim, We are very sorry for the situation. Unfortunately the hotel is not equipped to stay children-we have no room to play with toys, or garden. Our rooms are designed only to stay two adults. I hope that despite all the situations you have spent a nice time at a hotel that I found. Sorry again Manager
